Well, besides State Farm being “State Farm”, their name should already speak experience and established....adding Ryan and his team to the mix just made every transaction, policy change, and filing claims pleasant and easy. Ryan and his teams knowledge about policies and financial strategies are second to none. I don’t trust anyone else for my financial planning, childrens future, and home. I am very disillusion about Ryan Miyashita-State Farm service. I have 2 home insurance, hurricane insurance, business insurance plus cars insurance with them, however recently the service I received was dreadful. In July, someone hit my car and unfortunately my Kia Soul only comes with liability insurance due to I barely drive due to covid. I set up appointment with Taryn on the following day and seek for help. The duration of conversation we had was less than 5 mins. She emphasized that due to my insurance isn’t comprehensive, therefore I need to get police report and call opponent insurance company by myself.I was desperate because this is the first time my car got involved into an accident. I do not know how to handle it plus my work starts from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Yes! Because of one of my car isn’t purchase comprehensive, therefore the service I received was 0. No matter how many insurances I purchased from them. No advise, no suggestions. I sadly left the office.Next day, my brother brought my dad to Ryan Miyashita office to explain the whole situation, and how the accident happened. Taryn seems like she will follow up with the opponent’s agent. After exactly 1 month, we called to check status, guess what! Opponent’s agent declined due to the location of incident wasn’t correct. My dad was the one drove my car, and he is an elderly. People can’t remember things after 3 days but we have pictures sended to Taryn. The person who hit my car was even on bicycle lane.We called opponent’s insurance, that agent said she declined this case on July 29, and told Taryn. Today is Aug 25th, if we don’t call Taryn ask for status, I guess she will never bother to tell us. I waste the whole month time for this case. She didn’t even explain anything to that agent, neither the pictures. Waste the whole time brought my dad to office explain everything. I bet she didn’t even listening at that time.When the incident was happened, my insurance was expire due to outstanding balance of $8. My brother called this company, the agent was explained that my insurance was month to month! HELLO??? Who will purchase car insurance month to month! I do not know what’s going on with this company!!!!!I am not the person who complains, don’t get me wrong. Their agent here is very nice if you are new customer and willing to purchase any insurance that make them to get commissions. If they can’t get any commission, they will ignore you and not want to help at all.I am so regret that I even changed my husband car insurance from USAA to here. Every time I go to this company, they will ask you to purchase life insurance. I am the person who do not know how to decline. I just always be patient listen them to explain the whole thing. The agent here, if she cant make money from your pocket, sorry No service!I sincerely think all the insurances I purchased from them are not enough to make this company to help me. Ryan Miyashita, I am so upset and disappointed!

I had a rental that had a roof leak and Ryan and Taryn was able to help me resolve the problem. There was mold due to the poor resolution from our townhouse management association. Fortunately, Ryan and Taryn helped me step by step as my tenants relocated during remediation and repair of my property. They were able to get a quick payment for my damaged floor and loss of rent that the Assocation did not want to take responsibility for. They were a life saver.

We moved and were shopping around for home insurance. A friend recommended State Farm and I called the first agent I saw. I worked with Taryn and KC mostly but everyone seemed really friendly. Don’t know much about insurance but they were patient and addressed all my questions and concerns. They even brought up life insurance which I honestly always put off but they helped me realize how important it is to get while I’m still young and at my healthiest.

The worst insurance company & the worst customer service. I discussed with them & we agreed on a price for 6 month policy & then after I switched to them they kept adding bill to my policy. Then when I called them they always have an excuse for adding bill to my policy & one of them is:- we thought your car model different🤷🏻‍♂️And the worst of all that, I called them 3 times & I emailed them & they didn’t get back to me.Always when you’re in fault, you don’t want to face the person.I also escalated to customer service & they did nothing about it, they switched me to different agent & they told me this agent is good & she’ll solve the issue. Guess what she was worst, she didn’t even tried🤷🏻‍♂️
