I left a message anout a vehicle I was looking for and in minutes I got a text from Jesse. I called him back and confirmed with him on the vehicle that I wanted. We have bought several cars from Aloha Auto for our business and have always had a great experience. The amount of paperwork is minimal and the buying experience is fantastic. I refuse to buy cars from other dealerships because of the high pressure tactics and the long hours they waste of my time. I either buy on-line or a Aloha Auto.As you know, you get what you pay for and cheap cars sometimes have deferred maintenance. The cars we have gotten from Aloha Auto have had very minor problems that were easily corrected. We will continue to buy or cars from them and recommend them to others.

Honestly not a bad thing to be said about these guys and their team! Super friendly, easy going and most importantly honest and up-front. The wife found an ad for a specific vehicle they were advertising on-line so she reached out to get more details. They answered her call after a few rings; off to a good start. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, answering the couple of preliminary questions we had. We then scheduled a time to come down to check out the vehicle. Since I work typical hours, we scheduled to meet there after my shift which gave use about an hour total before they closed. We arrived and they had the car we were inquiring about right out front waiting for us. We were immediately greeted by Keala, who turned out, was the rep my wife was in communications with earlier. He was very outgoing and you could tell he was just a genuine kid.He grabbed the keys and walked us to the car. I will say, because we came to look at a specific car that was kind of a unicorn (older mid-size SUV w/ ridiculously low miles), he had zero selling to do. We were specifically looking for that type of vehicle and this one was mint. We both knew either we like what we saw and were buying it or the next person coming to look at it would be buying it. He took a picture of my DL and due to COVID, handed us the keys, told us to take her for a spin, hit the highway to really test her and just be back in 10-15 minutes. We returned and liked the vehicle. It was time to negotiate and iron out the details of the sale. We had our price in mind, they had theirs and after a few calls to the owner/manager we were able to come to an agreement that I think we were both happy with. The whole process took less than an hour. It was a very pleasant experience and we definitely recommend Aloha Auto Depot and Keala if you are looking for a great deal and a positive vehicle purchasing experience.

Never bought a car on my own before but it was a low pressure situation from Jesse. I will have to update in a month on whether or not it truly was a good purchase. A downside would be theres nowhere to park so you have to get dropped off there.

Absolutely horrid experience through and through. Sold me a car with 5 check engine codes, but not a single check engine light on the dash. So they turned off the light to sell the car (extremely illegal). Save your money and go get a car from a credible dealership who isn’t going to screw you over.

Great buying experience at Aloha Auto Depot! I worked with Jesse throughout the entire buying process. I had my eye on a Mazda3 and Jesse and one of the other workers (I forgot her name) were super helpful with test driving the car. He provided me with the Carfax and was transparent with any issues about the car. There were some issues with the brakes and the battery in the key fob, but Jesse made sure to address those issues before I finalized my purchase on the Mazda. Brakes were fixed, key fob battery replaced, and a safety check conducted prior to finalizing the deal. I appreciated the service and willingness to help from Jesse - but the entire place seemed to give off that vibe. Very friendly and welcoming place. Upon finalizing my purchase, Jesse explained everything to me with transparency, and made sure everything was good. I would highly recommend going to Aloha Auto Depot if youre looking for a used car!

My car broke down right in front of Aloha Auto Depot and it really couldn’t have broken down in a better place (even though I was in the middle of the road). Jesse and another guy came running out to help me get my car out of the road into a safe spot once they noticed we were in trouble. They took a look at the car and tried to figure out what was wrong even though I wasn’t a customer. Eventually they called their tow man and arranged for him to tow my car home. Jesse waited till the tow man came and made sure he found my car because I couldn’t wait for the tow man, he also stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. The guys here as well as the tow man (Woon & Son Towing) were so great. I felt so cared for through this really stressful afternoon. Everyone go give them business!

The salesmen were very courteous and willing to answer questions, and there is a decent collection of cars for any price range on their lot. But at Aloha Auto Depot, I test drove the car, negotiated pricing, filled out the necessary paperwork, and purchased the car in less than 1.5 hours. Jesse was great! No pressure, very honest about the cars flaws, knowledgeable, responded quickly to some questions I texted him, and followed through with having the cars interior cleaned up and odor removed. I bought the car on Thursday and picked it up Saturday morning. I would definitely purchase from Aloha Auto Depot again.
