JW Credit Repair has helped me increase my credit score so much. Of course fixing your credit is not something that can be done fast but Jarvin does his best to fix the issues. He is extremely professional and definitely would recommend this company if you need guidance on credit repair.

Jarvin seems like a nice guy. With that being said, this was my experience.I purchased JW Credit Repairs services over 2 months ago. I was very excited at first however it took me 2 days to make a decision. I called a couple times, to gauge my agents character and to see how they deal with answering my calls( should I have any questions) which he always did promptly.After I purchased the services, we ended up pulling my credit reports to see what my score were. I noticed after a few days though, it was impossible to get Jarvin on the phone. Out of the 2 months I had his service, I probably spoke with Jarvin on the phone once after I made payment.I called everyday and left voicemails for a return call. Could not get one. I also emailed Jarvin several times for a return call, being that I am not an expert and they are, and I could not get a call. The one time I was able to get Jarvin on the phone, I was told to be patient. It is easy to be patient when you are getting a phone call or email with an update once every week or 2, or even when you call, however when you cannot get anyone on the phone ever, that is very scary.The reason for my initial call, after I purchased the service was because I saw my credit score jump 140 points, and I thought it was due to his service. I was never able to get him on the phone to confirm. It turns out that it was because I got a Secured Card, and that caused the jump, not his service. Initially, Jarvin claimed that he filed disputes for my outstanding accounts which was minimal (below 2K), however I never got any correspondence, or even a phone call to check on anything.If you want to speak with Jarvin, you can only chat with him through this portal that you have to sign up for, and you can only message him. It is literally impossible to get him on the phone.An example of what I experience: On 9/21, I emailed JW Credit I have not heard anything from you in regards to this service. When did I sign up with you? (How many days has it been?) I never got a reply to this email. I ended up sending another email over 2 weeks later, stating Hi Jarvin,Please give me a call at your earliest convenience. I see my 3 credit reports were pulled on October 2nd 2020. Why is that? May you please let me know.Also, I wish to not continue your service at this time. I would like to see if there is any result for the remainder of this payment period however if there is no update, I WISH TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE.This email Jarvin did respond to. His email stated: Good morning Brianna sorry I missed your call our system is down at the moment.I am sorry again that you arent happy with the service you are receiving, as I explained in our previous email in September that credit repair is a process that requires patience while we leverage the credit laws in your favor.Remember you have authorized my company to work for you and repairing your credit on your behalf that also requires pulling updated credit reports from the provider we recommend which was Smart Credit. We have not received any updates from you sent by the credit bureaus or collection agencies so we utilization your credit reports to see the updates as they arise.We will cancel your service starting today at your request, so you want be charged moving forward.Thank you for contacting us and for your business Brianna have a great day stay safe!......................................................................................................If you are looking to repair your credit, beware. You must be ready to put up 3-5 months, possibly more, of monthly fees, WITHOUT A PHONE CALL, or ANYONE TO CALL, which is obscene. Also, note there is no office location to speak with anyone, and your service can be cancelled anytime and you will lose your monthly fees. They will just cancel and say have a good day, tough luck. BEWARE (I wish I saw this type of comment, because if I did, I would have saved a couple hundred bucks.)Good luck to whoever does use his service, hopefully you have a better experience!
