I rented 2 umbrellas 4 chairs, surf board and paddle board.Everything was great until I returned them. One of the employees accused me damaged paddle board.He even yelled at me front of my little kids and family.To get out of this embarrassing situation I just paid for the damaged paddle board and left.I wonder if it’s their way to charge more money from their customers.

Clean beach, warm water. Sand almost looks white and you can see barrier reef. No loud music playing or recreational games being played. Big plus if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery. Very serene. Can BBQ in grass areas and rent bikes. Boats are harbored about 50-100 feet away that you can take to do snorkeling or whale watching. A short walk or bike ride from Hilton Waikiki Village.

Wonderful place to visit. Entire Waikiki Beach can be watched from here and especially I got a beautiful sunrise on Waikiki Beach. It was so beautiful.

Mitch was super friendly and relaxed. Equipment is in good condition, prices fair (for Waikiki). Paddle out (kayak, stand-up board, or those weird big-wheelers) and youll find sea turtles! Recommended

My friend wanted to rent a kayak. She called and spoke with Mitch the day before she wanted to rent. We got there around 10:30 am on a Monday (during covid). I’m in a scooter due to a back injury (God willing it’s only temporary). The 2 gentleman working (sorry we didn’t get your names to give you the praise you guys deserve) were very accommodating. My friend rented her kayak and I rented 1 lounge chair for an hour to wait for her. They were kind enough to let me park the scooter by their area on the pathway. As I didn’t want to leave it to far out of my sight where someone could try to steal it while I was on the beach. They took the lounge chair to the sand (which is only a few feet away) and set it up so all I had to do was sit/lay down on it. They had quite a few things for rent. Chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, big water tricycle looking things and I’m not sure what else.There’s also a snack bar place right behind them. I saw a sign for shaved ice snd other foods. We didn’t try it but just in case you get hungry there’s something close by and it was open

Awesome spot. Great crew, good prices and lots of hire options. Would recommend walking up the strip from the middle of Waikiki as its way less hectic this end. And plenty of turtles 🐢

I called and spoke to MItch and go info for Dec 7 and kayaking. This is in the perfect location! At end of boardwalk a short walk along beach from Ilikia.. the kayak was very reasonable for an hour and what I loved best is that it was comfortable! I own my own and have a good seat and back support. And theirs had support as well. They were very accommodating for my friend with hurt hamstring that waited in one of their chairs. If you are looking for a place to rent beach toys and necessities in Waikiki, Do your self a favor and call them first!! I’m from California and own no stock in this business. But when a business has kind workers and good products I like to share the information. Mahalo guys!!! Aloha for now

Beach lounging should be done in the utmost of comfort. These folks provide beach appropriate equipment for a great day on Waikiki. Recliners, umbrellas and chairs. Dont be that rookie sitting in the sand. See these great folks first!

Pretty reasonable prices for some beach gear. We rented an umbrella and two chairs for two hours ($25 total), which is really not bad of a price. Their pricing schedule is pretty confusing, as it isn’t additive, but rather the price is for the entire range of time. It should be made more clear, as we nearly left because we thought the pricing was quite expensive - glad we stopped and asked for clarification. You also need to be relatively close to the shop if you rent beach chairs and an umbrella, so plan on that being the spot you hang out in. Staff was pretty nice and helpful!

Easy going and friendly staff

I’ve been coming to this stand since Tuesday of this week and every day except today has been a great experience. Professionalism, friendly and patient employees was what I’ve been met with on days prior. Today however, I approach the stand, they all see me and they all see I’m walking towards their stand and they young lady and two gentlemen that are working there all turn their heads away from me. That left me with a bad impression because it looked very suspicious... then when it’s absolutely obvious that I’m there one guy turns around and says how can I help you. I tell them I’d like one chair and one umbrella. The young lady tells me that the price is $26 I remind her that I’m only using one chair. She tells me that’s how they do it. I explained to her that I’ve been there every day this week and I wasn’t charged for two chairs because I’m only using one. She continues to tell me that’s how it is then finally she says with an attitude well I can take $5 off. The guy intervenes and tell me the young lady is new and I don’t have to get angry. He never corrected her especially since he informed me that he remembered me from yesterday but had the audacity to tell me there’s no need to get angry. I wasn’t angry I was enlightening her since she apparently didn’t know. If she was unaware she should have at least conferred with one of her co workers. She responded with an attitude and appeared as if she was doing me a favor. I then asked for a manager and the guy informed me that they both are managers. I asked to speak to the owner and the guy informed me that the owner is in the ocean. I left my cellphone at the counter after paying for my chair rental and umbrella and neither one of them bothered to tell me I left it there. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.It would be great if I could speak to the owner because I don’t believe that the owner was in the ocean. He should be aware of how his staff is dealing with customers..

Crowded beach, but a good standard Hawaii beach with very reasonable chair rental.

Early bird special on chair + umbrella combo is a better deal than anywhere else on the beach. Took surfing lessons and the instructor was great. Whole crew is great.

My 13 year old daughter learned to surf from them. They were so patient and supportive. We also rented a water bike, a chair and umbrella. Their prices were great and they had wonderful customer service. We had a great afternoon.

When you spend $50 on two chairs and get in line at 6:45 in the morning only to have people set up umbrellas in front of you at noon, it’s not a nice experience. I wish I could’ve posted the pic of my full obstructed view, but there is no option.

Passing 5 $ is not enough for this. If you answer that it is absent, you are here and pretend to call another person and call another person. You can do various activities.I booked a tour online, took a boat from here, and I did snorkeling!I went with my children!There were a lot of turtles and fish and it was a lot of fun!The child was also the first snorkel, but was excited to see the turtle.The guides on the ship are all in English, but there are many Japanese tourists and they are used to doing so, so its quite a gesture!Nice memories have increased ♪ ♪It is one of the tours I want to join again!
