Chris is great with communication. They are most definitely cleaning up the place. It’s nice to see maintenance that cares. Scott is an absolute earth angel! Not only is he great at what he does he’s also one of the most kind people I have ever encountered. He is truly a blessing to the traditions community♥️ Very appreciative of the staff

Looking forward to living here with new management. Chris was quick and very helpful with my application and move in process. Communication was very good. All my questions were answered. I am really looking forward to seeing the neighborhood be cleaned up and the changes to come for this nice neighborhood.. Highly recommend. Super happy!!!

I have not yet been approved to move in but I can honestly say these two ladies actually care about the work that they do. Every question that Ive had so far has been answered. Their communication is phenomenal and I really appreciate their willingness to help and listen to their potential tenants concerns and situations.

I was so please by the helpfulness the ladies in this office were. They were so amazing and answered every question I had and even some I would have thought of later. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all your help. I so appreciate all you have done.

The staff and the hospitality from both of the office ladies was phenomenal and they treated me respectfully and the staff laid out all of the paperwork and things I had to get done l, they were very informative about the financials of everything, I will definitely be visiting again

This place and there whole “management team” a joke. Was there for 5 years and within those 5 years they could never get nothing right. Quick to post fees on your door or hit you with anything having to do with collecting money but can’t seems to do there job or anything else for that matter. DONT come here to live.

Very knowledgeable about the paperwork process. Showed us a perfect apartment. Seemed like a well kept community.

People in the office are never on the same page, I talked to the same lady twice about a wrongful notice of lease violation and still received another notice. When I call the office I either dont get an answer or the manager is never available. Seems like theyre trying to get my family out of here more than theyre trying to do theyre jobs considering all this bs that has come up. My advice is keep careful track of all your paperwork if you come to live here. Hope your experience is better than mine.

This place is a horror show. Do not live here. My girlfriend is pregnant and we have 2 kids and they let black mold get so bad in our apartment. They came to “fix it” and the ceiling is wide open. We can’t sleep in our apartment.

Very helpful in finding what you need but there is a lot of crime and its a little rough.

Horrible Communication skills & always trying to embezzle money and extra charges

Drugs, loud music and neighbors! Police are in here all the time! There is a large pack of kids (like wolves) that roam the complex bullying other kids, and makes it unsafe for many younger children in the neighborhood. Management doesnt care what the lease and rules say, as long as they are making money they are happy, no matter how unhappy their rule abiding residents are.

Its okay to live and raise a family. But its very expensive when it comes to rent and things that the apartments have to fix. I have to pay 50 every time my rent is not put in the box early in the morning. I have to pay 35 dollars per blinds thats messed up when blinds are 5 to 15 in the store. Nice place to live just need a little more did to it to be worth 934 a month and higher

Its ok living here but the maintenance could be way better, Ive had a broken window for 2 months now.

Incompetent management and lazy no show repair men is all this place has to offer.

People there are very rude, half the things in my apartment didnt work when I moved in
