When I started having trouble with my PC Feb 2013 I called Mr. Nakagawa and scheduled to drop off my PC. The cost and level of service he provides is very excellent. Store bought PCs are limited to a few variations in components and performance, and are much more expensive than the one I purchased from Computech Pro Hawaii which is completely customized for my particular use. In my opinion, the BEST computers on the island with the BEST service! I went with my friend to buy a computer and we were so pleased that I just had to buy one for myself. I called Computech Pro Hawaii a month ago asking if I could get a customized PC for my 3 sons. Jace kindly obliged and asked me What were they going to be using it for and what would they like to do with it later? Of course, GAMING and school work. I told him no need rush. Within 2 weeks he had 3 different PCs all on paper, awaiting my selection. Prices for all components included. I gave him a budget of $500, give or take a hundred. I picked the components I wanted for the PC and was told that it would be completed by Thursday......it was Sunday morning at that time. I got an email from Jace on Monday afternoon informing me that I was able to come and pick up the PC that night, if I wanted to. What!? That was building the PC, tying the cords back in nice and neat, installing the OS and the all the other software, Nero, Office PRO Plus, virus software, and even giving it a stability test to boot!This is a Lightning Fast PC in more ways than one. It is incredibly fast in boot up time and program opening and he built this thing just as fast and all with a smile! Jace and Computech Pro Hawaii is my new one stop shop for ALL my PC purchases from now on. Components and builds alike. He helped me select the PC my children have been saving all their money for. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of PC building and what parts would be good for the build.
