Mgr very Rude. When asked if they could match a lower rate from a other company. He said youd better take it there. Then when we ? Him about his answer he said I would take it there

Took 4 weeks to get tech out to replace single window pane. Pane fell out 3 times while tech was installing and injured tech. Bruce Neal, the manager (and maybe owner of franchise), was rude and condescending to my wife when she tried to express her concerns. Tech left broken glass inside our house, messy caulk all over the side of our house, and a ripped window screen. After two days with no window, it was finally replaced, but new tech couldnt get caulk up without pulling paint off siding. My wife again talked to Bruce, who explained how minor the issues were and how unreasonable she was for wanting it fixed immediately, because the panes falling out was an accident. No apology for the inconvenience or for the mess on the principle of providing a quality service. Finally decided to get our contractor to come back out to fix trim and siding damaged during pane replacement. I had to call Bruce to explain my disappointment in their poor workmanship and lack of professionalism, and we came to an agreement that we would pay a reduced balance for the pane replacement in the amount of what we were now paying our contractor. They did replace the pane, but it was not at all a pleasant or professional process.

I filed the claim on a Thursday and they came to my wifes workplace on Friday and replaced the windshield in the parking lot. They used OEM glass. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They were very kind and provided very fast service. They had excellent communication and I felt secure that they did the job right.

Quick response to initial call. Glass had to be ordered and cut however they were able to get the glass in, cut and installed in less time than the initial estimate.

I just bought a 30 year old home with double pane windows. The street side windows had broken seals and collected moisture inside. Glass Doctor replaced the double panes on the dining room windows. Now I have a clear view through those windows.Good value and great service!

I reached out to this company to replace the glass on my dining room table. They came out 3 hours late to pick up the glass, and explained they could replace the missing glass. Here we are 1 week later and the owner explained that it has to be a thinner glass or thicker glass for him to replace both pieces. When I called him back to get a more detailed understanding and description he was very rude and unprofessional, not to mention he hung up in my face. I don’t care what business you run professionalism goes a long way. I would never do business with this company again. Then had the audacity to attempt charge me to bring me my glass that they cannot fix.

For a vent window my out of pocket was 370 bucks, for a piece of glass that is 6inches tall and 3 inches wide

Keith was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate and get the measurements for the broken double pane window. The glass came in less than 2 weeks and he was out that afternoon to replace the window pane. 5 stars all the way!!

I have a 2020 A Class Mercedes took it to get a glass replace. I dont drive the car but maybe once a week if that because I have another car.I was washing my car over the weekend and noticed a defect in the glass call glass doctor to report it took it to they shop today and they blame 😑 everything on me there is no rock chips in the windshield they saying my wipers scratch my windshield really they are putting the blame on me and want honor that this was already there in this new windshield. I just came from getting a second opinion like my insurance told me to and I was right the defect was over looked and this scratch did not come from my wipers so now I will leave it to my insurance to handle everything from here..let me remind you they are nice to you up until you find a problem and they dont want to fix it!!!!I am shock I thought from the reviews they was better then this..p.s I wish i had really paid attention when 🤔 I was looking the glass over but I was more concerned about my sensor working on the windshield and really didnt see this until the way the sun hit it and thats how I seen it...I will not be using them anymore..

Curtious and helpfull staff, had my windsheild replaced and calibrated in under 2 hrs. even scanned my truck for codes prior to working on it and explained everything.

I needed my windshield replaced as soon as possible due to the crack being in my vision while driving. I requested a quote while at work on night shift and I received a phone call before 8am with a quote and possible day and time for replacement. Glass Doctor worked around my hectic schedule to come to my house and replace my windshield. This company was $250 - $350 cheaper than other quotes I received. Had to have my passenger side window replaced. Was done in a short time and all but a couple of very small pieces of glass were left after the tech vacuumed. Three of the techs were not wearing masks and one of the office ladies was wearing a mask but not over her nose.

Great experience with Glass Doctor. They came out and replaced a windshield and the seal around the windshield did not completely close. (I found this out after a little rain) However, the team here happily addressed my windshield and replaced it with a brand new one even though they could have simply tried to fix only the seal. The quality of the work truly matters to this team and they stand behind their work 100%.

Well I sat down after giving the very nice clerk my keys n before I could read all my messages in my phone they were done. I was completely shocked how fast they fixed my window n how great it looked when they were done....glass doctor is the place to go for your glass!!!

Quick. Easy. Fast. I cold called them on a Friday afternoon, for a non-emergency, and I had a great replacement by Wednesday. They were clean and I had no problems at all.

Left glass on floor large pieces and small shards. Window trim was not fit properly. Weather stripping not replace properly. But the guys were very friendly. Their boss called them several times asking when they would be free to go to next job.

Called to speak with someone regarding replacing glass and rubber on 2 vehicles for my employer. The lady that answered the phone was not helpful and fairly rude. I was told that they would come out and fix glass but she curtly told me they would not. Then she just put me on hold without telling me. Have no clue how they are on repairs since I wasn’t even able to get that far due to the total lack of customer service skills by the lady who answers the phone.

Have a Scion tc in need of the hatch glass replaced. Had to clean up glass myself and drive to there shop for the replacement. Not sure if glass was improperly installed or just defected but the next morning it was blown out. So it got replaced. Having to clean up the glass again and driving to the shop again to set another. Now a defective bow in the glass causing obstruction to sight we are told its supposed to be this way is not a good way to do business. Have pictures and overall disappointing reviews about these jokers..

It had taken 2 hours to install rear windshield on Honda Civic.I always check reviews and Glass Doctor had mostly good reviews. Repair and replace people were higher Glass doctor did a great job,their associates were helpful.I recommend Glass Doctor to anyone who wants good service and great pricing.

Service was quick but I had items come up missing in my car...

Would not recommend. I walked in, the man took my keys and told me to wait, no price quote or anything. While I was waiting I heard the receptionist getting frustrated with a customer on a call, and after she hung up, she called the customer stupid to a coworker. When I returned to my car, none of my stickers were on the windshield. They told me they wouldnt stick, which includes my college campus car ID, my brake tag, and my neighborhood membership sticker, all necessary. They also told me it was illegal for them to put my brake tag back on, which is understandable, but its also illegal for me to drive without one even in Alabama because the state that I am from requires one. My stickers were rolled up in the passenger seat and I had to tape them to my windshield. The secretary was getting frustrated with me when I insisted that I need those stickers which collectively cost $200 which I now have to replace. The windshield looks good, but the service was bad.

We called Glass Doctors when a number of windows were broken over a weekend. Their telephone representative was able to set up an immediate response, with a specialist coming to our site to measure and replacement windows actually in place within four days.

They just need to slow down a little and make sure the job is done right.Had glass shavings left inside my vehicle and my first glass I received from them had an defect in it.All in all they did make everything right.
