Frank and Mike are the most caring, thoughtful and most importantly honest mechanics I’ve ever met. Each time I take my car in I’m treated with respect and my car receives the best care around. We drive to Ny every year and each time before we go Mike gives my car a thorough look over and repairs any and all damage. Their prices are fair and their work is fantastic. I highly recommend this shop for ALL of your cars needs.

Understand they use 3rd party apps to track your personal information and your vehicles information without your consent. If you tell them not to they will simply agree and lie. I called corporate about this and of course no one gets back to you. Call Better Business Bureau and they had so many reports about them they wont even process it. My take is stay away save your time... criminals and thieves... but alas the almighty dollar rules right?!

First, Chad Hurley is not my real name, so Frank don’t go looking through your records to locate this account, but he will know who I am.My oil warning sensor light came on in my Dodge Durango and so a friend suggested that I take it to Precision Auto Tune. So I’m waiting all day and Frank comes over and says, were giving your vehicle a $350 tune up and I’m saying that I want to know if the oil pump is broke and so Frank is saying, yea, but you really need a tune up. So I pay and leave the shop and the oil sensor comes on again! I go back the next day, you know the light came on as I was driving home, you didn’t fix the problem. So anyway the sensor was the item broken because with people that know the vehicle isn’t getting the oil that it needs to operate, instead does a $350 tune up and ignores the critical problem...well, if you want a really expensive tune up or if you’ve just cut an artery and are gushing blood, don’t let Frank handle it...your vehicle will die !

My check engine light was on, so I took it to Precision and they gave me an estimate of $1973.04 because supposedly they had to change the Timing Chain in my SUV. I being a single mother of two cannot afford that, so I took my car home and cried. The Sons Owner even recommended for me to buy another car. BUT my cousin recommended me her husbands mechanic, I took my car to his house. it turns out that when Precision did my oil change two months ago they installed a ripped filter, which was causing an oil leak and not enough oil was going to the engine. So in the end I only paid $35 to fix my car with the other mechanic. it upsets me that Precision tried to rip me off. When they caused my car the problem. My car now is working fine.

I had to do an emergency oil change before the Hurricane in order to drive out of Florida they were the only shop open in my area. They were Extremely courteous and professional. I called so many places they were all either closed, in a rush or simply rude. However, this shop took me in and changed the oil in a jiffy. I would totally go back again without a doubt!

Overfilled the oil reservoir during routine oil change. Corrected immediately but... Price was fair and I would go back but would check the work thoroughly. They swapped out my license plate for free, overall great service and easy to deal with.

Great place to take your car to get serviced....the employers there are timely & well organised with their duties & everyone knows what to do. When you go there, your not just left hanging, either the owner of the place takes care of you right away, or his son takes charge. Family business. Started going there a few years ago. At first just for oil changes, then tires. They always took care of me so well that I started getting major work done on all of my cars. Sure theyre busy sometimes, but thats because people trust them. People trust them because I constantly see them trying to take care of people, explaining whats wrong, trying to find a way to make them happy, always looking out for the best interest of their clients.This is how its supposed to be. I read some of the negative reviews here and I cant help but think that whoever gave 1 star just THOUGHT that they were being taken for a ride and being ripped off. I get it. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and a lot of them out there will rip you off. I honestly believe that these guys are trying their best to help people and in doing so they will be successful because of that. One thing Ive learned in life is that you cant make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Some people see what they want to see and unfortunately being a mechanic is tough because too many mechanics give other mechanics a bad name.These guys are legit and I will continue to trust them with my cars for as long as I can. I cannot recommend them enough. Theyve worked on my wifes Dodge Magnum and Dodge Durango, and my Saturn Sky and C7 Corvette. Id trust them with anything.

After I got ripped off at another local mechanic shop with my car still having the same problems, I came here and the guys were super friendly and HONEST! They found the problem and got me up and running for about $100 after the other shop financially ripped me a new A-Hole. The mechanic was patient and took the time to explain the problem to me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Family owned by Frank and his son, Mike. Theyre honest mechanics, which are hard to come by. They fix your car and educate you on what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is because sometimes theyre overworked with the abundance of people who trust them with their cars.

Please DO NOT take your vehicle here. I went in for a standard oil change, after two days of driving my car, the engine had a catastrophic failure and was totaled. I checked the dipstick and it was clean, they drained the old oil and did not add a drop of new oil. I had several mechanics check for leaks, there werent any. My car is a 2007 and hadnt had so much as a hiccup prior to my visit there. I took my car back to the shop, where the employees denied being at fault, throwing loads of mechanical jargon my way. Being skeptical I visited a Toyota service center and repeated what Precision told me, word for word. The Toyota service center informed me that every word was a blatant lie and that I should look for a lawyer. I am currently in small claims court fighting for them to pay for the damages in full. Upon each visit to Precision there were a plethora of irate customers with similar stories and similar complaints. This shop is a fraud and a scam, please, for your own sake, avoid at all cost!!!

Dont ever get there early and expect and quick service. They open at 8, I arrived at 8:10. My valve stem was leaking. The owner told me he couldnt help me till 9am. I asked him why and he says he is the owner and his choice. I told him to piss off and went to the next tire shop up the road. In and out in 5 minutes

Really didnt like the timing of service if you tell me 3 hours then it should be that. Especially when im spending my money. I will not return. And i d2onr recommend this place to anyone

Been going there 3 or 4 times a year for many years for oil changes only when Im too busy to do them myself. Ive always been very happy and never had a problem... As far as Chris claiming that they didnt put any oil in the car after it was replaced. Although a mechanic could initially forget to put the new oil in if distracted, EVERY car is equipped with a low oil warning light in the instrument cluster that tells you if your oil is extremely low... The mechanic would have noticed the warning light on as soon as he drove out of the service bay. Even you Chris would have noticed the light on as soon as you drove away... So was your low oil warning light out too? Hmm?

Your products are of a very good quality and of very affordable prices. Service wise you guys are number one.(Score 10 out of 10)

By far the worst place in homestead, they are not honest and the owner son will try to sell you high priced part their prices are just ridiculous, took my prius for an alignment all my car needed was a steering wheel adjustment and they tried to sell me parts i didnt need, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSE WHERE.
