Good people, service, just a nice place to call home

I dont recommend this place they complain for everything you cant put nothing in the outside cuz then they charge you $100 if you told them that you need something fix in the apartment they go but almost every time they do a mediocre job or they just tell you they need something else and leave then you have to go again for the same thing here is way to expensive there are better apartments around that they have a pool and a real place for kids to play here they just have that tiny place in front of the apartment and they think this place cost almost $1000 a month are you joking me

Place is too expensive for what they offer. No washer and dryer in units, no central air, terrible construction (handrails broken, towel racks and doors falling off in units) hot water runs out often, continued clogs in the shower and leaks from the toilet. and all this loveliness for almost a grand a month. A home mortgage usually costs less in the area.

Responsive to issues we were having. Reached an agreement. And will be there Friday to fill out paperwork.

Do not waste your money. There are far better places that you can get and have a lot more capability to things then you have at this dump. Like a pool for instants in the fitness center

Got approved very quickly, Manager and office staff are very friendly, most of all THANK YOU for not forcing internet on your customers, its why I left my previous place, I have NO control over my current internet there, and its frustrating because it didnt even work half the time. My hats are off to you Whispering Pines!

I lived in Whispering Pines Apartments for two years and Ive had a wonderful experience. Customer service friendly, apartments are neat and clean and the environment around the apartments is welcoming.

Went to visit small apartments, dirty, no curb appeal at all! Very discouraging for somwone coming off the street wanting to rent. Inside of apartments is outdated.

Been twice in my life and cops for called(no to my friends) for each time 😞
