The promotion is sorta a scam. 1$ first month, next month promotional price, after that its regular price. I went with pubic storage. Same promotion except they dont change it to regular price!!

This place is great, I have been using them for many years and it has never failed once for me to get in there with my access code. Its usually always empty and the staff is nice. The only part that sucks is that there are no elevators so you have to take heavy items up the stairs.

I loved this place. Storage was clean. Moved here from Texas and put my things in storage here and units are nice and clean. I didnt have not one issue.

Ditto the comment on mice, we had significant mice damage. Also, concur with the comment about poor customer service. This is a ruthless business. The personnel do not cater to the customer and hold you to extremely rigorous terms. Sure its cheap, but what bothers me is that they make you go above and beyond what the terms of the contract say. Try at your own risk, there are much better values out there that for $20 more per month will offer at least that in better service. Would not recommend or use again.

Horrible experience ! they dont value the customer and they dont care! specially the manager she is a pain in the @,,, they are very strict with contract and terms - mice and rats we were customer for 2 years not late payment not even once and they are always watching you always on top of you we end up moving to another facility that can treat us better !

Not a fan of Storage America. Was a customer for 2-3 years and never once did they update their antiquated payment system. You literally have to either call them by phone or go in person each month in order to pay. No online payments. Was a loyal customer but when it came time to move out, they followed me for hours INSIDE the storage harassing me for another months payment. I was gone on the 1st and had to pay a full month. If I would have shown up after hours I could have vacated without them knowing and would have made them go through the whole process of locking down my unit and putting it up for auction without them knowing it had already been emptied. Never again. Ill pay more to go somewhere else that will respect me.

Did not give me my deposit,gave me some lame excuse..will not use them again.

February 2014, theyve raised theyre rates and reduced their military discount. Other than that, its clean and secure, but with non-A/C units you will get mice.
