I Shipped my minivan from New Jersey to Chicago and was super impressed with the professionalism, quickness, and patience they had with our family. The sales guy was charming and did the best he could for us, the dispatcher was on his A game and quickly found us a direct driver, and the rest is history. Thanks United Routes!

Called here for a shipping quote and was attended by a very rude character. Told him the price i was looking for to transport my Polaris Slingshot from out of state and gave me attitude and even hung up on me when I mentioned i got a much better price from another company. Stay away from this people. Plenty of other companies that are cordial and have actual good customer service not to mention NOT a rip off.

These guys are reinventing shipping. In addition to getting my vehicle from point A to point B, the friendly staff was able to alleviate all of my vehicle-specific concerns and provide updates along the way. 10/10 Would definitely use again.

I needed an emergency transport for my vehicle from NYC down to miami for my family and united routes was the only company available at that time. They showed up right on schedule they were respectful, professional, and gave an unbelievable price. I felt very comfortable with them. They made it down south even ahead of schedule. This company is a joke, have only 4 enclosed trucks and they resell most of the cars they have for transport without letting clients know about it. If you want to risk to an unknown carrier your car... use them
