Terrible, insurance going Up with no reasonable reason, starting paying $117.00 years ago. Went up little by Little up to $202.10 monthlyCalled the first time asking why ? Was told because of the area!! Ok I didn’t mind much, even though I’M a safe driver NO Tickets, NO Car Accidents. So this month my insurance went Up $36.00 “MONTLY” I called I was told the system was down, to call back in 30 minutes. They didn’t bother on asking me my name or my phone number neither was was my concern.. called back they put me on hold, I decided to drive personally to the office, Surprise Everyone is on the system . I spoke with Marisol which is the same person who told me months ago about rates when up in the area, this time she states I Drive Too much.. so that is the reason of the $36.00 dollars monthly raise. SIMPLY RIDICULOUS. very Unhappy. Which I let her know, she didn’t care much. Dropping them ...

I usually dont post review but I feel I need to in this case. I have a high tolerance when it comes to bad treatment or unprofessionalism, however this place really went above and beyond this line. I came in for a quote last week and all was good until the manager stepped in and started screaming to the poor girl. My blood started to boil and I didnt know what to do. Someone with a presidential level needs to come to this office and do something about it, I was told the manager has a temper. I ended up leaving and unhappy. If someone from the executive level is reading this. Please have someone look into this place! its driving customers away!

I never had an issue. Pricing is competitive. The people there are super nice and understanding in case something happens(I have forgotten to make a payment here and there and they were more than happy to assist me to get back on track).I have refered several of my friends to them and they are happy also. I have learned in life that you cant please everyone so you do the best that you can. All companies will have negative reviews..that is just the nature of the beast. So for me. Im happy so far. Been a client for more than 20+ years so that should say something about their business.

Is there anything less than a star?I went it for a quote and the place smells like food, horrible! the staff was terrible too. Go somewhere else!!!! I sure walked away.
