He made me so happy and took so much of my problems away.These implants are the best thing I have done I can smell better taste better.I did the surgery two months ago and I love it I like to smile alot now because of my new teeth.

Honolulu Smile extends the absolute best “customer service” you’ll ever experience at a dental office, or anywhere, for that matter. I dare say it rivals “customer service” at 5-star Hotels. The difference is this, hotel workers are in the hospitality business and are constantly trained to ensure they perform accordingly. At Honolulu Smile, everyone beginning with the ladies at the front desk, dental assistants and Doctor John Ha, their service is “Genuine.” It comes from their heart, it’s real, they truly care for people. Hard to find words to express my appreciation for their sincerity and “genuine customer service.”

Honolulu Smile Design is awesome! Dr. Ha and his team are professional, friendly and so organized. Ive been to a handful of dentists (inHin and California) and Honolulu Smile Design has made me feel the most comfortable (and who can say that about a dentist?!). The scheduling process is very easy - communication is clear, easy and fast. I especially appreciate seeing one hygienist each time (Jessica!) who is very knowledgeable. Dr. Ha is very thorough, explains everything clearly and doesnt push or sell procedures (which Ive experienced at other dentists). And best of all everyone is so kind, nice and make the experience of going to the dentist painless.

I found Dr. Ha through online reviews. There are many other dentists with good reviews but a lot of feed back about Dr. Ha was that he really gives attention and time for each patient. I found this to be absolutely the truth. From the very first visit, he gave me detailed consultation and answered all of my questions with sincerity. I really appreciated that he gave me suggestions with benefits-to-cost ratio all that was within my budget. The staff is also very kind and gentle. I am very happy with the cost and the whole process of having an implant done at Honolulu Smile Design. I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Ha for all their dental needs.

This office is truly amazing! Never been a fan of going to the dentist but they made it so simple and enjoyable. They were so nice and welcoming the second I walked through the door. The staff seems genuinely concerned with my overall well being. I didnt feel like I was just another number and tooth to them. Dr. Ha looks like he really enjoys his job and his patients. Like many of the reviews shared, Ive had similar experiences. No one likes going to the dentist, I never wake up being stoked I have to go but when I do they make it comfortable and almost a time for me to catch up with the staff of how theyre doing. That is what I find is true hospitality and were finding it at a dental office of all places! John Ha genuinely cares about you as a person not just as a client and does a great job resonating this culture to his staff. Ive only been here twice and I can basically name everyone on a first name basis. Like some of the reviews shared, John is very transparent, every visit is educational and makes sure you know exactly what is going on because its your mouth! I highly recommend investing into Honolulu Smile Design.

Dr. John Ha is skilled, knowledgeable, informative and confident to help. His office staff that I had interacted with were all perfectly efficient, emphatic, upbeat, and professional. I am especially grateful for Dr. Ha and his team in taking time to explain every aspect of the exam and findings. I have never experienced that much one-on-one before. Honolulu Smile Design is an amazing experience! Be prepared to be treated with much respect and care. The office staff, dental assistants/ hygienist team is extremely friendly, fun to talk to, organized, and always on top of they schedules/ follow-ups. Ive been through many Dentists (some aggressive, some not so caring, some Im just not so sure about....) Dr. Ha is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a caring doctor. He is excellent at explaining in a very easy to understand way and gives practical recommendations. You can tell patient comfort and care is their #1 priority in dealing with the staff. Same day crown !I just had a wonderful experience with Dr Ha. He is very professional, kind, and has a friendly staff. I needed a crown last week but was dreading the 2 appointment procedure with a 2 week wait in between appointments with a temporary crown. To my surprise Dr Ha has kept up with the latest technology and invested in the state of the art same day crown equipment. From start to finish I was done in 2 hours ! What was amazing is that he shows you the process on the overhead screen, keeps you informed the whole time, and there was no bite adjustment needed. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you are looking for a great dentist with a wonderful front and back office staff

I was in search for a new dentist since my previous one had moved away. I had a horrible experience at a dental clinic in Kaimuki, and then I found Honolulu Smile Design. The staff are great and Dr. Haa is personable and very attentive. He explains everything thoroughly and always asks if I had any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Haa, and trust his expertise!
