I never write reviews, but I had to write one for Donnys Auto Body Shop. Every aspect of Donnys Auto Body Shop (from initial phone call, to getting a quote, to the service rendered to my vehicle) was TOP NOTCH!!! The Manager, Chrissy gave me three options for my service (new manufacturer part, new aftermarket part & repair with existing part) - options for every budget. Also, the vehicle was repaired and job completed when they said it would be ready - in my case, overnight. You walk in, and you are greeted with a smile. After dropping my vehicle off, and as I was standing out-front waiting for my Uber ride, several Donnys employees asked me: Do you need assistance sir? Have you been helped sir? All with a smile and a sense of professionalism that you really dont see (much) anymore. I have already recommended Donnys to several people and would recommend to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. The job they did on my vehicle was amazing!!! I took my infinity Q70s over to Donnys to have the fender replaced and painted. The price was right so I asked him if he would repaint the hood and bumper as well had a lot of chips in it from the rocks from the highway With in 5 days as promise they delivered the car flawlessly to me.Im a very picky person I would say a PERFECTIONIST and I couldnt find a nistake.I would highly recommend them not only are they honest and fair priced but did a GREAT job.Ask for John he was great to work with and the staff in the office was awesome as well!!

I just want to start by saying that this may be the best customer service I have ever received anywhere! I was looking for a good place to have my truck painted and to remove the rust that was really bad on the roof. Some body shops will not handle rust but as soon as I walked in here multiple people immediately came up to assist me and Donny himself looked my truck over and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair for the rust removal and new paint job (which was a color change). He made sure I got the exact color I wanted. I just picked my truck up this morning and could not be happier! The rust is all gone and the paint job is perfect!! I look like Im driving a brand new truck! The customer service was just as good picking up as it was on my initial visit. They even gave it a quick wash before I drove off. Its great service and quality work like this that is so refreshing and rare to find these days. It definitely shows that Donny and the staff really care about their customers and the quality of their work and I really appreciate that

Brought my Jag in for a bumper repair, was done in 24 hours. When I picked up the car, it was done perfect. The gentlemen noticed my coolant was low, and offered to look at the levels and added some for me free of charge. Great service from all employees.

By Far one of the best experiences Ive had! Honest people. Reliable and warranty on their work. Been in business since the 70s and one of the few honest people left in the body shop industry! When you walk in they make you feel at home. They call you with updates on your car. They make the situation less stressful than it needs to be. I would recommend anyone to go here eyes closed. I have been here a few times in the past and the work was good. My last service was horrible! I have a new truck and they damaged my truck more while it was in the shop. When I brought it to the attention they denied and even said it was my doing and fault.Do not take your car there the management will cut corners and not be responsible if they cause damage.Maybe if you have an old beater and want work done, but not a new car!There was a few things they said they would fix after the 3rd time I got it back and I would not take it back do to all the half done things and issues. Every time I did it never was done or some was and other things were not touched.This was all covered under insurance originally, so I decided after all the grief to PAY somewhere else out of my own pocket to get it done right!Make fun of Macco on another review says it all. That has got to be the body shop posting all the wonderful reviews..... That is the attitude of the shop.

Our family has used Donnys on several occasions, both to repair collision damage and to do other work. One of our cars is there right now to repair door & window damage after it was broken into. The entire staff at Donnys has always been very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and they work seamlessly with your insurance company (they take care of everything). Our cars have come back to us looking better than the day they were purchased. I cant imagine what happened to anyone who posted a bad review, because we wont take our cars anywhere else. Everything theyve ever done on our cars has been flawless.

I dropped my car off to have the roof repainted due to rust like the other recent review and my experience was the opposite. They did a great job repainting the roof with no blemishes at all. And they had no problem with me leaving my car there for an extra 4 days because I was away. I came to pick it up in the morning and my car was very dusty inside and out (shoe print on my leather seats!!!) and they left multiple paint marks, adhesive stains, all around the car on the body and the window trim. They even began to touch up a scratch near the roof near the B pillar that wasnt part of the job and they didnt even bother finishing. I had them clean the marks up and undoing the touch up but I had to come in multiple mornings over two weeks and kept receiving BS answers, they obviously didnt want to deal with me. If they were neater and treated me and my car with more respect there would be no problem. Wont be coming back.

Donny’s did a great job on my Smart car ! They matched the paint perfect . They also worked on some of the panels, which break real easy, without breaking them ! The owner Donny is a sweetheart and so is his secretary Johnie. They did their best to make me happy and I am !

I borrowed my friends car got rear ended while visiting Florida.Luckily this was covered by the other persons insurance, State Farm. My friends Honda is just one year old, so I was concerned, but it looks as good as new. Donnys Auto Body Shop did a great job!I would come back with my own car if I have the misfortune of another accident. My friend has been recommending them to everyone in Florida especially in Fort Lauderdale.

My experience at Donnie Auto body was a nightmare. The staff was quiet nice and professional, but this specific guy by the name of John was a total douchebag. He did not want to release my car because he did not receive payments from State Farm.Apparently i had called State Farm about 20 times myself to confirm that the payment would go through. State farm confirm that all payments would be sent to him directly. It was a back and fourth issue for another 2 weeks after that. He finally got the car fix, but than after driving it a day or two i notice a noise coming out of the tires. I brought the car in on the weekend and he said it might be a wheel bearing. I asked him well State Farm just paid you 4,000 dollars to fix my car Im sure I have a warranty right? He said it depends... Ive decided not get my car fix in this crappy place. It has giving me a lot of stress as of late. I took the time to express myself to hopefully let other people no about my experiences. I recommend other bodies shops, just not this one. If I could give this body shop a -1 rating I would gladly do it in a heartbeat.

My auto insurance took the car to this place to have it repaid. They did not want to fix the car with Toyota parts witch would have voided all warranty on the 2012 Toyota Corolla S, plus the repair was against what Toyota recommended, and Toyota explained that I would be putting my self in danged if i would drive the car after the repair.O one more thing they where a VIP repair place with my insurance but my insurance will never send them business again.

Did a good job fixing my mirror although broke my door lock when putting the door panel back on. They offered to fix it but living so far away I fixed it myself by bending the inside metal rod back. Its kind of back to normal. 😐

What can I say about Donnys body shop that they are better than the rest, I walked in Donnys shop 20 years ago, and I have never thought about going anywhere else. They recently worked on my 2014 Lincoln Navigator I just had another accident a couple days ago, guess where my car is sitting at you right at Donnys because when you go to Donnys you will never go anywhere else. Great auto repair andvstaff

The job was done in a very dirty manner, i had a scratch on the right back door. I paid 560$. A little bit pricey! Nothing to say but for this amount i expect a clean job. All the upholstery inside the car is falling down now. Even if they worked outside all the upholstery is destroyed and when i asked for deails they said that was like that even if its not true.The car is dusty inside and next week i need topay 300$ for the upholstery to get fixed . Never go there...they rip u off and they work dirty! Very unprofessional!

Guys please dont give these douche bags your moneyMy car was taken to Donnys after a front-end collision a week after I get a call from a man named John telling me that my car has an oil leak in the engine block and that the insurance will not pay for it because they had deemed it before the accident.BUT I have PROOF that there was no oil leak before the accident because I had just the car serviced at jiffy lube 2 prior the accident.long story short John is telling me that my car has had and oil leak that had made it undriveable before the accident even happend!Just dont take your car to these people they will total it just to make you pay extra.Ps John is love John is life.Update: I received my car back from Donnys finally and the car is even worse than it was right after the accident.The battery is completely dead the body work is crooked and sloppy the radio no longer works and they broke the mirror adjuster switch clean off.Sending my car here was the worst thing I could have done after the accident.But the lady at the front desk is nice I must say that.But I cant get to work on kindness.NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HEREPps STOP writing your own reviews Donny and make your workers do better work.

I took my white 1990 cadillac brougham there to get painted white again. The guy even knocked off a side molding and said they will replace all of them. That didnt happen and it took a month to get my car. They were extremely slow. crooks who took 1700 for a shitty orange peeling half ass paint job. paint was so thin on mils it faded. I had to get my lawyer involved because they wanted 1900. I gave them 1500 upfront expecting a good clean job.If u want your car painted I suggest u go across the street to maaco. and not donnys at least you know what you will get.

Terrible customer service! Calling from a nearby Mercedes-Benz store and Donny himself had a terrible attitude! Trying to pick up a vehicle for a client and he said youll have to wait til Monday 3 days from now and HUNG UP the phone on me! Called back to address the issue and the receptionist instantly tried to vouch for him saying I was placed on hold. WRONG. He then answered and had the same nasty attitude. Who would bring their car here??? Someone who can wait til Monday!! Extremely unprofessional, and a terrible way to conduct business!!!!!!!
