The navigation takes you to Ting Park. Otherwise it was exactly what you would expect from a uhaul store. I went to buy boxes and she reminded me to get tape. One of the few times I want to be uphold.

I had a horrible experience with a women who was short with me and just plain rude. She was sighing and rolling her eyes and made my girlfriend cry.Also made a reservation at another locations days later and it said if your reservation is not on time we will give you 50$ I waited for hours and no one was in the office.So I contacted uhaul and the manager chuck I believe contacted me and asked what he can do and I said I would like a refund. They charged me about 50$ and gave me a refund of only 20$. Stay away from this location unless you want to be treated like a 5 year old and not listen to a word you say

This U-Haul location is a good one. They are experienced in helping you find the right rental and helping you get what you need to move. They also had some very good advice and tips. Everything was as promised. That was quite a relief since I have never done anything like this before for myself. I don’t think my rental was anything complicated so I was able to do the whole thing myself and save some money.

Made reservation on phone and told to go to the wrong location. Forget the $19.95 price...$1.19 a mile additional. Over $100 for four hours and fifty miles.

Security Self Storage U-Haul service was wonderful. They were fast and knowledgeable and made recommendations which saved me time and trouble. And, they saved me money which is most important. If youre looking for a truck for local or long distance move this is THE place to go.

Convenient location. Easy access into and out of parking lot. Nice proximity to a gas station too.

Customer experience was ok but the vehicle I rented, the small 10 truck, was sketchy. The gas was full when I picked it up. I drove only 8 miles with no excessive idling. Yet at the gas station I cut the pump off at 4 gallons in. No idea how much more gas it would take. Thats 2 miles/gallon and cant be right, even for a u-haul truck. I mentioned all this to the employee with practically no response. Hard for me to recommend to anyone based on this experience and feeling of being cheated.
