Stopped by on a whim to see if I could get an appointment made and one of the barbers happened to just free himself up for a bit and took me in even though I hadnt had an appointment.Gave me an absolutely fantastic haircut and bear trim. The customer service is great and the barbers there really take pride in there work, its an art what they do, really, making diss ugly boddah look half decent, I always leave there tinking I da Fonz but Im just trash with a nice cut.

I had one of the best haircuts ever today at the Premier Barbershop/ Medi Spa with Christian. I had been growing my hair and it was hard to keep up with it. Christian is dedicated to his craft and truly enjoys his capacity to bring out the best in one’s hair. He was kind, paid attention to what I wanted and treated my hair with utmost care. I left the salon feeling refreshed and grateful.

Ive been coming to get my hair cut by Rodney at least once a month for about a year. Each time, everything about my visit is exceptional. I am always greeted as I walk in and I am offered something to drink as I wait for my appointment (they arent late, Im just early). The cut itself is the best. The attention to detail Rodney has is incredible and I am never disappointed with how it looks. One thing that really bothers me is if something isnt even. Like the hair on the left side of my head is ever so slightly longer than the right side. This is never a concern for me ever since I started getting my hair cut here.Ive been pushing my brother to get his hair cut here and he finally gave it a try a few months ago. He now comes by more often than me. Every two weeks!Booking online is easy and dont forget to put your phone number into the rewards tablet. Pretty cool to get rewards at a barbershop.

This place is legit, friendly and professional staff and the best consistent cuts I got on the island hands down. No point in wasting anytime researching a ton of shops, if youre traveling this should be the first stop for a fresh cut.

Ive been going to Premier barber shop for a while now and I absolutely love it. In the past, I would have so much anxiety when getting my hair cut but now I tend to doze off in the seat because I am so comfortable and confident that my hair will be fire. Rodney, who happens to be the owner is very humble, kind, and a hard worker. He is great at giving advice to his customers and is very knowledgeable. His team members are also great, they have good personalities and are very talented as well. I work at a local hotel and will always recommend my guests to get their hair cut from Premier Barbershop. Do it, you wont regret it.

I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend with a lady this morning, for 2:15 pm. She answered the phone saying “Premier Barber Shop Ala Moana.” To confirm the location, I asked if they were located in the mall and she said yes.Around 2:00 pm, my boyfriend walked in and was told he did not have an appointment. So I called, and was told by this guy that I possibly called the Downtown location. The funny thing is the Downtown location is closed today.So much for calling to make an appointment. I thought I would’ve liked this place but it was a fat waste of time. Thanks for telling me that I called the Downtown location when they’re closed today!

After seen Jen myself for a trim and a braiding. I asked her if she did special house calls my husbands in the Hospital for almost 90 days and he was looking pretty shabby Jen made a special trip to cut his hair trim his beard clean the ears and eyebrows! Very disappointed. I get a fade weekly and while on vacation I thought I would go after being recommended this barber salon.I requested a fade with nothing off the top and was booked in with Sam. His English was very poor (new to the salon) and ruined a simple fade.Very uneven, unable to blend the top. Would not recommend this barber, perhaps other people in this salon have better skills.Would not recommend or go back. Sorry.

The staff is super friendly and Eun Sook hands down gave me one of the best cuts over ever had in my life and she was super courteous and even offered me a beer. How awesome is this place?!! Everyone was very nice and I was able to get a haircut pretty quickly. My issue was the barber wasn’t that good. He didn’t ask before cutting my sideburns really high, and he didn’t do that great a job overall. When you charge 45$ for a haircut it should be expected to be one of the best haircuts you can get. I guess I should have figured a shop in a mall would lower their standards.

I have been coming here since I moved to the island 1 and half years ago. My favorite thing is that I can trust any barber will give me a 5 stars cut. Over this i time I have had haircuts with at least 5 different barbers and they all do an excellent job. I do recommend to make appointment either by phone or online

The barbers are very good and personable. Today we went to Landon he was great and very detailed with my sons haircut and friendly. My son is 15 and qualified for a Kids cut at $30. Tip: early bird proces are $10 off a haircut before 12pm. We will definitely visit again high quality haircut!

Ive had multiple barbers cut my hair here the results are always fantastic. If youre into hip hop and modern music atmosphere here is great. They sell a plethora of phenomenal hair products.You also get the choice between a beer or a soda and a TVs to watch while youre getting your haircut as well.

I was in desperate need of a haircut and honestly was small kine bored while my wife and daughter were shopping at Ala Moana. To save time, I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and found Premier Barbershop Hawaii. They were able to accommodate me as a walk in with just a half hour wait. I figure that would give my wife more time to shop so I took the appointment.For $45 (called the premier hair cut), they did a pretty snazzy job. It was a bit pricey but for the service and location, I would come here again especially when my wife needs to go shopping and I need to kill time.

Its our first time here. Taking my son to a much needed trip to the barbe Immediately as we walked in, we were greeted at the door by the barbers that were huddled around the counter.Thats a huge plus for me because Customer Service is key!!We didnt have a preference on the barber because weve never been here, but we didnt have to wait long either. I was pleased that the barber always checked with me before making any changes to our suggestion.

I do not recommend. Went because a co-worker claimed they were the best and though the presentation is nice and the drink was pretty original I felt like the barber really didnt care about what he was doing. Multiple times I had to ask him to fix some things that were very obviously wrong and every time he got angrier until I stopped and just walked out with a botched beard. I guess its easy being the best when there is no competition. There is no passion or drive for perfection at premiere barbershop.

Having a photo shoot tomorrow with my new wife and we paid a ton of money. So naturally I wanted to look my absolute best.Got a haircut and full beard trim/shave back home 4days ago. Cut my hand on some coral and wasn’t confident shaping myself up with non-dominant hand (usually clean up stubble myself in-between cuts). So BOTH upper lines on each cheek AND around neck/chin were still visible. Figured why not stop into this barbershop who’s storefront advertises they shave/shape beards.Explained to receptionist what I wanted done. A female barber was standing at front desk listening and immediately said she’d take me now (not sure her name was mentioned). Before my butt was even in the seat she heard me say, “I DO NOT WANT lines pushed past/further than where they currently are”. Also, I repeated “PLEASE KEEP UPPER LINES AS HIGH AS YOU CAN”, twice (definitely wasn’t shouting though lol).So she knocked or dropped top lines down quite a bit and added a weird uneaten curve on both.. Problem is I’ve gotten very tan being in the sun for 4days. So now I have TWO lighter/paler stripes in between where EXISTING LINE WAS and her new funky line is🤦🏽‍♂️.Here’s some ADVICE for the barber who botched me today. PLEAST DRY SHAVE thicker facial hair especially on upper lines when it’s stubble into existing beard. B/c you l did an amazing job tracing line with buzzer. BUT AFTER you lubed me up you pushed line WAY down and make it all curved and low and weird. Sooo DRY SHAVE upper lines.Anyway she did a great job on bottom line for chin/neck and back of neck. Baby smooth. Just needs to chill out on upper lines as they are ALWAYS MOST IMPORTANT especially with fresh tans 🤷🏽‍♂️.Praying photographer will edit these white cheek stripes out 😭

This is a truly spectacular shop, welcoming and immaculately clean, they went all out for my adult son, who uses a wheelchair, moved their chairs to accommodate him, and the best cut and beard trims he has ever had- Oong Sook made such a great impression on him, he is flying over from Kauai tomorrow to return to Premier Barber Shop for a Holiday Style!!

I highly recommend going to any of the Barbers at Premier Barbershop Ala Moana and Downtown because of the consistency of their cuts and excellent customer service. This is coming from a guy whos has tried all the smaller mom and pop shops to the supercuts stores.Because of my hectic travel work schedule, Im a no appointment-walk in type of guy with a wash - go type haircut and they always cut my hair exactly they way I like it...…...PERFECT!

Nothing premiere about this barbershop. 70 dollars for an uneven beard, uneven eyebrows and uneven moustache. When I pay 25 dollars for a haircut and I have to go home and fix it myself it doesnt bother me because I payed the bare minimum but when I pay 70+ in a place that supposedly specializes in this and I still have to go home and fix it then I have a huge problem with it. I shouldnt have to tell a barber when the lines are uneven when hes inches from my face. Avoid this place and go somewhere cheaper. Its not like it can be any worse there.

Had an appointment. Still had to wait half an hour, with several available stylists sitting around the shop chatting with each other. I finally left without a haircut after the person who came in after me was served first.
