Very Good! Good selection of weights and equipment. Equipment was all in good working order. Everything, including restroom and locker room, very clean and well maintained.

Equipment is good, but no air conditioning 😕. Thats crazy during the summer. If I knew that before I would never get a year membership. After the year I probably going to change place.

Older female employee is offensive and has no place in customer service. The one that looks like old Cruella Deville.

I drove over 3 hours to see family. The guy working the desk ignored me talking to a friend for a few minutes before realizing I was there. Then he tells me my guess pass isnt valid and I have to buy one. No thanks.

Unethical business practice. I had to move to different state, so i cancelled my service 2 months prior, they signed the paper and told me my service was terminated. I just called them and told them you are still charging me and the guy said, i was active. HOW THE HELL I AM ACTIVE WHEN I CANCELLED 2 months ago. I moved out of state!! Do you think ppl are that dumb!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRATICE, i am gonna report you to BBB as well. After 2 months you are still charging me?? YOU KIDDING ME. I was lucky i saw the charge on the CC, i dont know what will they do to those ppl who dont check their credit cards statements. Stay away!! If you cancel just make a freaking video of it. 0 stars!!!!!!!!
