I honestly wish I could give this company a negative 1000 the level of service is rediculous I applied for benefits from the never received any letter called I. Had to pay for a Dr visit months later to get the questionnaire filled out had to call in over 10 times to follow up on the status which apparently we live in the United States of America and there employees dont speak English and the level of service from supervisor is rediculous I requested a supervisor who was as useless as the employees ... I hope someone from the Hartford will be reaching out regarding my issues it is beyond believeable how these employees treat customers
The Hartford is incredibly deceptive and makes it unbelievably difficult to cancel their auto policies for elderly drivers. I canceled my 87 year mothers policy over the phone and by mail, but they still threatened to put her in collection for the policy renewal amount even though we had switched to Progressive. I then had Progressive Insurance fax a copy of her new policys declaration page to The Hartford, but they still sent another threatening letter 5 weeks later.Only when when I demanded to speak to a manager did the balance somehow disappear??Stay away from this company!
This company have a way of charging you for any little thing they could come up with so my advice to you stay away from this company
