($40 thermostat plus $250 in labor to install it).This charge seemed too expensive to me, so I contacted several companies in the area.I found out that his charge was about 70% more than other similar companies in the area.After showing him in writing what other companies charge, he called me irritated.He unhappily reduced the price to $250, which is still about 50% more than other similar companies quoted me.I would not use Gregg Williams services again because of his exceptionally high charges, lack of punctuality, and unfriendly demeanor.In addition:Did not give me an estimate before doing the work.Posts positive reviews about his own company (see below under Gregg Williams)

In short: AVOID THIS COMPANY.My experience with this company was difficult when getting my AC unit installed. The installation time frame was extremely way longer than what I was initially told, and Greg communication skills were poor, and that goes double for the guys he has working for him. Overall if given the chance to do it again, I would hire/pay another AC company more to get a better customer service experience and be more professional. BAD business all around.

We hired them for a commercial contract. The people they used were in experienced and uninformed. They lied about everything. AND, blew the schedule.I wouldnt have them anywhere near my personal life. Buyer beware!!!Use at your own peril.Utter garbage.

Excellent Service from Gregg and his team. When our air conditioner died late one evening he came out and told me what we already knew. Our ancient unit was gone. He guaranteed we would have a new a/c and cool air by the next evening and they delivered. I was very pleased with the service and would strongly recommend this company.

Greg and Alex were wonderful in getting this old house back to normal. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. They also clean up after themselves when the job was finished. I highly recommend Supa for you home a/c needs!

Greg came to my apartment knowing I was out of town, after his inspection of my unit he told me my evaporator coil had major leak and I need to replace the entire system which would cost me thousands...I Called different company the next day for second opinion, they came inspected unit found 2 leaking schrader valves, they replaced the leaking schrader valves, vacuum, filled with Freon. Been working great for couple of months, it cost me $150 not thousands like Gregg quote me .... don’t trust this company !

Guy showed up 4 hours late....promised the job done that day...Was a Saturday...turned into Monday afternoon....Charged me $580.00 for a job that took him 20 min. to do..parts cost $140.00 bucks...was rude on the phone. On top of all this promised me a better deal if I paid cash...went back on his word. Work was none impressive...I had to get up on the latter and seal the air conditioner on top of getting ripped off...dont use these guys....ever!

Supra has Super nice office manager. I can not speak highly of the quality of work since we have had to call them out several times. They put in 2 new units and never check the air lines or the water drainage lines (sorry I dont know air conditioning terms) Someone else went up top and saw that the unit was in fact replaced but they never took the time to see that the ducts were makeshift ducts using black garbage bags. How do you put in a new unit and not check what its attached to?? Greg came and fixed it...Just it, the one area I called about. No, he did not check ALL THE connecting parts and now, we found another duct that wasnt even connected on the other side of the house. Basically, if I had to know what I was calling him for. Its almost a year and we are still accidentally finding running water lines, garbage bag air ducts, and NO return air thingy!

Saturday afternoon, I come home from the office to find my wife livid about yet another leak under the A/C unit, mopping up the floor and demanding we get someone to fix it NOW! Our condenser had been leaking freon for awhile and this was a repeat occurrence (requiring us to pay every few months to refill the unit with freon - expensive). Under the gun, I called Supa Air and left a message with a gentleman to see if someone could come out to see us that day. Within 90 minutes, the owner Gregg was at our home, and recommended we replace the system with a better, more efficient system - we wanted help fast - and they provided it. On Monday two technicians came and installed the units, and were done by 6 pm, at which time Gregg came personally to make sure everything was in order. This was last week - since then, everything has been working great, and we realize (from how cold the A/C is) just how much we needed the change. I dont know if they are the cheapest, maybe theyre not, but they came out fast, they were professional, and they got the job done - just what we needed. Highly recommended.

I got home from a trip in the 22nd of July...a/c was running but wasnt getting cold and it was freezing up. I called Supa air and they sent someone out...the guy that came arrived during daylight hours and did a thorough inspection of my unit. He said the unit was running great and that it just needed freon. Since I have an older system the cost of putting freon in was $348. So I agreed..I found it odd that he didnt check for any leaks..but hes a professional so I let him do his thing..and since he came out in a Sunday threw in a small tip so he could buy a drink. On July 30th the system stopped cooling again and the lines were feeezing. I called and spoke to Greg and told him it needed more freon. Greg came out on the 31st at about 8:30 - 9:00 ish. We went outside and while I shined a light for him ..he out a digital machine on the unit outside..then came inside and took a look at my system. He told me that the system is old and was not worth fixing. I told him that the guy on the 22nd who so graciously took my $348 and told me the system was fine ...said that the unit was still good. Greg brushed that off and repeated that the system needed to be replaced and that he had a new system for $4,820. I asked him if he could at least check the coils and he refused ..stating that it was of no use...not onon did either of them check for leaks. My question to him was that if the system was so bad it was beyond repair why did his employee feel the need to tell me the system was in good and that I only needed freon? Why take my $348 knowing that the system was not good. The fact that I got conflicting stories from the two definitely destroyed my trust in this company and is the reason I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I came home one day and found my air condition not working, I called up Supa Air and Heat and they show up right away and fix my AC. They were very reasonable

Expensive, too expensive, rip off- charged me 175.00 to flush my drain line (20 minutes)!
