I am originally from Ohio and it seems like most things are just better there.When it comes to Dentists however, nobody can top Dr. Asseff. If you could clone a dentist, this would be the guy. He has a daughter who is a dentist and has joined his practice so I guess thats as close to a clone as you can get.

Root Canal isn’t a pleasant procedure but the Dr and the lovely assistant made it almost pleasurable.They work very good together and I felt I was in good hands because of the experience from the doctor and his staff

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Asseff Since 2006 when I first moved to Florida, then his daughter Dr. Andrea Asseff for several years now. For all my cleanings and check ups, I’ve replaced a few silver fillings..but never had a cavity.....and it was always a great experience.Back in 2018 I broke one of my front teeth at the gum line. The tooth had previously had a root canal performed when I was 21, I’m 45 now. It was a dramatic experience. Dr. Asseff was comforting and caring like a good friend.The extraction was tough, the tooth was brittle and difficult to remove. There was bone loss over the years and a common post and crown was just not possible. Several attempts to fill the area with synthetic bone were made but there was just not enough bone mass for a solid post. She suggested I see a maxillofacial surgeon as this was a visible front tooth and she wanted the best aesthetic result.I consulted two surgeons, one suggested a series of surgeries, with 4-5 visits over an 8 month time span, the other surgeon was less intense but still suggested bone grafts, gum surgery and additional extractions on either side for multiple posts. After getting such complicated opinions I wanted to discuss the options with Dr. Asseff, I trusted her opinion. She was perplexed at the recommendations and felt it was not a good idea to perform such drastic measures at this age. She explained there are no guarantees that it would work and I could be making a costly mistake if it failed. My instincts agreed. She consulted with her father and the idea to use a “Maryland bridge” was discussed. This is like a crown but it is cemented to the adjacent teeth instead of using a post. It looks and feels great. I avoided any extractions, surgeries and grafts. I was done in two visits and was it was under $1400, with insurance picking up around half of that.I’m so thankful to both Doctor Asseff’s and their staff. They were patient and knowledgeable and their professionalism resulted in me finding the right treatment, avoiding painful, costly and more importantly risky procedures.I recommend seeing Dr. Asseff and her staff to anyone looking for truly professional dental care with outstanding ethics. They were truly focused on finding the best outcome for me. Both doctors and the staff made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire process and I’m happy to say my smile is as good as new.

Last week was my first time visiting this dental office. I was truly impressed by the whole staff. Right from the start I felt welcomed. Parking was super easy and fast. As soon as I got into the office since it was my first time, I filled out a few papers which is normal like anywhere else. As soon as I handed in my paperwork, they brought me into the room and started with the cleaning. I didnt wait at all, it was amazing. Betty cleaned my teeth so good it was awesome. Very nice, knowledgeable hygienist. Then Dentist Andrea came to talk to me. It was truly probably the best dental office visit I had ever experienced. I am definitely sticking with this office and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Best Dental office in Florida. At 40, I had Dr.Andrea fit me with Veneers, and they gave me the perfect teeth I always dreamed of. They are soft to the touch yet give out a movie star glow. I was very subconscious about my teeth before I had them done. So glad I had Andrea custom fit the color and size that no one ever has asked me if they are veneers. It’s been over 7 years, and my teeth look as beautiful as the day I bought them. Office was beautiful, timely and attentive. They have valet for free so I did not have to pay for parking. So far so good. I went in needing a lot of work done and let them know of my aversion to dentists in general. They put me at ease, the front desk is good, the dental hygienist is very nice and capable and the doctor has a fantastic demeanor and attitude. I have been there 3 times so far for a root canal, etc. and they have exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a dentist in SFL I can confidently recommend Dr. Asseff.

Ive been there twice so far for both cleaning and dental work. After moving from New Jersey and using another dental practice here for 3 years its refreshing not to get pressured into getting procedures I dont need. Both doctors have good bedside manners and do a great job and the hygienist is professional and thorough.

If google has more stars, I will give him seven stars. I went to many dentists before, but this one is the best I ever see. I moved to South Florida for work in 2007 and for the first couple of years I flew back to Dallas to go to the dentist. A great dentist is hard to find and I really did not want to give up the one I already had. Well the 1,200 mile journey quickly got old and my third year here in Florida I started to ask around for a Dentist recommendation. Most of my friends were wishy washy about referring me to their dentist but one friend got really excited and was super passionate about her referral. She told me I would love Dr. Andrea so I scheduled an appointment. Long story short is that I actually like her more than my dentist in Dallas. She is so nice and she takes the time to explain everything. I had a cavity that needed to be refilled and I must say I have had cleanings that were worse experiences. If you are looking for a new dentist and live in South Florida you should for sure go and see Dr. Andrea. She is AMAZING!

Great service, but they need to get rid of the front desk girl that swear up and down my appointment was at 4 when I confirmed it twice. She was aggravated probably cause it was Monday and the phone kept ringing, but isnt that in your job description. Atleast do it right :-/ Got here at 11 still waiting to be seen. Dr. Andrea Asseff is a passable dentist. She worked on a number of cavities, very basic procedures. The prices are alright. In the old west, barbers tended to the teeth of town residents, cowboys and others. Im sure I would have received the same level of service in dusty Dodge City or Tombstone at the hands of a barber, as I have from Asseff.This practice receives a one-star because Dr. Asseffs assistant violated my personal space numerous times, I reported such and nothing happened. I stopped going to Asseff Dental because of the behavior and inaction.CHRIS ROBERTS
