They tried charging me $200 for a no name brand tire the lady on the phone got my tire size incorrect when I told her the correct ones and they gave me another price when I arrived. also they told me my alignment needed a part to do it and comes to find out I do not need that part from my certified dealer these guys are crooks and they will do what they can to get you to take more money out

Best mechanic in Homestead, Fl. We travel from Atlanta and our radiator broke down, we called every single mechanic in the area and everybody sent us to Miami but when we finally called them Gonzales’s auto shop wow they say they would take care of us they order the piece and fix it on the same day. Franky and Jose are the bosses of mechanic! Definitely recommend them!

They took my car for an estimate previously mentioned if they where going to charge anything for AC check, after 2 hours they didn’t known for sure whats wrong but charged 50 dlls! Really bad experience.

I came in this morning with a water pump problem and Mr Frank was very eager and willing to help and get the job done immediately. Awesome customer service, receptionist is super nice and hard working, as all the mechanics and personnel. I tried another shop close by here and I prefer this shop than the one I used before. I saw a huge difference. This auto shop loves to take care of their customers.Everyone is always smiling, and never just sitting down not doing nothing. I will always return to this shop, prices are very reasonable and fast service, they get you in and out fast. Same day service. I told them to go ahead and do oil change, filters. and change out a tire for me. They added those services and I was still in and out fast. This was on a Ford F-350 diésel heavy duty. I drove by Lorenzo Ford before coming here and the customer service I received from service tech was very unprofessional, we drove up to the service drive and the man finally came out, looked at us and never came up to us, he made us get out if our truck then asked me what I wanted, explained and he said he didn’t know if he had the part needed, then because I didn’t speak to him he passed the buck, then I was told they couldn’t help me today. The worst customer service I received from Ford.

Some dude here told me to speak English because it was the law of America. He said nobody here can understand me and that I wasn’t welcome here and to go back to where I came from. Eventually the cops were called. I tried to tell them everything that happened to no avail. You see, I’m deaf and I use sign language to communicate. But I don’t speak and apparently it’s my fault and unamerican. Now I’m in this detention center.

My van was towed there. Gonzalez has always fixed our donated cans for my animal rescue. This time my 25 yr old van broke down. It was the pulley and belts. After they fixed it,there was a loud squealing sound. I was afraid to drive it all the way to homestead. I took it to midas near ne. They said they pulley was not replaced. So I shelled out another$371.2 days ago, Eric, who is the taking over the business when his father and uncle retire, called me to genuinely apologize. He gave me a full refund of the $371!!!It is very rare to find honest repairmen much less another human being with such INTEGRITY!!!

On the way home from vacation in Geiger Key, the driver window in our motorhome wouldnt roll completely up. After calling about 10 places along the way on a Saturday and being told were too busy or we cant help you with that, we thought we were out of luck. I found this auto shop on Google, and when I called he welcomed us to come by without a problem. They were very nice and helpful when we arrived, and even though they appeared busy, a mechanic fixed our window right away! Very efficient, very fair and a great company that has been around for 35 years. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I give them 1 star ONLY so that I can actually post this, otherwise I would give them none!So a couple of years ago I wrote this review: Awesome service. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices.This is NOT the case with this place any longer. Today, my husband took the car in to have the ignition switch replaced on our car but upon pick up, he discovered the horror performed on our car which by the way, had a recent dashboard replaced as well and they were told to be careful; these mechanics left the interior as nasty as they could had and the dashboard was not properly attached, so much so that the radio is exposed. Now we have a dashboard that has to be worked on again, not to mention we have to clean the crazy glue globs they left EVERYWHERE!They say they are not liable for the damages but we will take this complaint up with the Dept of consumer services.

Ive been going to these guys for almost two years now and I wouldnt recommend anywhere else, they make you feel extremely welcome for starters (like youre one of their family members), they let you know right away what the issue is and dont bs you when it comes to prices and what the ET is going to be (great attribute!) most places haggle you and beat around the bush, the Gonzalez guys have never done that with me, which is greatly appreciated! Whether its a simple oil change or replacing a coil, theyre the shop to go too :)

Was actively searching for a shop after poor service from what is now called Keith Pierson Chevy. Found this place. As soon as I parked owner was on it asap. Mechanic test drove my car had it on a lift and showed me the problem to which was exactly I described. Had all this done with qoute and parts immediately ordered within minutes. Everything was completed with repairs in under 2 hours. I was extremely suprised. I am use to poor service from dealership. Family owned business to the max. They know their regulars on a first name basis. This place has left a lasting impression on me. And will be seeing me for all my vehicle needs.

My AC went bad on my jeep, at the dealer they wanted to charge me $850.00, i took it to Gonzalez and he charged me $80.00, fixed it up really fast. I was worried because I am a girl and honestly dont know to much about Cars and Pricing, but he didnt take advantage of me. I recommend all my family and friends, and hes always very reasonable with his pricing! Treats you as a client and doesnt rip you off! My husbands truck just starting acting up and we took it to him, immediately he called us let us know what the problem was and again, very good pricing!

I goggle for a mechanic shop and this was closer to my place. Unfortunally!!! I went for a oil leak and after the shop checked my car they say it was my oil pan And quote me for $200 i say fine, just for later that they forgot that do to the oil pan seal fix i needed to do my oil and filter too. Well the final bill went up to $400 since i do full synthetic. The car never stop leaking it just got worse i took back and they say that now it was my valve covers, which i then ask why would they started sealing the bottom when the valve covers are at the top. It makes sense to me that u start sealing the top and work your self down on a oil leak. Which they agreed, but it didnt meant nothing cause i now had to pay for the valve covers. I decided to get the valve covers leak fix, they charge $500 labor i supplied the cover. Again the leak didnt stop!! I took it back and they say that i had 4 other leaks. WTF now my car got leaks everywhere!! But yet the oil pan that they seal was still leaking and so the valve covers, they where pointing at other leaks!! what a crooks!! After taking my car back over and over and over again to this shop to fix what they work on they always kept pointing at other supposubly leaks . I finally gave up on this shop, two different mechanics worked on my car one on the oil pan and the other on the valve covers, Both did a poor job in fact they didnt even clean anything of the old oil that was in my car after they worked on it. Lazy mechanics so after $1200 that i spend in this shop and going back many times my car leaks were worse that when i took it to them originally. I dont normally do reviews but believe me this guys either they want to rip u off or they dont know what there doing! And yes the owner is very desrespecfull!!

Fast and service and customer satisfaction

Got my brakes replaced here not too long ago and it was working fine until I heard some grinding on the car. The grinding disappeared, but I wasnt sure if thats good thing or not. Besides that, my car works like a charm.

This mechanic shop is a horrible mechanic shop everyone that is posting good reviews is most likely employees I called them up charge me tow there and back told me my engine was seized 2200 bucks for a new engine then offered to buy my truck for 300 bucks they said they couldnt move my engine I shot a video of me moving my engine by hand to find out it was my flywheel the shop is a bunch of crooks if you think I am making this up I have proof of my truck running brought it to the shop showed them refunding $ $300 for the diagnostic and I told them they still owe me $50 for the tow if they would have fixed it I wouldnt have to have paid the tow and no they kep fighting and they was not nice at all to the working hard looking guy
