This place is great for local person looking to travel abroad who needs money changed in a short time frame. They waive the flat fee if you have a Hawaii drivers license and will match your local banks for exchange rates (these will be the best rates you can get) without having to order (~4 days) ahead of time.EDIT: staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well.

This place is my new favorite place to exchange money. They have all different kinds of currency. Theres no line. And if youre a kamaaina, show your ID & waive your exchange fee.

Friendly service, but awful exchange rate. Was around 20-25% worse than the market rate on Google after including service charges. Ended up exchanging at DFS Galleria round the corner for around 8% worse than market rate instead.

Siena was very helpful and courteous when I was there to exchange USD for Yen. Exchange rate was fair and I actually passed up two other exchange companies to get to this one based off of previous reviews.

It was quick and easy to exchange the money with a fair exchange rate.

Takes 5% off the exchange rate and then tried to charge an additional $5. Double dipping, not a good look.
