Completely revamped. Everything is new and in perfect working condition. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Free vacuums, air and complimentary towels for drying off vehicles after the wash. They even give out free air fresheners.

Spent over 100 dollars to get the inside of my car deeply cleaned and was very upset to find sand still at the bottom so my passenger seat and dirt in between the seats ... also told the manager (Mark) I needed the glove compartment cleaned and when I drove off the glove compartment was still dirty. Dirt in between seats ... been getting my car cleaned at the shell on state 1 for 2 years for 16 bucks and they’ve done a better job. Won’t be back

Unprofessional on the part of its administrative staff, so that they offer a service that they will not fulfill. Buy a pack that you only use once. And the next two weeks I came back and paid for a cleaning service and shampoo on the seats, which they did well but they forgot to clean the dashboard of the car and vacuum the front, I came back for a rewash and they said they weren’t going to clean for inside that the rewash is only outside, by God!!! I paid 53.49 Dls for a service that they did not do well!!!And the only thing I receive was a treatment that I did not deserve, understand gentlemen of all the staff, I paid with my money. I wanted to talk to the manager and they told me that was who did not return until two hours later, but with the arrogant attitude they had towards me, I preferred never to return. And they did not lose just one client but much more. Little intelligent people.

I went there and had a hand car wash, which was $53. Prices went up since I went there a couple months ago for service. Overall, my car was clean good inside and out. I also had my head lights cleaned.

Left front tire was damaged. I was not reimbursed.

Sure they wash the car. But otherwise the service is lacking. They skip passes on cars when its busy.They didnt even dry my windows or wipe them off. So theres water spots everywhere. They didnt clean or wipe my wheels despite that being part of the service. So Ive got streaks where the dirt didnt wash off and also streaks on my cars paint where they did terrible wipe downs.Ive got a black miata so on a little car and black paint its VERY easy to see. For 20$ I couldve bought myself lunch and washed the car myself with a bucket or waited for it to rain.Terrible service.

Got my car detailed and they ruined it. They got wheel polish all over my rims and ruined the paint on the roof and on top of the trunk and charged me almost $150.00

Very poor job. I frequent this car wash on a regular basis and the quality has never been great. It’s close to my house and they charge $14, so I understand that your not going to get a perfectly clean car but this time they went out of their way to do a piss poor job. Sand and dirt left on the floor mats and carpet. Spots left on the outside of the car. Usually I will point it out to them and they will try and correct it but this time the supervisor couldn’t care less and when I pointed out the spots on the outside of the car he said that my car needed to be waxed. After I told him I am there every 2 months getting my car waxed he just walked away. Manager offered me a complimentary car wash the next time I come in but wasn’t interested in going back to this business. Don’t waste your time or money, this place was bad and seems to be getting worse.

I go for the oil changes. Great team. The car wash section isnt all that great. I wouldnt bother with it if it wasnt for the fact that it comes complimentary when I get my oil changed. They always leaves steaks on the glass and they dont clean in the 3rd row of my SUV.

My wife and I recently moved here and searched for an automatic car wash for quite some time and came across this one that is not far from where we live. I brought my BMW X5 there a couple of times and was very pleased with the service and how super nice the vehicle came out..... hand dried the vehicle each and every time. I’ve since been taking my Range Rover Evoque there and purchased the unlimited monthly plan and again, my vehicle comes out shining after they put the extra hand drying in....... the day we signed up for the unlimited washes we were given a complimentary spray wax which came out fantastic.I’m not sure why the negative reviews, maybe under new management or they have taken all accounts into consideration and have addressed the issues ...... but they have a very nice lounge to wait in and thus far my vehicles have come out shining....... I hope to continue doing business with this location and others they have and do pray that none of the issues I’ve read above ever turn into an experience of mine, but as I’ve said, very pleased thus far...... I plan to take advantage of a full detail very soon and will post reviews as to how well that turns out as well........Thank you for always making sure my spotless black Range Rover Evoque always gets treated with the care it deserves and needs .... for ensuring it shines by the time I drive out and the courteous professional service. Watch your valuables. I went to put quarters in the meter one day after my car wash and the stack in my car was empty. Also had a very nice umbrella go missing from the back seat. I still take my car there, but I watch them vacuum and keep an eye on it all the way through the wash.They do a decent job on the car but I dont trust them.

I just paid for the #1 car wash package and am really disappointed. The windshield still has bugs and dirt all over, they never popped the trunk to clean in between the door (like I watched them do to other cars), they didn’t vacuum the seats, didn’t dust the interior hardware- all of which are supposed to be part of the package. I have dog hair in my car which I know is hard to get out so I have no problem with that part, but when there is still visible dirt on the floor and seats, I know it wasn’t vacuumed. Taking it back to show manager this afternoon.

Went to get my car washed yesterday and was told I dont think we can wash your car cause its getting dark. I told the lady even with the light on in my car?. She said let me see. I turned the light on and her response to me oh no, this is too much work, we can do the outside not the inside and she turned me away. Now correct me if Im wrong, dont people go get their cars washed and vacuumed because theyre dirty?? Ive never seen anyone go get a clean car washed. Ive been to this place many times and this has never happened to me. Will not be returning, the staff is lazy!! The owner should be mindful of the people he/she hires cause theyre going to ruin his/her business .

Terrible! I usually come and pay basic cleaning $13.99 which is just vacuum and drying the car. Today I was paid a little more $21.99 I wanted my car to be clean a little inside but today they were rushing and the crew were distracted. Even thought I pay a little more the job was worse as I said before they were rushing. I could not believe my car was so dirty inside I make the guy clean it inside a bit more he was giving my car that way. WHAT A SCAM !!! I was very disappointed because I was not expected this service I though they would do a better job. I cleaned my car once in Miami for $25 dollars they did a wonderful job. I guess i would have to do a little drive when is time to clean my car because how I felt today was very unsatified service.

From new, I consistently had my cars oil changed by Simoniz, Hollywood for 3 years. The first time I drove up North, during the winter, the fluid pump on my windshield wiper fluid reservoir breaks because they put the lowest glycol concentration fluid in it. It froze!. Not knowing its frozen and attempting to run your pump will most likely result in a broken pump. I spent $310 replacing my WW-fluid pump. It gets worse. I take my car into a Jiffy Lube up North a couple months later and they show me that someone who had changed my oil had de-threaded my oil pan bolt ruining my oil pan. I would now have to replace the pan completely, or have the Jiffy Lube guys put in a butterfly-valve to temporarily plug the hole. 2 years later, my oil pan is now leaking about 2 quarts of oil a month and needs an $800 repair to fix this problem. These guys are completely dishonest and hide their costly damage to your car hoping you wont notice! Stay AWAY!

The worst customer service ever! I drove up to the carwash (past the vacuum station; I wanted exterior only) and the guy just stared at me like a zombie. I asked him if I should get out or drive through and he responded that I should pay inside. I also had to point out to him that my antenna had to be removed. Once inside, I noticed that I had a receipt for $30 (exterior and interior) instead of the $20 (exterior only) service that I had requested. While I was explaining this to the cashier, she had ran my card. I explained 4 times to her that my car was not vacuumed and that I did not want anyone to vacuum my car - she looked as if I speaking in another language. I had to explain the same thing to the manager - four times, again! Finally, they charged my card for the correct amount. After I got home, I noticed that my antenna was missing and the the passenger-side wheels looked horrible. Unfortunately, I had to return one last time to the car wash. I have been to this place before, and never treated this way. I plan to not return to this place and I suggest you do the same.

NOT Customer friendly!!! I have been coming to this car wash for 15 years and it was my favorite spot. I have brought 10 different vehicles here, and referred many people because they were great. HOWEVER, just recently a woman was hired named ROWENA and she is extremely rude. She immediately gives nasty looks and speaks very disrespectfully to customers. She made me feel very unwelcome and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the guys that work in the garage and the older detailers are all great.

If I could give this place negative reviews, I would. We came for a wash and wax and they waxed over the car without washing it. When we complained, they called the police. The police got our car keys so that we could leave. We offered to pay for the interior detailing that they did relatively well, but they refused. We are going to another place to have them wash and re-wax the outside.

Quick and fast. Only bad thing I can say is when I got there. No one was there to greet me and so I drove to where the vaccum area was, just for someone to show up two minutes later at a check/paypoint 100 feet before the vaccum area and he was looking at me like I know the routine. I figured out that I was supposed to stop there eventually and I walked over there to pay him for the service I wanted and he didnt even apologize. Im not a local and was passing through the city and wanted to wash my car. Outside of that, good experience.

Terrible! we arrived at 3:24 just for an oil change no car wash. My husband told me to wait inside while the gentleman with the glasses assists him. Seems the kid that was inside was bothered to do an oil change had an attitude the whole time. I waited outside till they were done. Finally go inside to pay and hearing the receptionist and staff talk about employee taking her out buying her stuff. The kid brings the key fob without the key I informed him the key is missing he said there was never a key and sat down inside, he ignored the fact the key was missing and never offered to help look for the key he dropped. My husband finally found the key on the floor and I told him he should go inside and ask for the manager but like my husband said for what the kid hates his job and people like him wont get Anywhere in life. Place would have a lot of potential with the write staff.

Just left this establishment disgusted! I drove up and the girl has a look on her face like I’m bothering her. I ask, “How much for a wash and vac?” She points to a menu, so I choose “The Basic” and the girl says, “Okay, and would you like your bugs removed from the front grille, because that is at least $15 more. I politely said, “No thank you, I guess I’ll try another car wash.” Since when would you wash just PART of a car?! What a scam!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I am the guy whose the only opinion you should read on anything as its the correct one. Disregard all other comments. Here is the bottom line. Ultimate carwash on us1. One person spends ten plus minutes on your interior. They get everything. Their machine that washes your car gets your car so clean and so shiny. However Simoniz gives you a rewash. Two days with regular was wash or five for expensive wash. Whats more important to you? If you are in no rush, dont care about a rewash and/or want your whole car cleaned to perfection go to ultimate. If you are kind of in a rush and/or want your clean not to perfection but still somewhat decently cleaned AND have a rewash on top of that go to simoniz.

I use these guys regularly, especially when I am driving with Uber. (Ive been driving with Uber since August 2016).Anyway, Its $11.99 for a vacuum, car wash, towel dry, & clean windows. Cant beat the price. Sometimes I am in a hurry and just want to get a vacuum and car washed and its only costs me $6.99.A). Why would I make that up?!B). Dont act like Im lying & waste my time?!Because I do keep receipts!I go by today to get the $6.99 wash and the guy outside says they dont do that and have never done that. I asked are you new or something because I come here regularly. He said hes been there 7 years and has never heard of that. I told him well in those 7 years have you been paying attention?!I pulled off, parked, and went inside. I asked the guy who looked like the manager...Ive seen him numerous times. I explained what was going on and again hes like clueless...and acting like Im lying and making it up?! By this time, I needed to go.Come on guys...really!? 😤

Got oil chage coupon via email from them when i went in to use it. They said no we only take from magazine or printed. They then said cheapes oil was $90 when it says right on website $75.

Every time I take my car there, they rush the job. Today, I paid $30 for the full service plus another free exterior wash within 5 days. When I got the car back (5 mins), they had not vacuumed it at all (although the guy practically shoved the vacuum in my face when I pulled up). The car was dirty, the exterior was still wet and they dont replace old rags so they leave swirls on the paint. I didnt discredit them after my first visit but after today, I dont think Ill be going back. Even for the free service.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR do not get an oil change here these people were horrible I came here a few weeks ago to get an oil change on my cars since they advertise mobile 1 I got my first oil change done went well park the car went and got the second one done the next day I got to get in one of my vehicles and I noticed a small leak from the oil filter figured maybe it had a bad seal or something i drive back over since it’s only been 24 hrs and ask the mechanics if they can replace or by a new filter because he one they just put in was leaking they asked for records of yesterday’s oil change even though it was the same two guys older white guy chubby and younger chubby dark complexion guy I told them the records were at home but I have the sticker they put on your windshield which clearly shows car mileage date and vin number of car with there address they denied even seeing me there to the manager who told me to leave the property when I told him I would come back with proof of records from they say before he decided on calling the police and put a no traspass order so against me so I can’t step foot back on the property to show them record bottom line is I changed the filter myself and ended up not even being a mobile one filter and the oil that they put in was dark compared to the real mobile one that I had bought so don’t let them fool you these people are garbage do not do buisness with them

I had the worse experience there, I was a regular and the worker broke my Lexus key I told management who informed me he would get a new one for me and he did ended up being one from online so Instead I went a purchased another lexus with push start so this would never happen to me again when I went back to get my oil change there they started charging me 138.00 since my car now required synthetic oil I spoke to another manager who told me he would give me a discount when I went to pay at the register the girl told me manager had not made any changes in the system I asked for him again and he didnt want to come talk to me so I went to find him he stared to scream at me and I was in shock since he always been very friendly and nice I told him I will contact corporate he adviced me to do so I went back to the register and paid full price and got the number for corporate after I left almost in tears from the humiliation I called corporate left messages continue to call spoke to a lady who told me I should receive a call soon but never did I went to Toyota dealership just to ask how much the oil change would be there and was informed that it cost 69.00 with carwash at this point I feel like Ive been getting robbed by this company and worst I went on the Facebook page and commented, they deleted my comments and blocked me as well Im also going to BBB and filing a complain with them as well this has been the worse experience of my life unbelievable I would te star back but it dont let me

Bad service... I paid almost $100 to have the inside clean and wax and nothing was done right. when I went to pick it up there was soap in the car, they chairs were not clean at all and when I was told to take it back the next day to finnish the job.
