The barber did not completely give good service when cutting hair. I had to inform him that every haircut must have a razor lined after using the clippers. He was not friendly and took 45 minutes to cut my type of hair. Every barber should know how to cut ANY grade of hair.

Great atmosphere and clean. Always good music or a good movie playing. Usually every chair has a customer in it. Thats gotta tell ya something. Lou is the man. He cuts mine and my twin boys. They wont go to anyone else. But you can tell every barber in here has talent.

Born and Razed in Homestead my whole life. Bounced around Barber Shops trying to find a Consistent quality haircut at an affordable price. I’ve now been going to Rick for over 2 years now every single week and every time I leave I don’t even have to look in the mirror, it’s a perfect cut. Everyone there is super friendly and outgoing. The shop is always clean and the sofas are very comfortable and they always have Movies playing and music to make you feel comfortable. I won’t go anywhere else. I drive down from Cutler Bay to get my cut and it’s well worth it. 11/10

I understand the rough times and things like that. Thank you to the gentleman to the left when you walk into the shop, he was kind and at least tried to help me. Yesterday I booked an appointment for 10:30am to be cut (spoke to two young ladies). Upon walking in today, they asked around for my name and nothing was said. I waited forty minutes after coming in five minutes early with not one word spoken to me since my arrival. It’s frustrating, because in the new norm you have to make an appointment and that’s cool. But when I make one, honor it, those same young ladies sat there and not one approached me to cut my hair. It’s a bit disheartening to make an appointment, come in, and then sit there when I have to take literal time from my day that I won’t get back. I won’t be coming back and thank you for wasting my time.

Very unprofessional business i will not recommend this barbershop anywhere i go. The barber in specific that gave me the worst experience of my life is loui in the second seat. I did everything a customer can do with in covids 19s rules to safely get a hair cut and it ended up being a big mistake Not only where the barbers not clean they where very unprofessional in handling customer service. For example I called at 12 pm to see if I can set up an appointment when he told me to come in at 5:30 30 minutes before they closed i knew thered be a problem. I called various times throughout the day and 30 minutes in advance. When I come in he has a head on the seat and thats fine I wait outside 30 minutes and start to wonder why he is taking so long on this one hair cut. So I come in again and he has a completely new head on the seat and tells me I was waiting on the couch for you at 5:30 as they close down the shop in my face taking down signs and turning off the open signs without telling me a word. I can keep on going but I think you get the point theyre unprofessional not clean and disrespectful in a way and I will slander the name of this shop every where I go for making me experience such a circus.

Best fade Ive gotten in South Florida. Excellent service, good vibes, and a clean shop! My barber understood and gave me the exact fade and cut I asked for. Everyone in the shop was true professionals at cutting hair.

Can I give less than 1 star? This place is horrible. My step asked for a cut on a photo in a magazine and the guy with the pony tail gave her completely different. No sorry or anything. He knew he messed up because the man at the cashier heard my wife outside complaining to her mother how short the man cut it. Still no sorry. I’m new to homestead so I’m looking for a barbershop for myself so I went a couple of days later . I asked for blowout fade. This is my first time and will be my last time getting my haircut by a woman because this lady gave me a high top shadow fade. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was embarrassed walking out of the barbershop. She should be ashamed to let people walk out like that. I double confirm with her that I wanted a blowout and she said yes. By the time I saw that she cut a big chunk off of the side of my head, I told her that it looks like she’s give me a fade and she told me that it was a blowout and not the food. This was after I was waiting almost an hour for A haircut. Seems like the only thing everyone knows how to do their is give a military cut. I don’t know how they mix a blowout with a high top fade. I will never go back there again. I need to find a store with real barbers. I see all the reviews overall say good barbershop. But they need to fire ponytail and the chick in the corner

Great, clean and comfortable atmosphere! Ricky has been my sons for the past 12 years. He does a great job in letting my son know if the style he picked is actually going to look good on him. Because lets face it, we dont all walk around with the same shaped head and face. So what looks good on one person may not on another. Its great to see someone from our small town work hard and strive to come up and do their part to better our community. Keep doing big things Rick!

My son cuts his hair here, good cut, Lou always gets it perfect. Good prices not expensive. They usually are pretty busy afternoons and saturdays. This is your neighborhood barbershop, when they know you the staff is friendly. Good waiting area. Comfy sofas, Parking is pretty tight, its in a small shopping center. The only downfall ive experienced is if they dont know you they dont acknowledge you or direct you as you come in. And they dont always have a sign in sheet so you dont know who is last and there is a fee for paying with a card. Other than that my sons a regular. We continue to go there. It is a good barbershop.

I came to this barbershop four or five times they expected them to give them a tip of 10 dollars or better and when they dont get a tip of 10 or more they tell the other barbers so that the other barbers wont cut your hair. The worst experience Ive had with any barbershop.

I really like this place because of the attention they give their customers. As soon as you walk in the door your presence is acknowledgd . They do all types of cuts just like any good barber shop should. The always have a movie on while your waiting and its always nice and cool inside.

Got one of the worst hair cuts in a long time from the guy in the corner. Ive gotten two hair cuts from him before and been in the shop several times, never an issue but not today. I was angry/insulted when he gave me the mirror to check, not what I asked for...I just wanted it short and faded. How hard is that from someone who did your hair before? Paid and walked out. Even wife said I could not go back to work looking like that. I like the owners hustle but this was too much.

Never a good first impression when you come in and you arent even acknowledged. You sit and wait, a barber is done but he goes off somewhere starts talking smack. Another one gets done, walks right past you and youre still not acknowledged, she then joins in the smack talk, sits down to smoke from her pen til another one busy with a client finally points out like hey, theres someone. All she can say is: you need a cut? Ha. At that point Im taking my business elsewhere...

Unprofessional barbers. Didnt do what was asked, did his own cut then over charged without telling what it was for and charged an extra $1 for using a credit card and had to find out everything when looked at the reciept.

This place is sooo unprofessional. I have never stepped foot in the barbershop but every time I go to deposit money In the ATM right next to it I continuously get harassed by a fat man with an ugly long beard. It hasn’t happened just once and I have seen other women get harassed as well. I would not feel comfortable walking in or near it.

This place legit hires people that dont know how to cut hair. I asked for a low skin fade man left the left side of my face with a 0 i only have a tape on half my head. Like the schmuck couldnt even have decency of fixing the cut he just left after the cut. Idk where all this professional garbage is coming from.
