I have contacted this firm on behalf of a mutual client and spoke with Amelia in regards to information she submitted on behalf of the mutual client. Amelia simply stated to contact the mutual client and ask her for all the information I needed. As suggested, I contacted the mutual client and put all parties on the phone line as the client was unsure about the requested info. Amelia told our mutual client I dont remember, I CCd you on the email why dont you remember. This response continued during the duration of the 6 minute phone call until finally Amelia hung up during the conversation. Once she was called back I had requested the contact info of a supervisor but She continued to hang up. Since I am unable to file a complaint I have written a review.

Their customer support is good. I was paying an affordable amount that what they quoted me on my business insurance. I am glad that we were able to save money and get the insurance that my business needs. We will let everyone know about Gillette Insurance Agency.
