The worst customer service I have seen in my life! My friend had a car accident and asked for the office to assist him with the claim because he did not speak English. The guy who picked up the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. He said it is not his problem and told my friend to call Progressive diectly even though the office was listed as his agent.He was also yelling at my friend and asked why he called his office instead of calling Progressive directly . The only reason my friend went with Progressive is because he is a Chinese speaking agent. I hope David Chens office will see this complain that I have and work to correct this problem because if not, I am sure Progressive will start to loose customer because of agent that are rude to them.
