They are really rude and unprofessional I came to them and they told me I couldnt file if you want to file with Jackson hewitt go to the one on john Hawkins parkway cause the people at the homewood location (this location) are rude and they dont know that they are doing. I wouldnt refer nobody here.

So glad that I prepare my own taxes now. I went to file my 2016 tax return at the Greenspring location. Later found out the tax preparer Lydia Mitchell put my filing status as single but im in fact married. So they tell me I have to pay $195 to amend the form. Nope, Nope, Nope, Never again!!!

Let me start by saying Mrs.Webb is GREAT! Shes friendly, knowledgeable, and professional...now on to Jackson Hewitt...My account number was enetered wrong during the completion of my taxes..by the time I noticed I was told it was to late to be corrected. Ok, moving on. The straw that broke the camels back is that I relocated here from GA and allowed them to process my State taxes as well. Here it is one week after theyve begun processing and Ive already had to call (twice) to ask them to go ahead and send off my State. At this point my taxes still havent been sent out and I am not sure when they will...I guess on their time. Well, thats my review, proceed at your own risk.
