Gr8 service, no wait (at least when Ive been there). Ms. Mónica is a pro!!

Worst experience ever! Will not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional. Terrible cut. I literally took my child out of the chair. I have never in my life written a review but this was so bad that people need to know. I took two of my four kids in for a cut. My eldest sons cut was done by a very nice lady who did a great job. My younger- not so much. The lady who was to cut his hair first asked me if my son was a boy. I am assuming even though he was dressed like a boy- that his long hair made her question his gender. I let it go and proceeded to show her the cut my son wanted. A drastic change. From shoulder length hair to a short fade. He and I were both nervous as this was his first real hair cut. He is almost 8 years old. She didnt comb his hair at the start. She simply chopped off a huge section. Ok.. she then shaved the back of his head almost all the way down. She then proceeded to start chipping away with the top. At this point it was clear this wasnt the cut I asked for. I texted my husband to come help me. We stopped the cut and asked for a manager. No one wanted to come forward as management. The woman started yelling at me saying thats what i wanted. She then yelled at me that we just didnt want to pay for the cut. She was yelling at me and getting in my face. She threatened to call the cops on me when I told her to stop yelling at me. I pulled 3k cash out of my purse and told her i had no problem paying for a hair cut. I paid the nice lady and tipped her as well. She was professional and did a great job. She deserved her pay& 50% tip as well.The nice lady who cut my other sons hair removed the woman yelling at me out of my face. Eventually, a man came out of the back and i explained what had happened. He said he was sorry and looked at my kids head outside and shook his head. I was offered nothing more. It would have been nice if someone could have offered to fix his head. Instead my child looks like a mushroom. I now have to go to another place to have his hair fixed before school tomorrow. Its very unfortunate for this business. There was a wonderful lady whom did a great job & then we have this nasty woman there. I will not be back. I will not recommend and in fact I will tell people to steer clear from this establishment.

Friendly staff, close to home. Best part of my visit was I didnt have a lot of time and I was able to walk right in and sit down for my haircut right away. The stylist who helped me was bilingual, friendly and has been cutting hair for more than a decade. Second best part of my visit was the price - so inexpensive! Thank you, I will be bringing my family here from now on

I love this place I come in I get my haircut and Im out with in 15 minutes the staff is exceptionally helpful kind and beautiful. They have great prices on haircuts men women and children any style you want

I just went there a couple of days ago and to my surprise they had a complete makeover facelift. The place looks great. They even have a manicurist. Of course the barber I always go to see is Funa and my good friend Jennifer.

I always take advantage of the special $9 hair cut for my toddler and the ladies are bilingual. The wait sometimes is the only issue but other than that nice place.

Best barber in town! Funa is the bomb! Never have a problem except sometimes the wait but thats to be expected in place this good.👍

If they dont like you as a person theyll mess your hair up, go to miami clippers or woodys they arent that childish.

Go see Jennifer! She is the BEST!!!
