I can’t get anyone from this company on the phone and their voicemail keeps cutting halfway through. An employee van taking the Ewa cut off nearly killed my family multiple times on the road as well as 6 other cars trying to avoid their van swerving. The license plate is 043 TVT the driver is driving like they’re drunk at 330pm. Get this clown off the road!

What exceptional service! CCH has upgraded their cars, systems, management with the same island vibe. We have received nothing but friendly, efficient, quality service. I find that the people who get on sites to complain are only speaking from opinion. Which does not merit fact. The fact is this is an over 30 year company i can depend on, the services and prices are competitive and reasonable. I do not believe company last for this long without having a reputation of great business. We Thank you and will continue to do business in the highest regard.

Terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional, and unhelpful. All their customer help line will do on the weekend is tell you that you have to wait till Monday and that they cant help you because they are unable. and I say to that why even have someone there on the weekend to pickup the phone and be useless. if i could leave a no star review I would. thanks for nothing Keith Martin if thats even your real name.

Whenever I need a last minute miracle, Nick and the CCH team always come thru and make it happen.

Very disappointed in this courier company. Expecting a package that was signed by them last Wednesday and I still dont have it. Everytime you call, you are told someone will contact you and no one does. Terrible customer service.
