This place is way better than the one next to it. Friendlier staff, quick, and easy. They dont do the insides and since 2020 theyre not doing the wipe down when it comes out of the wash, but overall a much better experience than their neighbors.

Seems to be consistently closed during its normal operating business hours. Will find another car wash to use.

Just got my vehicle from the port and they gave me a free wash at a store in Pearl City. Did not wanna drive that far out so figured I’d use a wash that had great reviews and closer to my home. Should have drove a little further after coming home and finding a glue like substance on my car. Going to need to take it in to a detail shop to get taken off. Disappointed to say the least.

In and out very quick. One critique, they always miss my license plate area in the back. It only becomes obvious a few days later but I notice it lol.

Quick car wash. They used to wipe down your car after, but both times Ive been recently, they dont have washer at end that do that. So you exit with a still wet car and more prone to spotting.

Nice staff, however right side of the car was not clean at all, lady on the left sky scrubbed and cleaned everything! Also, went there for vacuums and they had none. But it says they do online. So ended with a half cleaned car for $16.99.

I think they are temporarily closed right now, but the car wash supreme here is fantastic, removes even stubborn sea spots and bird love drops

Pretty busy for almost closing time, but as always person helping at the entrance was awesome (Im too short to reach the card reader) always respectful and accommodating.

When it works its great to clean the exterior of your vehicle, but you got to make sure the wash giving soap. Youll pay and the folks wont say anything unless you ask. They will reimburses you if you call them out. They dont clean inside.

I use the monthly wash package to clean my car, and I love how fast and efficient they are, but today they were supposed to be open and they were closed ( I was there at 9:30am). I had to take it to McKinley wash next door and it took 45 minutes to get through it because everyone had to go there instead

Quick and easy way to get your car washed. They are efficient. Much better in my opinion than the place next door which seems to be stuck in the 70s. The one complaint I have for Car Parlor is that they seem to be unaware that cars have 4 wheels. Tire dressing strictly gets applied to the tires on the left side...

The Car Parlor from the start was amazing. It was different and convenient due to location. The drying crew would catch all that the machine missed. They earned their tip well. The $80 a month was a good deal. Unlimited wash was just that.On my one days off I would come early in the day and if my trip made my truck dirty I’d drop by in the evening because I may not make it until my next next day off due to my schedule.One morning the service was not up to par. I arrived to AMSC so close by to notice the drying crew missed several details that were very noticeable. I wasn’t happy but figured I’ll just go that evening once more and it will be ok. To add to my frustration I was denied a second time on my unlimited monthly pass. The attending washer said that changed earlier that week. I would need to pay to wash again. In front of him I ripped off my tag on my windshield, canceled my renewal. I vowed not to return.Six months later I had a new truck and Covid happened. The offer of 50% was hard to pass up. I returned and I am fairly pleased with their work. With the exception of that day, I can understand that the machine is not perfect. All of my encounters with the staff has been very pleasant. The drying crew makes a difference. But, I’m understanding due to the circumstances. I will remain a loyal customer because of how awesome the staff is.If you wonder why 4 stars? Only because unlimited should be unlimited. Not, limited to one per day. This started way before Covid happened. Maybe they can call it something else.

Went thru the car wash and after had to wipe down my car because the car had water spots and some area of the car wasnt even clean. They dont even wipe down your car anymore. Better to go next door where you get better service.

They stopped wipping cars claiming for the safety for their safety of their staffs and the customers but majority of their staff werent wearing a mask. They didnt even clean the car wasnt even professionally cleaned, it was still dirty.

They use the glamour and glitz to woo you in for a carwash but no vacuuming for $20? Would be nice to have a full car cleaning service. You can go next door and get full cleaning for for the same price.

We gave these guys a try a few months ago because they weren’t as busy as next door. These guys are awesome and run a clean, efficient operation. We’ve been return customers since and highly recommend them. Military discount is a bonus.

The Car Parlor is by far my favorite place to get my car washed. The location is so convenient and compared to other car washes they are extremely quick. In and out with a shiny car within a few minutes.

Easy, quick and efficient. Pull in, automated pay stall, three options (slightly expensive) because of the following..., you would expect for a $20 wash the wipe down at the end would be slightly more detailed instead of a quick wipe down. I was there during an off peak time and would hope for a slightly better wipe down for a $20 wash that took less than 5 minutes.Also, I have not found a way to vacuum the car??? Would even pay to do this myself.All in all, a quick way to Get your car washed but would hope for some additional services for the $20 for the deluxe wash.

Very expensive and not thorough. And theres a chance the car wash will break your antenna. 😒 They will not do anything about, they said they warn people but obviously not me because I would not have gone through it other wise. The colors were fun for the kids but the whole thing lasted no more then a couple of minutes. Not worth the 20$!

Quick and convenient. They have 2 automatic machines at the entrance for you to select types of services and to pay. The system is very easy to use. I chose the $20 car wash package but found it a bit expensive for the service I received. I actually asked one of the employee “Is that it? You guys are done?” cos I was expecting more. I may try the cheaper package next time to see what the difference is.

Free exterior car wash was offered to all electric vehicles on 10/10, and $10 standard car wash until 11/10 so I checked this place out. Traffic was great, location easy to find, and no wait! My car started out really dirty and ended up looking better but not 100% clean then it rained the next day 🤷🏽‍♀️

For the longest time we were very satisfied with this car wash. We paid $44 for the month for unlimited washes. Unfortunately, they are almost doubling their prices to $79 per month. I understand increasing profits, but this is extreme to pay $20 a week to wash a car. I would expect people to be grandfathered in who are enrolled in the existing program. People choose this car wash because of the prices since the service is not as extensive as McKinleys, cost is the main thing they have going for them in competitiveness.

1st time going to this place. I was very satisfied with the fast, clean service. I like it so much, and since i wash my truck often. I was going to sign up for the monthly service. But, for $80, is kind of steep! I heard it was $44/month previously, which is still high, but I was willing to pay that much, since we do live in Hawaii.

It used to be a really great car wash. Now its not worth the money for water spots all over your car.

The price was very reasonable, I got the $16 mid tier one.I heard that they have many more service and that you can purchase these services online.The only thing I do wish is if they had a simple self vacuum service like the one up in Waipio.And really, when it is all said and done, this is a car wash. Who wants to waste 40 minutes for a car wash? Im definitely coming back again.

Fast and efficient. I Appreciate the extra touch of service, with wiping down each car after they come out of the car wash. I also really liked the cleaning packets given to the customer at the start of the service.

I was in rush and decided to try this place out. I would normally go to McKinley but the line was so long. The wash machines were the same but attention to detail was not there.When I requested for a receipt, the worker said that they dont give receipts. I put this on my business card so he said he would email me a copy . Until today, no copy of my reciept. I would not go back again. I would wait in line.

Excellent car wash, my first wash was free, can’t beat that. Car wash is reasonably priced and the tunnel with all the cleaning stuff is pretty high tech. Car looked great afterwards. Would highly recommend getting the Car Parlor App if you plan to come here regularly.

Modernized equipment good washing system. Friendly staff members to guide you through the entrance to wash tunnel. Follow the instructions as you go to the tunnel. Exiting the wash, staff will thoroughly dries your vehicle. Excellent for all cars whether its new or old.

Located off of Kapi‘olani, youll see the McKinley carwash sign before you see their own signage. Pull into the far left entrance and youll go right into their drive thru. Select from their screen types of wash. I just wanted the outside of my carwash. It was covered in dust and dirt. As of the date of this review there were three price options: Basic for $13, then $16 for a wax and some extra bonuses, and $20 for a more upgraded version. I chose the $16. Pay with credit card. It was easy and convenient. A few people first spray down the tires of the car before it goes into the machine. Put the car in neutral and then the machine pulls the car through and washes it down. Very gentle and very effective. Blow dry finish. Given that I dont live in an area that has access to soapy water and a place to wash my car and that my time means a lot to me, a $16 car wash in about 5-10 minutes is perfect. The car is clean and I can go on with the rest of my day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

UPDATE: appreciated getting a quick response from first review. However I sent an email through their address on the website with pictures of my car and no response. I took my car to the car parlor again and nothing was done. All that was offered was a free car wash. Worker said that the new scratches weren’t from them which is not believable at all. Extremely upset that nothing helpful was done and now my car has scratches on both sides of the hood.I had seen such good reviews on here and decided to give this place a try. I went in on 8/29 around 10:20 am. Everything seemed fine during the wash nothing out of the ordinary. Until I get home and there are scratches all over the front hood of my car, nothing that was there before. Clear markings on both right and left sides of the hood that could have only been done by the roller to scrub the hood as the scratches are straight lines. I’m sooo upset and wish I had never gone there to begin with.

Great place to wash your car. Fast simple process. They clean the outside well, you clean the inside. Monthly pass seems like a great deal. Friendly staff. Check out the Oassis very comfortable and clean. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into this place. It appears that they use more soap than most places. Theres other services too.

Cheap and can be quick if you plan your car washes at down times. I very much appreciate the wipe down after, but maybe get some tents the cars drive under for your employees standing out there in the sun all day. I’ve seen those poor people dripping sweat. Take care of your employees.

Love that the equipment is new and that they are always so nice and pay attention to detail. On one visit, there was bird poop baked into the top of my car when we came out from the wash it still hadn’t come off so they sent us through the wash again and I appreciate that level of care.

We came here the other night for a quick wash. The place was nice and clean and the wash was quick. They also have workers to put the finishing touches on drying the car. Unfortunately for us it rained on our way back home....

This place used to be great from value and services-the people that work there to managers and all but the last 3 months i noticed a big change from managers and owners who think they can treat people badly, i have monthly pass but recently they even stopped drying off your car for you. I paid forThese services you cant just stop a service that was included, you should discount the monthly pass. Remember its the people that make your business successful!!

I have the monthly subscription. Everything is great except, I wish they were able to wipe off excess tire shine from the rims before I leave. The brushes always leaves black streaks on my rims. I understand that they have all different size tires and rims come thru so I would think they know what it is doing. I do wipe it myself later just venting.

If anyone was thinking of getting the $329.95 detail package, take my advice and dont spend the money. The vehicle I got back after 4hrs was still dirty inside, wax stuck to the paint, clay stuck to the paint, and dirty outside. Ultimately, it looked like they took it through the wash and speed vacuumed the vehicle. The quality and dedication to detail the company advertises on their website was not apparent. Its going to take me and additional 30 minutes to an hour after I get home to clean the vehicle properly. A few pictures attached for reference.

I guess Im a glutton for pain as I came here three times and all three times I was disappointed. I came here because the lines next door is crazy long and I didnt have the time to wait which is the reason I came here. I guess thats a pro for this place as their is a very minimal wait to get your car washed. I got the deluxe package two times and both times the tire shine only covered half of my tires. First two times no one wiped my car down but the third time the guy only wiped my front half and all three times my car wasnt completely clean.I heard that they some kind of membership where you can get unlimited car washes. For those who dont care that their car isnt washed that well or just want a fast wash then it will do. But not for me. This third time was my last time.

I parked under a tree at work and it looked like a hundred birds went on my car. It was everywhere!! They took the time to pressure wash it off front to back and top to bottom before I went through. Ive been looking for a car wash and the other ones werent cutting it. Definitely going back!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!!

Squeaky clean, and fun to see the suds change colors. Its a hit for my kids. I was gonna drop a star for the price ($10-$20), but the towel guys were very customer friendly, and always smiling, even while standing in the sun all day.

Washed my car, outside only. They gave me some dash wipes which I appreciate. There was no line so it was quick and fast.

The staff are super friendly. Rarely ever a line. And I love the unlimited car washes for a great monthly rate.

Does not have vacuums

Went here because they are open late will come back. Customer service was excellent had some trouble scanning my wash code since it was my first time got help with no attitude unlike other places that give you attitude for not knowing. Keep up the great service! Highly recommended my kids had a fun time going through the wash with all the lights.

Hands down the worst car wash I ever been too. The car wash is expensive for what little they do. At the beginning one one side of my car was sprayed down guess the guy on the other side was too lazy. The car wash was literally 3 minutes and still left my car dirty. It left my car dirty in places where there were no dirt spots. There equipment I guess is dirty the car wash left black streaks on the bottom of my car. Then when you come out of the car wash they only dry your windows off not the whole car. There only business is catching the overflow from McKinley car wash.Terrible place just wait in line for McKinley car was much better and cheaper.0 out of 5

Probably the best choice for machine wash. New equipment and always staffed. Wash quality is usually excellent.Price is competitive.

So the guys helping with the wash were great, but I didnt get all the things that I paid for with the Fresh Package. Wont be back

CLOSED WAY WAY TOO LONG!!!!

Just got home after going to this place n itll be the last time I go to this place! Thought Id have a much better experience after reading all the positive reviews, I was wrong. The rollers only caught the top half of my windshield, my rims are still filthy, the guys waiting outside to wipe dry my car spent no more than 30 seconds wiping my car down n when I got home, there were choke water drops on the back of my car. Wish I could give it no stars, cuz thats what this place deserves, this place sucks!

I left my Honda-CRV for Fresh Detail with clay bar treatment and shampoo of matt/seats. I am extremely satisfied with the result and feel like they shined my Honda CRV like a new car. I am certain that I will come back for normal and extra car washing service. Thank you very much for your hard work and professional service!

Not a bad deal for unlimited monthly car wash. I hear of other people trying to clean twice a day but 1 day every seems reasonable for $79.

I went there because google maps said they had a vacuum for our car. Lots of driving to find they dont have a car vacuum. Attendant told me the gas station just down the road had one and there wasnt a gas station. Not happy I am not picky and my reviews are genuine so this wasnt a good experience all around.
