Recently I had my bathroom remodeled and Diamond Glass installed aframeless shower door and panel. It looks great, just makes the room sobright. I always have wanted a frameless shower & Diamond Glass did a great job. Im recommending them to everyone I know. Will add a picture once I figure out on how to do it.

Attention Facebook Friends – DO NOT USE DIAMOND GLASS: I recently hired Diamond Glass off HWY 280 in Birmingham to make a large mirror to sit above my mantle. Diamond Glass came out to my home and took measurements for my custom order, however, when I received the mirror this past Monday, it was off by two inches all the way around. I immediately called Diamond Glass to voice my concern and dissatisfaction with the final product. Diamond Glass ignored my call – after waiting 2 days for a call back, I decided to go to the store myself to discuss the situation in person. When I arrived, the owner of Diamond Glass (David) came out from the back and was immediately combative. He yelled at me (and mocked me) – stated he would NOT refund my money, nor would he make a new mirror with the correct measurements in the time frame that I needed. To say he was rude or unprofessional would be a gross understatement. He was belligerent, condescending, and quite frankly, verbally abusive. He ended our conversation by kicking me out of his store. So, now, I’m out the money (cash) that I paid him, and I have no mirror to show for it. I will NEVER do business with Diamond Glass again, and I would encourage you, and anyone else you know, to NEVER do business with Diamond Glass. The art of customer service is fading, and I, personally, will not spend my money in a place that does not treat its customers with the respect and dignity they deserve
