One thing i know about car lot/dealerships/and the experiences i have over the years, you first have to research the reviews and also check out things for yourself before you assume things all carlots are not bad, but if u get tons of bad reviews then somebody gonna to believe this true,frm experience i have in the past purchase a vehicle from nice cars and didnt have any problems back in 2011,the only thing i had a problem with was i loss my job,and had to let the car go,no regrets at all, one door closes another one opens,and god knows best, now i am a owner of a fully paid for vehicles with no worries, all i can say choose wisely and do your research before car shopping n pray before and while buying everybody is accounted differently

This place is the worst dealership ever. My husband and I came from an hour away to look for a car and we came across this place and found Jimmy. At first we thought he was being honest with us since we explained our situation to him and he sounded like a genuine man. The car had an issue with the trunk opening. Jimmy said he had a man at the mechanic shop that works with this dealership and that he would fix it no problem. Once we took the car to the mechanic after Jimmy had supposedly made an appointment we waisted our time driving an hour there because they told us they didn’t have an appt for us. We made another appointment and took the car again and they had the worst attitude. Once they fixed the problem one of the dudes broke off a plastic piece from the car and we clearly saw it and when we told him he said he didn’t break anything off.The car started giving tons of problems and we decided to take it to a well known mechanic. Come to find out we were completely lied to and misinformed about this car.Our car had a blown head gasket, there were loose screws in places that the screws don’t even belong, the bumper is being held onto BY ZIPTIES. So many more problems with the car and Jimmy gladly sold us the car knowing what he was getting us into. This is so upsetting being that we have 2 babies he knew we would be putting into this car. He still had no issue with selling it to us this way.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, IT IS THE WORST AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.Jimmy: we’re highly dissatisfied and disappointed. We realize you won’t care because you made your money but you lost our business here and to anyone who asks us we will NEVER recommend this place.

Ive had an awesome experience with these guys. They have been honest. They have held to their word on my warranty. Ive gotten fast responses to every question that Ive had. The bad reviews that I see here are either fake or from someone who decided not to pay their payments. 5 stars with everything from service, their mechanics, sales, an customer service. Will be recommending to anyone who would like a fair deal on a great vehicle and the customer service to back it up.

I bought a car here on April 27, I requested a copy of all documents that I signed, they refused, weird. Then not even 24 hours after having the car, the transmission blew. I brought it back for them to fix which left me without a car for some days. They said they would only credit the account $30 a day for how long it took to fix it. They called telling me it was ready 2 days early. Didn’t even get a block away and the fog light flew out while I was driving(dangerous) I had to find it in someone’s front yard. Brought it back so they could put that back on. Noticed they didn’t bolt down the radiator frame and the car was still having the same transmission problem. I requested the copy of contract and they refused again and also refused to credit the account like they previously promised. Crooks, do not buy a car from these people. They lie and cheat people, once you give them your down payment, you’ll never get a straight answer out of these people. There were so many people in the repair shop upset because the cars they bought were literally falling apart on them. Save the hassle, I’ll probably have to seek legal help dealing with these weirdos.

All in all good customer service but some of the cars are so so. Been in the business I get it but some things you just dont put out for sale. Car purchased was pretty much rusted out wheel fell apart from axel spun out of control. Did take care of me, refunded down payment & returned car, But car shouldnt have been for sale anyway. No way a half decent tech could have missed that once car was in the air. Stevie Wonder could have saw axels where toothpicks. Not opposed to going back in future but would have to get car checked out by 3rd party mechanic most likely before paying for anything.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEThey sold me a money pitt!!! Thay financed me at the highest interest rates &...they also baloon rob you!! Meaning keep track of your payments...or they will get some extra ones!!They lie and are very deceitful!!! This was a nightmare & bad buisness all around!!! I just sold that vehicle that I put tons of money to just keep it on the road barely for 2 years! I just bought a new car outright because I was not going to go through that again!!!I dont know how they sleep at night, really that bad!!

You’ll need at least 1500 to walk out there dealer ship with a “basic” car. Cars on their website are never on their lot. Don’t expect the best customer service. But hey if you’re looking here then I guess it doesn’t matter

They never have the car that’s displayed on their website . Waited for almost a week and a half for a car to get fixed after being told multiple dates it would be ready and it wasn’t . That should of been my first que to bounce . Then I got another car with another salesman and the previous salesman tells me somebs about the original car I wanted and the salesman that was helping me told me he was lying . Good teamwork lol. You must have grade A insurance or you’ll pay an extra 80 per payment for the car . Which is fine so I left my previous insurance and went to a grade a company but you can only do a deductible of $500. So that means you’ll pay more even if you wanna have more of a deductible which benefits them . So think about that before you buy. If you don’t have an extra $160/month on top of your car payment then get grade A insurance and if you get grade A be ready to pay more because they won’t allow you to get a bigger deductible that will save you money on your car insurance so potentially you could be paying almost $800-$900/ month for a used car that’s been in an accident in total . Just a heads up . So put a lot of money down more than $2000. :-) you’re welcome .

Well I have to say these guys are legit!! I went in and thought ok they are going to ask me for a lot more money down but they didn’t. Jimmy and Jeff both were on top of it, I drove the car and it only had 13,600 miles on it! Beautiful and I’m in love with the car! Even the GM Alex was on top of it and very helpful! I will recommend them to many! Only thing you need is money down and a license. I was in and out in 30 mins. Thanks again Nice car team!!

I bought a car from Jeff in December of last year so far it has been in the shop 4 times. Today June 21 I spend 5 hours of my working day with the compressor that went out and had to go to north Miami to have it fixed.I spoke with Alex to explain the situation and see if I could trade my car for a more reliable one, his answer was you have to wait at least 1 year to change the car I told him I just wanted a more reliable car he straight up said NO. I send an email and no response. Let see if the call me or fix the issue after this review

Communication skills sucks. When you call in to ask questions they answer it for you. But when they call you it’s a different story. I told them I won’t be able to pay until Thursday the man said it’s nothing we can do. He saw I was making large payments but that meant nothing. I work for work this morning and my car was gone. I’m sure their going charge a large amount to get my car out. I wish I never signed up with them. The oil charge saves me money. Their warranty isn’t really warranty to me.

Today in, I went to make a payment on my car that I purchased from nice car Inc, a few months ago. I could not believe the reviews that I saw on Google Maps as I was searching for directions. Do people not realize that this is the ONLY dealership that I could find after months of research that will NOT actually run your credit? . And actually sell nice cars like the name says. When I bought my car Jimmy help me, and I am very grateful because my credit is not the best. My credit score is under 500 and Im driving a 2016 GMC Acadia.... Come on... People.. I had a check engine light come on and the service department took care of it immediately. this company is the real deal and they have been there forever I am very pleased and very satisfied with the service that I get. I love my car and I recommend anybody that I know that is looking for a car to Jimmy.I totally recommend this place.

Anyone that writes that their car was reoped and they didnt work with you must have been really behind and payments and deserved to lose their car for non payment. I just purchased my car there 2 months ago, Im a single mom of 2, my credit is a 479 and I drive a really nice reliable car which wouldnt be possible without this dealership. I have a great job but, had fraud and alot of money stolen from my account I contacted the finance manager and made a very small payment until I was able to get caught up last week. I was behind over a month. Throughout this time on my second month with them.He couldnt have been any nicer and they worked with me not knowing anything about me. So anyone looking to purchase a car from them dont believe these reviews because its absolutely not true. My breaks were squeaking I brought my car and with no questions asked had new front and back readers and breaks done. My tires were losing thread in the front the owner told me to bring it in they werent even too bad and I had 2 brand new tires on my car within 45 min. The service department is great!! They listen to any concerns you have and fix your car immediately. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone with bad credit that needs a reliable car where else can you get financed for newer cars with free service and a year warranty...that will work with you and you are honest and make the effort to pay something? Great experience. The hardest thing about finding an auto mechanic, is trust. Anyone can fix a car. Too many shops skip the important aspects of customer satisfaction, attention to detail and above all a trustworthy transaction every time. The people at Nice Car turn all of that on its head. I have gotten air conditioning work there, oil changes, tires replaced and a few other minor jobs. They always have given me realistic estimates and time to completion. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a 9 year old car there. The car ran great without any issues after putting about 30k miles on it. The staff was extremely professional and easy to deal with and arranged registration. The price quoted was the final price, there were no hidden fees. I would go there again to buy another car and highly recommend.

Bought a car from here and so far I have not had any problems wit my car. usually im veryskeptical about used vehicles but with their on site service department they made me feel like I had nothing at all to worry about the best thing about it all is that my car will be paid off in less then 2 years. they work with my payment schedules and i never have to pay late fees. they tell u everything upfront before you even purchase the car and give u all the numbers. i def recommend them! my friend referred me to them and they gave her an incentive for doing so too!!

In 2014 I met Jimmy and Alex Jimmy roped me in on Craigslist I had no idea what I was looking for so we shopped around a bit till we came to this new 2011 Chevy impala mind you its 2014 so this car is up to date I had a trade in the car was GARBAGE they gave me 1,300 for it and I only had my job as credit and 2 hundred in cash that same day I drove off the lot in my first up to date and reliable vehicle.In 2015 a drunk driver totaled it Alex told me not to worry bring what money I have and come by and pick out another one he will work with me 500 cash I drove away in a 2011 ford fusion you cant ask for better people.The detailing department is top notch them boys kept my ride on point maintenance and the free oil changed gave me life. I mean if people take care of you better I havent seen them I live in Indiana now coming down to by a new car from them BOOM!!!

After speaking with Jimmy on the phone after finding an ad online I was comfortable making the over an hour drive from Jupiter. The car turned out to be everything that was mentioned! Came with a one year wareentee which, was the deal maker! Also the fact the deal was hard to pass up. No credit BS just very straight forward way to get into a car.Thanks! Should have had 2 payments left on a car we bought 2 years ago with about 900$ monthly payments. The car is really only worth $8,000 at most. Fine they dont do credit history etc, but now some how we still have another year and half left of 900$ a month payments on a car worth $8,000. These people are crooks. We have a family to support cant afford these extra payments and cant afford to just let it go and buy another car. Shame on you people.
