I have been a customer of RDU Insurance for many years and have always found them to be fair, reputable and honest in all aspects of the insurance business. They may not always have the the most inexpensive insurance products but have always been competitive and well worth the extra few dollars in exchange for prompt, professional, and personalized service. In this day and age of impersonable global offshore customer service representatives, dealing with a local knowledgeable insurance representative who genuinely has your best interests at heart is very important to me and should be for most people when it comes to protecting their family and personal belongings.

We have been working with RDU Insurance for a number of years for our Auto and Home insurance needs. They are always extremely helpful and thorough reviewing changes/requests from us and often will propose alternatives that best meet our need. I have been with these folks and Erie insurance since 1997. They have insured me through 3 kids, several cars, 4 houses, and a divorce! Each experience has been flawless (minus the divorce) and the customer service has been spot on. I am closing on a house next week and called a different place for a quote. Can I tell you I felt DIRTY? What was I thinking? I found a place that does what they say they will do, and does it well. Why change?

Always responsive and professional. I was on the way to DMV with my daughter to transfer the title to her new car into her name. I knew she would need insurance so I called RDU Insurance at 8:55am before they opened at 9am and they picked up and were able to get us coverage within a few minutes so we could step into DMV when they opened and take care of business! I was recently at a car show that this company sponsored. I was approached by a lady that identifed herself as the agents daughter. She was giving out bags for Infinity Insurance. I told her after she offered me a bag that I had infinity Insurance and was very satisfied but was with another agent. She promptly snatched the bag back and told me my agent stole many of their customers and she stormed off. VERY RUDE!! If this is the kind of service they give I am glad I dont have them.

Ive worked with this agency for many years (10+?), purchasing Erie through them. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with. Often times Im able to take care of changes via email and Jennifer, Christina, and Holli have always promptly responded. I usually work with Jennifer, but all are great. And Erie has been a great company to work with despite a couple of accidents (one my fault). Zero complaints with RDU or with Erie.
