This is what I would consider a real repair storeAn iPad that I was told by multiple store that it’s not fixable, walked in 2hrs later I get a call my iPad is ready for pick up, was in shocked, was able to save my iPad and not lose pictures that are considered priceless, I do consider this place to anybody in need of a repair like mine

Walked in not knowing what the problem with my phone was, but with an unresponsive screen and problems with my charging port. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. He quoted me 30 min and $100 for a new screen and offered to clean out the charging port. $100 and 16 minutes later, I walked out with a fully functional phone. Great customer service and great little shop!

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S10 2 months ago. I started having problems with the charging port shortly thereafter, finally the charging port burned out due to foreign object. I called several phone repair shops, all stating they could not repair this type of problem, that is until I received a referral from my brother in law, whom used this shop twice. I dropped off my phone and 3 business days later it was completely repaired. $120 to change the charging port and fix the parts of the motherboard which also burned. These guys were professional, fair and helpful. Saved me $1000 to purchase a new phone.My phone was only 18 months old. Outstanding !!!! BRAVO

Came in with Phone Water Damaged completely turned off PRINCE maybe the manger has the best customer service talks to you with respect and honesty about what’s going on with your device. 3 month ago Brought my 3 month iPhone XS for broken screen and back glass next day the phone did not charge, the phone was charging perfectly before, brought it back they said maybe my charger broke it they charge me again to change the piece, and gave me a new charger, they left the screen loose I could see all the inside of the phone from the bottom, last week I drop the phone and finally the screen fell of the phone just hanging from a cable, is when I see the battery was holding by a piece of tape!!!!In took it to apple where they fix it, they told me they put tape to hold the battery, the phone was missing screws and had everything holding by one screw, also it had bunch of parts missing I ask the guy to please send me pictures from what a good phone look vs what they did.I paid 240 dollars and I want my money backReview updateA called and talked to them and they did find my records

What any amazing amount of effort this guy named prince, puts behind his work not only did he fix my phone quick but I forgot the password to my phone he helped out and reset it for me an got me up and running saved so much money, very pleased on this event, walked in with with a headache and left with it solved, best customer service experience by far

Took my phone there to get battery replaced and they pretended to replace the battery. My phone battery is still draining quickly. Low class. I even brought my own replacement battery. Guy told me my screen was cracked. LOL, I think I would see a cracked screen. I wanted to give zero stars.

I’ve used this place twice now, each time my phone looks brand new and works great. They are quick and do good work.

After calling around for hours trying to find somewhere that could fix my daughter’s iPhone 11 as it just stopped working. I took it in to Fixit Phone Repair and they replaced the screen and had the phone working again within 45 mins. The service was excellent, I recommend this place and will use them for all my phone repair needs.

Went to fix my phone screen, they charged me $65.00 then when I got home I realized the front camera didn’t work . So I had to take $30.00 Uber back to location and pay $35.00 extra to fix the front camera phone screen. If they would’ve told me I had to pay extra for the cameras to work I would’ve done it that same day, not waste extra money coming back . SCAMMERS . It’s okay because I got a free charger out of the situation . Don’t recommend this untrustworthy store, make sure everything works before paying for repair .

This is THE BEST STORE to get your phone fixed in Hollywood. Found these guys on google as they were near me and came to the store after reading all positive reviews. These guys were really knowledgeable about the Phone stuff. Not only they fixed my broken screen in 20 minutes and gave me a free tempered glass screen protector as a first time customer courtesy. They also answered all my questions about backing up my stuff and transfer to a different phone. Really loved these guys. Just ask for Kenny when you are there and you won’t be disappointed. Great job!!

They gave me an estimate of $140 when I brought the phone in. I paid $20 up front for a “diagnostic “ so the balance was $120 when I pick it up. When I got a text that the phone was ready, I show up and they tell me it’s $200. They said they tried to call me, yet I had ZERO missed calls or messages from them. So instead of getting my authorization to proceed on a whole new estimate (which I never would have),they took it upon themselves to do additional repairs without my consent. When I told them that I only only have the $120, he said that he would take my phone and put a broken screen back on it if that was the case. Are they kidding?!! Nothing like feeling robbed when you are out of work in a pandemic.I’ve actually brought my phones in here for screen repairs and recommended this place to friends before and never had a problem. Dishonest and unprofessional to say the least. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a phone repaired here two months ago. When i gave them my phone the screen was cracked and i was using my AirPods to use the phone mostly so my Bluetooth was working fine. After the repair my Bluetooth never worked again. When i brought it back he told me i had to wipe the phone on my computer and reset it. I had to leave that afternoon so i took his word for it. Wiping the phone did not amend this. When i took my phone to another place i found out they had damaged the Bluetooth module. Apparently this is not an easy fix. Along with that the screen would constantly flutter and i would have to reset the phone. Then with less that a month on my new screen the adhesive they used failed and the screen separated. I don’t know if they use cheap screens or adhesive which sucks, but now my Bluetooth module is damaged and I can’t get anyone to fix it.

It may seem like it but they don’t ...wanted my money back even though I was there less than 24 hours and was charged for a refund. Okay so I dropped off my iPhone 5S off in the morning because it wasn’t charging and the screen was coming off of it. After paying a small fee for a deposit, I left to go to work and left my phone at the shop. I was called every step they made and they were able to successfully fix the phone and they even had a water resistant speaker that I’ve been looking for. I’m definitely coming for any future repairs in the future.

Run dont walk 2/22/20. First Id like to say that Im not a person who writes reviews hardly ever. I first called and spoke to Danny from the store, on the day I spoke with him I asked the price to fix my cracked glass on my phone, he quoted me a price of 49.00 dollars which was awesome. I asked him how long it usually takes, he told me one hour. The next day I arrived to the store at 3:30 and again I asked how long it would be. Kenny THE OWNER TOLD ME 3 HOURS. I later asked Danny who is the owner, He told me his name is Kenny . I came back 3 hours later as they had instructed me to. Phone was finished. I then drove back home and about an hour after I got home my screen was half black and half normal. I called Danny told him he said bring the phone back. which I did the next day. Danny then told me that the glass screen was old and that it had been Sitting on the shelf for a very long time. He then told he would have to order another one from Ebay.It would take one week. WOW technology at its best. I paid and then took it home. I got to my house and the microphone and the speaker was not working. When I went back to talk to THE OWNER. I told him I would like half off of the charge. for the inconvenience, THE OWNER says that we cannot do that we would lose money. I went back again to have DANNY check the Microphone, he took the back off the phone, displayed it to me when the back was off he said look it works.He put the screws back on the phone and said your all set. As I was at the counter I tried it again,,,,,,DIDNT WORK. He took off the backing again and said the wire was off set. Fixed again got home didnt work. As of TODAY 2/22/20 I have to use head phones only to talk on my phone. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY FIX OR SELL YOU ANYTHING, he would not even refund my money, and I now have to buy a new phone just for a cracked glass screen. PS......... DANNY is a very professional person THE OWNER VERY POOR ATTITUDE. Learn what customer service is and use it.

Broke my device so ended up at my local repair shop Fixit phones here in Hollywood. Gentleman by the name of Alan was very helpful, he took my phone in and fix it in no time. This was the second time I came here. First time they fixed my Samsung s8 for my company. Price was good and they did it fast so I came back to fix my daughters iPhone 10 and both times they fixed the broken screen in less than 40 minutes with reasonable prices.
