This place is horrible. Their machines are all old and falling apart...They lied to me about having a trailer for a bobcat rental. I had scheduled a pickup for a big job I had. And when the day came that I needed the equipment. They then tell me they have no trailer for the bobcat I had rented. That i need to figure out how to get my own trailer that their is nothing they will do to help me. What they said was most people that rent from them have their own trailer. So I canceled everything. A went to Sunbelt rental and their service at Sunbelt rentals was 1,000,000 times better.

Rude, unprofessional, masks are not required by cdc guidelines. The way you handle your customers it’s amazing you remain in business.

Just left Fryes and what a great environment. The guys in the front counter gave me all the information i needed to rent the machine i needed for my side job at home. They have a gentlemen in the back yard that didnt let me leave till i knew how to use the unit. Real helpful to me. This is my first rental and i plan on coming here from now on specially with their prices that others cant compete with.

Awesome service. We needed to unload a huge palm trees, and the owners asked about the job we were doing and ended up saving us a ton of money and time at a good price! It turned out that they had a machinery that could unload and dig the hole for the palm trees. THANK YOU FRYES.

Wow I have never seen such great service and great attitudes from the workers in a workspace. I needed some help with what type of machine I needed for my specific job. They are very helpful and know the exact machines that I would need at a great cost! I have been one of their loyal costumes for some time now and they have never disappointed me. Rented a Backhoe for over a month now from Fryes tool and nothing but awesome experience. I had them deliver the equipment to me on a Saturday and equipment was picked up today morning . They have the machines ready whenever we need them and their staff is always their to help get you set up and even give you a small turitorial on how to use such machine or tool. I will say that their equipments are the best in town, very reliable. As well as their deals. In the downside, if you lose anything that belongs to them, youre better off buying it yourself and bring it. They will overcharge for it.nevertheless, great service.

The prices here are the market rate its about the same as Home Depot herc rentals or Sunbelt Rentals any of them would probably be a better choice. The front-end staff was nice enough on the phone once I went in and completed my rental they told me they couldnt help me load the rental into my truck which was an SUV and the equipment fit in. They had four guys in the back doing nothing and they werent allowed to help me put it in my truck. Any of the other options has people who are willing to help you load into your truck in my case they wouldnt even help me lift it and have me push it into the truck pretty sad. The lady whos the manager of the front has a generally shity attitude theres a bunch of stuff they dont tell you upfront. For example if youve never rented from them you need two forms of identification with your address on it that means your license is not enough hopefully you have your registration in your car and you can provide that second form. All said and done if you can find somewhere else to rent tools you should.

No complaints best equipment and prices compared to other rentals in the area.

I don’t know about other people’s experience but I have rented from Frye’s many times and the prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the equipment worked great! :)

1st of all after hurricane I went with my associate and a gentleman and a lady that were there werent that helpful, my associate was askining for a certain belt for a chainsaw and the guy was rude with his answer I asked him why was he being so rude he replied with a sarcastic have a nice day. They are over priced, a large stone grinder there is $225 day plus tax for 24 hours And only 8 hours operating time when at Taylors Tool Rental its cheaper and $450 deposit for 24 hours And its alll operating time plus they have great customer service I called twice and both times gentleman that answered was super nice, so Fryes can stay with their equipment and horrible customer service Md this is the 1st review I put on any buisness but I dont see why anyone as adults should act like that with someone that giving them buisness, so Fryes, you hve. Nice day Md get better employees .

I in my case rente them a machine to grind and they are dedicated to put blades of low efisienaia for when you ronpe one charge the full wheel is a scam and in everything is equal the amount not imajinan will leave you without being able to pay the rent of your house be very careful are frauds to bequeath.
