I used their service on 08/28/20. From the time Jessy the dispatcher said the driver was on his way, it couldnt have been more than 25 minutes and he was outside my home. Gary was very professional and thorough in his job, he displayed great customer service at all times. My in laws truck tried to screw them over Final Destination style. It began to smoke and the seatbelts became stuck, rendering them unable to escape. Nah, the truck just died. They were stranded. The gentleman told me everything step by step what he was doing and showed me specific about the process which relieved me because I had never been through this before. I got a birds-eye view. My experience with this company was amazing. Gerry realy helped me out and provided excellent and great service. He was kind and communicted with me throughout the whole process. My car broke down on a Sunday on the Turnpike which is no fun but after calling Homestead Towing they sent Gerry and he came in about 15mins and towed my car to my house with no problem. I called them Tuesday because my car wouldnt start. Mendez the dispatcher was very professional and advised me that a tow truck would be on its way. Johnny called me immediately and advise me he was 5 min away. Once he got to my home he looked at my car and advised me it was indeed the battery and I needed to get a new one.what towing company goes with you to the auto part? None that I have dealt with in the past. Well Henry the ower from Homestead Towing allowed his driver to go with me to the auto part to get a new battery and Johnny also installed it for me! Homestead Towing doesnt care for the money they care in helping clients in what they can. They are extremely professional and their drivers actually have the experience. The dispatchers are also very helpful in getting them routed in a decent time! Thank you Homestead Towing for having a solution to my situation! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!

Company had 6 employees inside with no masks on during the pandemic. When I went to pick up my car I had to wait 10-15 minutes since no one was in the building and Towing company owner was very rude and uneducated on how an essential business should be run.
