Amazing customer service! Came out last year and gave us a great deal on a new HVAC system. Listened to our specific needs and gave us exactly what we needed. This year had a small issue and he came right out, was prompt and full of empathy. Great prices, great service! Definitely recommend!!!!

Excellent service, very responsive, prompt, and honest! Weve had HRD doing regular maintenance for years, and we knew our old AC system was on its last legs. On a recent service call, HRD recommended we consider a replacement (due the unavailability of the old R22 refrigerant, among other problems with the system). Turns out it was a good thing we did! A day before the scheduled install, the old system finally gave up. The next day, a 4-person team was in and out with a full split system replace in under 5 hours, and the house is cool once again!

The guys at HRD are great. Lenny SR/JR are great guys to work with and dia great job replacing my HVAC system. They were very responsive with my calls/texts. Additionally they didnt try and sell me unnecessary upgrades for my system. I highly recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs.

Lenny was very responsive. We ended up needing to replace our air system. It was over 25 years old but still he wanted to be sure we were completely comfortable in our decision to replace the system. Lenny fully explained why he made the recommendations he did and answered all of my questions thoroughly and simply. I had a previous consult where a lot of unnecessary recommendations were made. Lenny fully explained why the recommendations weren’t needed and helped us spend our money wisely. I would highly recommend them.

He also was very diligent and thoughtful about preventing exposure in these pandemic times. Lenny saved us! My husband and I were pretty stressed when we found out our 2-year-old condensing unit was going to require expensive repairs. This was the last of several issues we had with the system since our previous company installed it.After receiving a recommendation for HRD Air on Nextdoor, I called Lenny (and several others) to ask for a 2nd opinion. Lenny stood out right from the start because he was super responsive and really listened to what our issue was. I could tell that his personality, backed by his expertise, would be a great match for us! It was also nice to be able to talk with a technician, which I understand is not always possible with larger companies.My instinct to use HRD Air was cemented when Lenny came out to inspect our unit. Despite claiming he is not a salesman (maybe in the traditional sense), I was SOLD!Lenny has been genuinely empathetic through the whole process, advising us as if he was in our shoes. As a younger adult, and somewhat inexperienced home owner, this goes a long way. He’s able to explain technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.We ultimately decided to replace our condensing unit and are already pleased with the results. We had gotten used to our system overworking itself rather than turning on and off efficiently. Lenny did a very thorough job with the installation, especially flushing our pipes. The hookup outside even looks better, cosmetically, and he gave me great maintenance tips. We now have fully working A/C right before a hot weekend, which was only possible because he prioritized us in a short window.We are so pleased overall! Bonus points because he was sweet to my dog. :-) We hoped to find a smaller company to work with. Now we have, and it has exceeded our expectations.

Amazing experience - Lenny made the painful experience of replacing our air conditioning and heating unit as painless as possible. He was quick, responsive, polite, calm, and he and his dad are such a great team!I had an emergency yesterday morning when I woke up to my garage flooded due to a 15 year old water heater busting. He again was quick, came over right away, calmed my nerves, went out to get parts, and we had beautiful running water by 3pm that same day. Great pricing, fair, and tried to fix before just replacing.100% recommend to everyone!

HRD Air came out initially in August of 2018 and recommended that I get $2,600 worth of repairs due to AC not working and it leaking and caused damage to my roof. At that time, I paid almost $600 for Freon because the repair guy said it was low. Keep in mind, Ive had companies say that before and never added Freon. Fast forward to May of 2019, my AC stopped working again. I reached out and complained considering I dropped almost 3K to have my AC repaired. One of the owners came and said it had nothing to do with the repairs they did and told me a part blew out and they needed to replace it and that my AC unit outside needed cleaning, which cost me an additional $560. He then said I needed Freon again after just having it added a year ago. I declined because that did not seem right to me. Today, I noticed my house was extremely hot and an area in my roof is leaking again. Unfortunately, Im back to square one. This breaks my heart because Im a single mom and have very limited funds, so when I run across companies that take advantage, it makes me lose hope in humanity and the overall integrity of people. Its like folks have no compassion nowadays and theyre willing to capitalize on any situation to make a quick dollar. Makes me sick to my stomach.

Finally! A fantastic experience! I was having issues with my A/C and needed it fixed before summer heat started. After I explained the symptoms, Lenny had a pretty good idea of the cause. He explained the probable issue, laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, the pricing, and gave honest advise that was more in my best interest than his. He also gave me time to think about the options while he did the diagnostics to confirm or retract his theory. (He was correct) There was no sales pitch and no pressure. A MILLION STARS!! Lenny came out to my home SAME DAY. I am not even an existing customer of his....We were having trouble with our AC not working and another company was out earlier in the day and told us we needed an entirely new setup (after a 2 minute diagnosis) I wanted a second opinion. Called Lenny and he came out within a few hours. Found trash in our blower motor and loose nuts letting coolant out of our system. Needless to say he has a customer for life.
