I rented a tilling machine from them that definitely took care of what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous showed me how everything worked and helped me load it.

Not happy at all with their service,, i rented a mower and a brush cutter for a day and had to go back one time, drop the mower and come back to pick it up after an hour because it broke on me then 30 min after the second attempt to use it broke again and i got it working, a plug was loose,, all this making me loose like 3 hours of work.it was 300 for both machines and i get charged 408$ because i delivered the machine at the same time i picked them up the day before (10:30am) the lady over there told me i was supposed to return it at 9am,, they didnt have in consideration that i lost 3 hours of work because their mower didnt work the first time. not recommended.

Edel is the best mechanic in town. I never have to bring equipment back again for repeat problem.

Great customer service! I was greeted before I got out of my truck. I was notified up front that the repairs would take a couple weeks by the mechanic. Overall, I truly appreciate everything.

Unfortunately, Im rating this place 1 star since its the minimum allowed for a review. I dont recommend this place AT ALL!! The lady at the front desk was rude, lacks professionalism and provides the minimum of customer service. I needed to rent a machine for one day and went to their location since they were the only ones who had the equipment. I went on a Friday at 4:30 pm to rent the equipment, and I couldnt return the machine the next day, Saturday, since they closed at 2:30 pm. As a result, I brought back the machine Monday at 7 am. We ended up paying $922.85 when we shouldve just paid for a one-day rental. Sadly, I dont recommend this place, and if you happen to do any business transaction, beware of their charges.

Ive done fairly regular business with this place for 5 years now. They have always had the machine ready that I had reserved, when going to pick it up. They are very timely in their opening and I never have to wait at the counter. I am always in and out, with the machine in my truck, in under 5 mn. Recently, I took a compacting machine in for repair and needed it back the same day. They were able to get it done! Their staff that day (Pete - Mgr., Dave - mechanic, and Ada - sales counter) were very polite, professional, and knew I was in a bind and did what they had to in order to see that I got my machine. I highly recommend this place.

Family owned and operated for many years you can rent just about anything except tractors go in and see Devin and Ada they also repair your own tools and equipment stop by and check them out cheaper than other local small engine shops

Highly qualified mechanics. They have old school knowledge about equipment. Saved me a bunch of money.

The staff are very attentive and eager to always help they provide you with knoledgeble information. Took in my tractor lawn mower to be repaired had it back within a week. Rented one in the mean time from them. Amazing how easy they made the rental/ repair process as well as the resonable pricing compared to others in the area.

This has to be the worst company EVER. I brought my machine to get repaired here. Paid an arm and a leg, I used it 3 times and it began to work horrible again. Keep in mind Im only cutting a very small area. I bring the machine in to ask them why after 3 uses its not functioning again. They try to charge me the part that they replaced again, after they replaced it without my consent they dismantle my machine and gave me my machine back in parts thrown in a box! What type of business is this? My machine was in one piece and at least still running! Now I have screws and springs thrown in a box, whom which I have no idea where they go! I dont think Ive EVER been so damn angry before! How dare these people!

I was told that for a mechanic to come to my nursery to fix the water pump I was going to be charged $129.00. That in itself was a lot of money to me because I was initially told that it was $75.00 for the mechanic to do the diagnosis and that the $75.00 would also be applied to the repairs. Then, I checked my credit card statement and Taylor Rental charged me $75.00 just for the mechanic to go to my nursery to look at the pump and then $129.00 for the mechanic to do less than 1 hour of work (which supposedly the hourly rate is $89.00). I called Taylor Rental to resolve the issue and the woman rudely hung up the phone on me. In short, they provided an overpriced service with horrific customer service . . so Id advise to not use them.

I rented a stump grinder from them. Their customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend them.

SCAM COMPANY!!! My husband went in to install a belt that had been disassembled (this is a 10 minutes work that could cost $30.00) and he was charged $104.35. These people are THIEVES! I am rating 1 star because it is the minimum allowed. NOT RECOMMENDED at all!!!
