Good service, friendly gentleman

I was treated very well here. I live near Orland Park, but I dont receive the same quality of service that I do at Oaklawn Chevy.

Service representative, John was clueless, attempted to overcharge me based on his lack of knowledge. Furthermore, his co-worker tried to respectfully correct him with no avail. I wouldnt recommend maintenance nor service based on my experience.

Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Took the wifes car in for a small recall there were 2 we knew of they let us know of 2 more and took care of everything. Dropped the car off early evening for a next day appointment called a few hours later saying it was done. Excellent work done extremely fast. The service personnel were friendly and professional. A great expierence

Oil change was ok. When I tried to call for an appointment for things they suggested that needed fixing no one answered or even called back. Not good customer service.

The staff is horrible now! Where is the old staff. Been going here for years. I have to find a new chevy dealership.

I will never take my vehicle here again!
