5 star service for assisting my family with my father’s funeral arrangements. Mary, Floyd, Pastor Rod and Fiona and the rest of the staff were wonderful and graciously kind, professional and genuinely caring. John did an amazing job creating the program and Memorial Book. Overall experience was not positive. My grandmother passed away July 3, 2014 and we enlisted the services of Diamond Head Mortuary for a simple cremation, obituary posting in the local news media, deceased ashes to be returned in a simple urn, and obtaining certified copies of the death certificate. We were charged almost $1,800 for these services, and for each step we had to call once a week to see if it had been done. As of August 29, 2014 we still do not have correct certified copies of the death certificate. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Cindy is a great person to deal with. Her integrity is something that is missing in this industry and we are honored to know her.

Very disappointed at the grave site the lady in charged rushed those attending because the grave diggers were waiting to come and cover the deceased up. Ms Poi said she was only following mortuary policies. I guess what they had to pay the workers out weighted the grief of the loved ones...The bossy lady got her way but now I can pass it on to you as a consideration before they handle your loved ones funeral. I have called the mortuary and so far the manager or whoever hasnt gotl back to me yet.The one I spoke to didnt seem too cordial and seemed more concerned about the fact I had a complaint than even say something like ...I m sorry you had that experience I will have a manager call you back... or something like that. I fell like my input was not welcome. So decided to write this review... I hadnt made up my mind whether I was going to do that because I dont like to hurt businesses but since I made the phone call and the response was as cold as the lady at the grave site ...this is my review.I said thank you but she didnt ... I think there is a bad spirit in the staff there. By the way Im a Minister.
