I’m new to the area and needed service to my car (destroyed brake fenders) immediately and Miyaki’s took my car in on the same day I called! They were courteous and polite & assessed what I needed fixed instantly. They were also sooooo nice to fix all these scratches on my bumper & clean out my lights. The pricing was very, very fair and the entire process was seamless. Claudia was extremely responsive and kept me informed of every step!! I am very happy with their service. Highly recommend! Picture worths more than words.4 months ago, I sent someone at Miyakis auto body repair because his car was damaged. Few days later he called and told me that the job was well done and thanked me for the referral. Now its my turn to experience the quality of work of that place. Even when things were rough to find an appointment, Mrs Claudia was very nice with me and gave me a very good quote. The job was excellent and highly professional. I couldnt see the damage and the dents after the repair. I recommend this place for anyone who needs a good quality job with a good price. Keep up the good work Claudia

1.14.21 UPDATE: So glad they responded! The claim that we illegally procured documents under falsely presenting ourselves as employees is fabricated. We do not live in Florida. We were back in Texas two weeks before the 23rd.The pictures clearly show the headlight not being damaged after the accident. It was damaged only after the repair. Unfortunately this business simply will not take responsibility for their mistakes.MAYBE they replaced the sensors? We are not actually sure. But we had to pay Toyota $500 just to find out what was wrong with them. Regardless, we paid for the damage to be fixed. Miyaki is openly admitting that they did not complete the repair of the damage done. Why would you think its acceptable to replace sensors but not return then to good working order? We have multiple notifications on our dash saying they dont work. What is the point of replacement if it doesnt work?So you can see from our complaint and from the response that you cannot rely on this business to complete the repair of your vehicle properly. They will take you money and then leave you with additional work to do. It is called Auto Repair, not Partial repair.We had front end damage to our 2018 Toyota Camry. The repair needed was the front bumper, upper/lower grills, fender liners, sensors, hood dents and repainting. We agreed to $4000 and I paid them immediately. I picked this place because their Google reviews were mostly good. We dropped the car off and they had it for over 2 weeks.When we picked the car up, i could see the paint had not been done in a booth. There was orange peel and blemishes. It was a 6/10 for paint. Paint should ALWAYS be done in a booth.Furthermore there is clear coat over spray all over the front windshield. So I will be required to remove that myself with a razor blade.The sensors were not working properly and so there were codes on the dash. When I asked about this the owner said i just need to go to Toyota and get it calibrated and it would be covered by the warranty. That was a lie. The sensors have some kind of short or issue. And Toyota wants $490 just to assess the issue, then repair will be higher. Warranty will not cover this. Why wouldnt they take the car to Toyota and figure this out for me? Even if it required additional payment, they could have discussed with me. We heard nothing from them.Finally, the driver side headlight now has some large blemish on the inside that wasnt there before or after the accident, only after the repair. There seemed to be no reason to open up the lens, but something happened when they were repairing the lens. The mechanic (the owners husband) told me it happened during repair and that fixing it was too difficult. Now I am told that I have to replace the entire light housing. This will cost over $400.Upon discussing this with the owner, the mechanics wife, she said I was lying and that they did not open the lens. She said multiple time she should have charged me 2-3 times the price to make these repairs... $8-12,000 to replace a few parts? Wow! That is half the price of the entire car! I did some research and i can buy all of these parts for around $1000 plus labor and paint... Far less than the $4000 I paid. She told me that all the repairs on the estimate were done, including replacing the sensors. Well, a repair means that the sensors should work properly, back to original condition.Unfortunately, this is not a shop that will cross the finish line. They will go 80% of the way and take 100%+ of your money and then blame you for any issues that come along.In the end, you are taking a gamble at this shop and you are not getting a low enough price to take that gamble. When we returned home and had our mechanic inspect the work, he said that $4000 was high for what had been done. He would have done it for $3-3500. That is in Dallas.Now we have another $1500 in costs plus the time. Do yourself a favor and find another shop.

Excellent work. Extremely cost effective yet flawless. They accommodated my crazy schedule and actually fixed my vehicle on a Sunday in between everything else I had to get done! I didnt know that was even a possibility. No one wants to need a repair, but when you do NEED to have vehicle repaired professionally, I Highly Recommend using Miyakis Auto Body Repair! WOW! Where do I begin. I was involved in an accident and only had PIP coverage so I had to come out of pocket for the damages on my vehicle. I called and spoke to Claudia. I told her what was going on and she really worked with me on getting a fair price for my car in 10 mins! And in addition, she was the cheapest quote I received so I couldn’t turn it down. I brought my car on a Thursday and was ready to go by Tuesday!! Not only did her and her husband do what I paid for but she truly went above and beyond on getting my car looking almost like a brand new car!!! She is an Angel from above and will definitely go back to her and her husband if this happens again. Please don’t hesitate to call this shop for your repair needs!! I promise! You won’t regret it. Especially if you are a girl, and feel like other repair shops might take advantage. Good luck!

When I brought the car, Claudia told me my car would be ready the next day. The next day I return, I was AMAZED with the results. It looks like my accident never happened! I had a panel dented in on Volkswagen, the repair cost was so affordable. The owners are some of the sweetest and honest people you can meet. They cut down some of the repair costs because I’m a young college student who had just happened to get backed up into. They returned my car to within 24hrs on a holiday too! Super appreciative of these hard working people and I will definitely be back again if any other problems arise :)

I went in with damage on the rear end on my car, I was so worried that it wouldnt be fixed and look new again but I was wrong. Miyakis auto body repair did a excellent job and the paint job was immaculate I was really impressed on the outcome of the repair, and the price was really Reasonable, the lady for the shop was really professional and reasonable on pricing compare to other body shops i called. I would really recommend going there if your vehicle needs body repair.

Ive been doing business with this bodyshop for almost ten years. They do great work and the prices are very competitive. All my family comes here. All my coworkers come here as well.Ive had a few friends that had emergency issues, and they were able to accommodate them and took care of their issues on the spot. Highly recommended.

If you ever come across this place wondering if you should use them for your car repair.... RUN FAR AWAY! I used Miyakis twice. The first time I had great service. Claudia was so kind and understanding and gave me a great price since I had to come out of pocket. Since she did so well the first time, I came back a second - HUGE MISTAKE. She promised me the second time that my car would be fixed in 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that! But 5-6 weeks later all I got were excuses. Even personal reasons which was extremely unprofessional. Her lack of communication and her husbands lack of urgency costed me extra on car rental, uber’s, etc. She also promised top quality parts for my Mercedes from the Mercedes dealer direct. My boyfriends uncle who owns a body shop in NJ checked out the parts himself and verified they were all junkyard parts. Charged me for brand new parts. When my boyfriend called her to question about the car, Claudia screamed at my boyfriend and abruptly hung up the phone. Point is, stay away from this place. Professionalism and punctuality are very important to me, and Miyakis lacks both.

Fraudulent theives... They will use bait and switch tactics and over charge you lots of money.Stay far away from these people. The negative reviews are correct and I made the mistake of not checking Google first.

The lady who owns this shop is a psychopath. If you talk to her one day about estimates in repair, she wont remember your conversation about it the next day. Shell ask for your VIN number make and model of the car, just to change her mind about submitting repairs to a claims department the next day. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This lady needs to let someone else take care of her business.

Excellent service, we Strive to do our best for our customers. And just to add the customer (Misha Grace) had no complaints three months ago when we did $500 of free work in addition to the work that we did for her and her boyfriend (Thomas Heath) how can you come to complain three months later about a $20 tip? now that youve damaged your car again and expect free work again. In all fairness this is not how a bad review is done. No complaints about our work.

After looking at the car minor damages and trying sell me on fixing other scratchs which is normal and I respectfully declined and then showed him what I wanted fixed with a regretful look gave me a price for $60 which was a good price and insisted he needs it in cash but then I asked how he would go about fixing the minor damage hoping for a simple explanation to give me a sense of security that he knew what he was doing ..he got rude and told me that he doesnt have to explain anything to me and just to go get the money in cash. then told me he doesnt want to deal with it.

This guy is very rude. Ive called his wife for 2 weeks and she kept telling me to go on sundays and that she didnt want to send me there because she hes probably frustrated and mad. I couldnt make it one Sunday because my daughter ended up in hospital. I go the next Sunday and he tells me to come back tomorrow...I ask what time. He says anytime. I come there in the morning the next day and he gives me an attitude and tells me to come back another day. I drove all the way there from ft lauderdale. This guy doesnt need to be in business. Why tell potential customers to come and then not serve them? Very unprofessional business and no organization. I tried to make an appt and never could.
