If I could rate this location, drivers, customer service with zero stars I would! Three days past my delivery date and still no package! Incompetent is an understatement to say the very least! I have been on 4 separate phone calls with zero resolution. UPS use to be reputable but those days are long gone. If I never have to use your services again trust me I won’t if I can avoid it ! I’m sure my sender paid a fee to send and to have it delivered to my door. I wonder who will be reimbursed for s package you never delivered! If I have to get in my car and ho retrieve my package because your driver was to dumb to be able to find the right address and I have packages delivered here all of the time! You guys suck!!
WE are the business people and we depend on time delivery. WE ORDER item on line on May 4, after two weeks, UPS LOST our package,then after 6 phone calls tell me, the found .Dispatcher from UPS Customer Center in 3101 N 29th Ave, Hollywood, promise to delivering package at Saturday,which is lying .then on Monday 5/ 17./PACKAGE IS still not arriving.Calling back and forth,the suggest me wait another 8 days attempting to verify the package location. SERIOUSLY ?????? That why.... to Run our Business we USE FEDEX, more Reliable and Affordable than UPS.This is second time UPS lost our package .The not deserve even one star. SHAME !!!! WE DONT NEED YOUR STANDARD REPLY We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations.WE WILL CONNECT The corporate office AND ask them if they employee MEET THE ALL KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION FOR THEY POSITION !!! Very convenient place to drop off your prelabeled boxes.Important to look up and remember their hours of operation.
So you send updates all day long...... delivery by 7pm......delivery by 9pm..... its 930...... still no package. Ive seen your truck(s) pass my house 4 times..... still no package. I finally get through to your call center and I am told the documents could not be read...... really sounds like a line of BS to me. I usually dont get this fired up but it is a gift for my daughter that Im waiting on. Allegedly someone is going to call me tonight. I highly doubt that will happen.

Very helpful staff. It was my first time ever at the store they helped me get my lable sorted out and printed in no time. I was a little worried about shipping ammunition but it was only 15$ and this UPS location has no problem shipping ammo.

Not only do they provide false information on my package they also don’t deliver when they said they would and now all of a sudden have no tracking for my package that ive been waiting for FOR OVER A MONTH their customer service is absolute garbage they just read things off the app instead of giving you real information on the status of the delivery im beyond upset because the furniture thats suppose to come in cost me a lot of money i truly hope they fix this issue

Staff is extremely rude.I asked one employee about the pickup time and gave me attitude about my question, went inside and asked another employee who answered my question and when I mentioned the recent incident with the last employee she was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They should be nicer to the costumers and not give people such an attitude!!!

Easy pick up. Friendly staff. Very good experience. Highly recommended. Just make sure you have your ID and that the delivery is for you. Saw a woman trying to pick up a package addressed to someone else; she was very politely told that she couldnt get the package because it was not addressed to her.
Easy enough to find just off of I-95 going West. Helpful staff who was very patient with me as I awaited a package which couldnt be delivered to my home to return on the truck. Great customer service!

The gals who work there saw that I am disabled Vet, they were very nice & professional. I rate them outstanding! The delivery person brought my opinion way down.

I usually have nothing nut trouble here! Plus no computer labels, makes shipping questionable. I work in video and they always give me grief. Packages never arrive on time or delivered yo writing address even when labels are copied three times, guess which package out of three will be lost? Yea the one with $40K in equipment, not the $200 one. Hate UPS but my company uses them, and I worked for them, amazing anything gets delivered, let alone in one piece!
Hi, my name is Matias and I had a situation with UPS where I rented a lens for my work and it was supposed to be delivered on a Friday night. I was concerned about it so I stayed home, at some point I decided to go out to see if the package was delivered and a note was on my door. I called customer service several times until I got someone on the phone. When I get to talk to Dana, the answer was sorry the package will only be delivered on Monday. The problem is that I have to return the product on Monday.I can’t believe a company like UPS can’t handdle small problems like mine. I understand stuff happens and mistakes also but responsibility is what I expect from a company like this one.

Opens strangely late (9:30 AM) even though Im sure the place is up and running way before that getting those deliveries out. Would make life easier if I could drop something off BEFORE going to work. Still, it is open fairly late. Always 2 women working there. Variable in service. Sometimes pleasant, sometimes not even when its the same staff. Unpredictable, and I am in there a LOT. Usually fast, but god forbid you get behind someone with lots of packages who doesnt know the drill.
Today I went to Pollo Tropical in sheridan st there was an ups employee, I knew it because he was wearing his uniform, was thick, and Spanish speaking. I was alone with my 1-year-old son buying food, and as it is normal for a baby to want to walk and explore and we were waiting so long, my baby touch this employee with no purpose and then he fell down and fell on the leg of this employee then he aggressively started yelling at me and my son because my son had touched him saying a lot of no sense words, I can not believe that such a distinguished company contracts this type of people, that they fight with a 1-year-old baby boy and make such a scandal and WEARING their UPS uniform. When HE SHOULD BEHAVE at the height and remember that HE was a child too, I found this behavior terrible if its like that with a child I can’t imagine how he will be with a client. I Think The recruitment processes should be taken more seriously before hiring any person.
This is the best ups store ever. My husband went at 7:20 pm and the women at the counter welcomed him with a big smile like I never saw before from any store that is closing at 7:30pm and still greet their customer with a great attitude a smile and a thank you for coming. I use them very often for packages and this center deserves an applause!! Thank you!!

They need more staff at the front desk! Its always 1 worker who takes her sweet time and people wait in line for a long time! Ive been there many times to scan my packages for a receipt and Im talking 2 or 3 boxes. It takes me 15-20 minutes to go in and out for a just a few small boxes. Its ridiculous. I dont know the ladies name at the front, but she works very very very slow and makes the line build up and make people very upset. I understand she takes her time with the customer, but this place needs more staff!! Not acceptable for such a large company exspecially a customer center! Get more staff and be more efficient

Poor delivery and tracking practices, delaying deliveries
If you go to a UPS store (where they also have mailboxes) they are franchises and charge whatever they want! Shipped a big box a few months ago and the Ft Lauderdale store wanted $178 to ship it - brought the box here and it cost less than $90 to ship and faster service! The ladies working at the Customer Center on 29th, at the counter, are fantastic - really helpful and shipping ALWAYS costs a LOT less!
The older blonde woman who works up front is by far the rudest person ever. Why work in customer service if you are going to be rude about it.

All of the office workers are supervisor.... Everyone telling each other how to do their work. Especially one of the workers.. she used to be a helper coordinator.. now she works in the warehouse as a supervisor...she screams at the new helper coordinator and she tried to be in control of the workers..She got in trouble for hiring a friend of hers to work in the warehouse.. she by passed the hr department they didnt know until the illegal worker wanted his money..
The Two ladies that work there are great. I call them Thelma and Louise. I look forward to seeing them. They need a raise.

Trash, package was supposed to be delivered to them the day before for pickup. I come in and they say it’s on the truck and I have to wait hours to get it. Afterward I wait till closing and she says the driver decided to take an hour break and I should wait outside for him in the dark. I will never ever use UPS unless thats the only thing offered by suppliers. The women working here were on their phones talking about motorcycles and doing their nails. As a nurse it’s surprising for me to see this at a work place. I saw the same with another person, high value package and the woman just said she can’t find it and is having a hard time. When people are dying and I’m doing cpr for an hour straight, I’m not having a hard time. Not only would these employees not do their job they probably won’t do their moral duty. Sad and I came the next day and they said they lost my package after looking for it for about 11 seconds. Thanks UPS for being the WORST

This place i called to put a package on hold,because i moved address and when i got there they told me there was no notes and they sent my package back after i drove 45 minutes to get there, very inconvenience and incompetent people
The customer service was ok after being transferred to 3 different agent to find out 2 weeks after ordering, my packaged was delivered to a wrong address, in a different city and it would take 8 days to get back. The following day I asked the UPS driver if he had a delivery for me? He stated no. Went on UPS website after he left and noticed the status stated that the receiver me refused the package. I was so upset because that was an outright lie that I ended up calling them back and found out my package was at their warehouse where I ended up going to pick up.
Never seen a long line here and service have been fast and helpful.

Honestly First time coming the lady who helped me was very nice on helping me get a package when I set up to pick up and the next day I had another package to pick up again be aware because when other lady who helped was very rude I ask to talk to the manager/supervisor honestly dont waste your time to talk to him he was ridiculously rude to me when I ask to see why I couldnt get my package he just comes and says no and walks away I had to call him 3 times still very rude dont set too pick your packages use FedEx or DHL they are way more nice when it comes to costumer support

My package didnt arrive when it was supposed to. I was told I could pick it up at this location but when I arrive there at 4pm after receiving a notification saying my package was ready for pick up Im told that the driver wont be back with it until 8.I had already spoken to someone at ups who told me this location closes at 7:30 and that the driver would be there no later than 7. Anyway, long story short I had to come back the next day. The customer service rep at this location didnt care to help at all. She simply repeated call the 1-800 number. She seemed to take pleasure in not doing a thing.
Worst service I have ever dealt with in a company. Due to the hurricane, my package was to be held at a ups store rather than sit on my porch. Not only did it never go to that store but they had no idea where it went. I was told to call a 1-800 number. It’s obviously the client’s job to locate where a package is with this company. When I called a man at this location that I was directed to he then told me I’d have to go to a completely different store to go get it. He also told me I could either pay them again to deliver it to my house or it would be returned to sender. So we went to that store, and it wasn’t there... he kept telling me I had to deal with this online but I’d go online and it’d tell me I needed to contact them. Such a run around and they ended up, even after speaking with me and trying to run around all over Miami for this package, returned it to the sender. HORRIBLE. Usps is a million times better, I’ve never had to deal with anything like this. Over a month has passed and we still don’t have our items because the sender is having to resend everything all over again. Never again shipping with UPS. Please ship everything USPS to save your package.

Ive been to UPS CSC all over the country and the two ladies working at the Hollywood location were the friendliest and most helpful that Ive ever conducted business with.
Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest and indifferent to customers. UPS driver sent seller (Amazon) false notices that it attempted to deliver my package. In truth, he never attempted to do so but wanted to take holiday leave on “Black Friday” for personal reasons. Since my package was being delivered to a Mailbox Center not a residence, the driver was caught in his obvious lie. Three weeks earlier another driver lied that he had picked up a package for a return to Amazon when in fact I was at home still waiting with the package. I would not be surprised to learn that these corrupt, unscrupulous drivers are stealing packages.
The care representative I spoke with was extremely rude . Asking her questions on lead to her almost shouting at me telling me my package was on hold and all I could do was come pick it up. The best way that I could .. Such a bad look for the company

If i could give less i would, 1st off there is no local number which means your STUCK talking to a call center overseas who will not patch you thru or give you the local number BAD so BAD.Then after asking to speak to a person in the USA they play the Telephone game in which they talk to a local person and call you back with the info after going back and forth 4 times and about a hour plus you get nowhere. Words can not explain how horrible UPS and dropped,and of course you have no choice in how the item is shipped so all you can do is take it.

This has to be the worst UPS delivery station Ive ever experienced. I receive noticed via email with delivery date and time window. I stay home rearrange my schedule to take delivery. On a minimum of five times maybe more, the package is changed for pick up. I have UPS my choice and the package if signatue requireef is to be left at the UPS package store across the street from me. This is never done. I was told by UPS that volume was too high to leave it there. The package store employees states untrue. So my package is held at 29th st. There are many times when I will have a notice on the door and UPS never knocked. I will normally locate the notice within 5 mins of said arrival time call the office to no avail. Always an excuse. On several occasions due to my work schedule and their office hours my package has been returned after I have called to have it held with a pickup day and time. So recap PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED PACKAGES DISAPPEAR IN THIN AIR, PACKAGES REROUTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I have lived in 5 states and numerous neighborhoods. This is absolutely the WORST UPS store ever, as far as DELIVERY STANDARDS. PLEASE get a NEW MANAGER and fix it.
