I love the location of this facility. The customer service personnels were extremely friendly, courteous, and informative. The location was clean, and my rental process was very smooth. Covid practices was followed with masks and gloves. The price of my space was affordable and easy to access. The personnel’s gave me all the things I needed before I left. Camera system available so I feel safe storing my furniture. I will recommend to anyone in need of a storage.

DO you know what customer service is, or you just going to take my money? I reach out to smartstop self storage on April 15,2021 to rent a storage unit and i spoke to a young man that works for smartstop self storage i ask hm for a 10x16 stoarage outside he procrrded to say that they had one available then i stated i would like to have that unit when i arive to the self storage it was not what i paid for it was a 10x8 self storage that was to small so i reach out to the team manager april 16, 2021 april 17,2021 and there on ive been calling and calling and leaving messages after message with his employees for 49 days Mr.Rudy never call or reach out to me about refunding me my money back i really am tired of calling for my refund at this point im so disappointed in the services i will never use Smartstop Self Storage every again 49 days smdh

Must say this is by far the my most pleasant experience for a rental. The process of moving is already stressful. I was overwhelmed. Daphanie was amazing she sent us pictures of the unit and parking prior to us arriving. Daphanie answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. The space was clean and the music was easy. I recommended my co worker. Awesome place.

I gave this location five stars because it was very clean, nice with a inviting presence. The internet or system was down but the young lady was able to call someone to assist me with the process over the phone. The storage area was very busy and seem to have a lot of guests. Which is good for a business. The young lady remained very pleasant but you can tell she was alone. I was able to get the storage size I wanted via phone and was shown my unit with no problems. I did see masks being worn so I feel safe. Great place

This place is awesome. The staff were awesome and sweet. They were very caring and helpful. I am renting a space from them now and when I am done and I need storage again I would use them. I would rate this place and the staff a full 5 stars. I would highly recommend SmartStop Self Storage to anyone.

Very clean. But definitely lacking enough carts. There were only 2 carts for a 3 story facility on a busy Sunday. We got lucky and got there early before they were all gone.

Just dont like how some customers there think its cool to not wear masks during this pandemic

The office staff is amazing and very helpful I went in Thursday morning the 25th with my uncle to ask about possibly getting a bigger unit and the staff had no problem getting me the information that I needed unfortunately I didn’t proceed with the transfer but overall great experience

Very nice, clean friendly service. A new lady helped me although it seemed she was new she was very kind and very pretty. Bathrooms and area showed to me were clean and presentable. Prices very affordable. With COVID 19 numbers spreading it was good to see the young lady wearing a mask and wiping down. Great place.

I wanted to give 5 stars because my experience was not bad. The building was clean, smelled like bleach, the young lady was very polite but seemed to be handling a lot. The process for renting was pretty fast. The elevators being broken made me give it a 4. There’s no way to my storage space. The young lady said the stairs are for emergency exit only. This was my only concern.

So far so good. Halls are clean air-conditioning is adequate. On site attendant was very helpful. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner and there is currently no soap in the dispenser. I would still recommend smart stop to my friends.

Excellent customer services, very well prepared in reference on COVID 19- always kept social distance and hand sanitizer available. Jim was very professional and attentive. Nice place, clean, very easy access and close to the highways.

I made a reservation for rv storage on 10/11. Had issues getting there (2 blowouts on the way) once we had it towed to a tire shop on 10/14 we realized that we didnt need the space so I called to cancel and get a refund. I was told that they couldnt cancel the reservation in their system that they would have to contact the district manager and they would call me back (they never did). I called again on 10/16, they said the same thing, they would contact the district manager and call me back (again, they didnt). I called again today, 10/23 and they said the same thing! Come on people, do you know what customer service is, or do you just take money? Please resolve this.

Storage units are clean and priced well. Thomas was extremely helpful in establishing the account and helping us move our boxes into the unit. He created a very pleasant experience.

We had a last minute urgent need for a storage unit as the new house we were moving into wasn’t ready and suddenly we had a house full of stuff and no where to put it!We met with Thomas and he gave us several unit options and was very fair on price.
