After a 30 mile bus ride and having my car towed to Cutter Mazda in anticipation of picking up my loaner car while repairs are made, the service center said the valid auto insurance I possessed was unacceptable because the policy was written in California and it has to be a policy written in Hawaii. After all things were in place and being told my insurance was fine over the phone I was forced to take a 30 mile bus ride home. To say Cutter service dept acted irresponsibly and in a very unprofessional manner would be a compliment.0 out of 10

Excellent service by Tylor, Keanu, and Yosuki. They are a wonderful team and accommodating. I was hyperventilating and Yosuki amde me comfortable. Each played a huge part in me purchasing tye Mazda3 hatcback.
