Excellent response rate. Easy to communicate and so far so good. Was impressed that within 24 hours already had responses from some of the creditors. After researching the web, this company seems is one of the few that actually respond back to the requests to set up a efficient and substantive approach. They are one of the few that actually handle the payday loans. Plus I think thats one of their specialties. Good Luck

I am extremely pleased with encompass! Like so many have in the past year, got way behind on bills and I was forced to take out loans. It turned out to be a cycle that was impossible to break and I feel into debt. I was not sure what I could do.Then I began looking for debt relief companies and contacted Encompass and I am very please with the manner in which they have handled my account! Everyone that I have talked to has been great! Three stand outs I want to acknowledge are Marcus, Kara and Jenelle that have worked so hard getting the lenders to settle my account. Was in over my head with payday loans. I called Encompass and they were very professional and caring. They did not judge me for making a huge financial mistake with the payday loans. I enrolled in November of 2020 and immediately all calls from the lenders stopped. Encompass was able to reduce my payment significantly. Here it is April and I called to get a payoff and Tania was fantastic in answering my questions and crunching the numbers and was extremely polite. I have been a customer for a year. I added some accounts a month ago. They said they would let me know what my monthly fee would be with the added accounts. They were quick and ambitious in the beginning but since adding accounts they do nothing. Ive called and emailed them. They tell me they are overwhelmed with customers. Not a very good response. They have really disappointed me. I asked for a refund on what I have left in my account. No answer...which tells me they dont care.

Excellent debt relief company!

This may be a long & winded review, however it is warranted. From day one I was impressed with Encompass Recovery Group. From the first email chain I had with my enrollment counselor (Danny Rodrigues) discussing the company & what they had to offer & helping me understand the process, to enrolling in the program, to seeing results of the program, this company gets 5 stars from me. I had spoken with a couple of other companies who do the same type of work, but I never got the warm fuzzy from them when trying to understand how the program worked. I was rushed into giving my bank account info & signing up when I had no idea what I was signing up for & was clueless as to how the process worked. I was pushed back & forth between representatives everyday so I had to ask the same questions all over again. Needless to say, Danny made sure I understood EVERYTHING from the beginning & never pushed me to enroll. I have spoken with multiple customer service reps within the last year when I had questions or concerns & they were always so polite & clear with their answers. I was never waiting for a response to an email any longer than half a day or so (you can also call to receive immediate assistance). I have had a couple different account managers during my program & none of them have disappointed. They reached out to me when needed & the process has been flawless (at least from my view). I have seen multiple accounts come to a settlement & closed out & every time this happens another heavy brick is lifted off of my shoulders. I had about 8 accounts enrolled & am down to 2 that need to be settled. The client portal allows you to follow the progress of your program. I could go on & on, but in a nutshell, this is one trustworthy company & the promises they make, they follow through with. The process is clear, nothing hidden & where it takes time to settle, it is so worth knowing someone has your back & is working for you to help you through such a tough time. They even worked with me a couple times when I was financially strapped (Coronavirus affected the hours I am working). I just cant say enough. If you are in debt & are searching out companies such as this to help dig you out, dont look any further, I dont know that any could compare! A big thank you to every representative that has ever been a part of my program (I wish I had all of their names) because not a one of them fell short of professionalism, kindness & efficiency.

Terrible - I enrolled last year in 2019 and I had given Encompass Recovery Group several accounts to negotiate. Apparently, they did not do anything. My credit is shot and my accounts went into charge-offs because they didnt reach out to my creditors on time. They tried to blame everything on the pandemic crisis but still no one ever gave me an update on what was going on? I reached out to one of my creditors and they told me that they reached out to Encompass Recovery Group law firm that represents them to do negotiations. No one ever called back my creditor. This place is horrible, to many account managers that switch that none of them even know their jobs. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had the most unpleasant experience with one of the agents there. He will talk over you, act childish and unprofessional, downright rude. I’m a firm believer that when you work for a company, you not only represent them but you become one of the few faces of that business. Apparently he used to work for Citi bank. Doesn’t matter, I would never work with any company that is willing to hire anyone that talks down to another person. This company is supposed to focus on helping others... How about you hire someone that has an understanding of what humanity is all about. Hate to hear about how the rest of them treat people. I suggest you all make your staff take a personality test before you let them represent your company!

First month wonderful and then it became a nightmare of fees and zero communication. I do NOT recommend this firm at all. Smooth talk and no action.

Ive been enrolled in a debt settlement program with ERG for almost a year now & they have been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Within that time, 3 or my 4 accounts have been completely settled & my last account is close to being settled. More than helping me settle with my creditors, theyre willing to work with me when my financial situation changes. If you feel like youre drowning in debt & dont want to file for BK, call ERG!

02/25/2020My case was resolved and I was refunded the full amount that I had over paid. The customer service manager helped me resolve my problem along with assuring that I received my refund in a timely manner. If you are one of those that your case falls through I suggest getting in contact with the manager they will help you fix the problem.
