If the cell phone companies are telling you that you need a new phone, which will cost you hundreds of dollars, then do yourself a favor and go to these guys at Batteries Plus Bulbs! AT&T told me I would have to buy a new phone, but that wasnt true. My old iPhone5 just needed a little help. After cleaning the charge port on my phone and putting a new battery in it, the guys at B+B had me out the door in no time for only $27!!! A new phone would cost me around $500!!! These guys will definitely get more of my business!

Helpful but didnt carry a battery I needed. Asked to order one from them and they said they couldnt do it. BMW is mean. Lol. If you need a key fob battery they will put it in for $9.99. FYI

This was my first experience with Batteries Plus. Austin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job installing a new iPhone battery for me, as well as installing a screen protector. This was an excellent experience, and I will be patronizing Batteries Plus again in the future.

I went in with a shattered screen and they repaired it within 45 minutes. When I got the phone back it seemed to work just fine. However, I didnt receive any calls until later on in the day. When I did, I couldnt hear the other party unless I put them on speaker phone. I took the phone back and they fixed it immediately in a relatively short time. I was very well pleased.

My daughter dropped her phone and we really needed to get it fixed. I tried to go to Apple, but I was told there will be a 2 day wait. I called AT&T, and the sales associate told I would most likely have to upgrade. I remembered Batteries Plus fixed iPhones. I called and the salesman stated they could fix the phone. Once we arrived the salesman told us he would call us when he completed the repair. The salesman called me 15 minuets later telling me he was done. My daughter and I are two satisfied customers. Customer Service was A+ . Price was right ! And.....they were able to take care of my battery replacement extremely fast ! I know where Ill be going when its time to replace the batteries in my other phones !!!!

The guy that has helped me has been fantastic. The repair, however, has not been.This is my second screen repair, and will absolutely be my last. When I picked up my iPad yesterday, the man helping me (not the one who repaired it) told me to play around with it to make sure it was okay. Immediately, I could tell the home button didn’t press right. It wasn’t flush with the screen and kept getting stuck. The casing around the iPad can be lifted up around the corners, and there’s air or something under the glass, so there’s a weird rectangle around the screen.I have to take it back AGAIN next week.It was done poorly, and considering it took one second to see there was a problem, the repair person clearly didn’t care at all.

Time for repair was 1/2 hour, which was awesome. The technician was very friendly and professional! He did a fantastic job!
