Car available? Theyll say yes. You ruined my entire day. To preserve a dollar you will ruin my entire schedule and cost me money. If Im renting a car from you, where am I supposed to go when you tell me you lied about availability.Probably the worst company Ive ever had to suffer through.

As always, my local Enterprise offices offer superior service! This most recent visit was with the Holiday office, I have recently used Tarpon Springs and Hudson while I was shopping for a new to me pre-owned car. I even considered buying from Enterprise Sales. They are fast, they are more than efficient. I will continue to use them when I want a car for longer trips or if my car is in the shop. You hear about the Enterprise Training Program all the time and I SEE it in action each and every time I have communication with them. Thank you!!!!

I have used Enterprise in The past and was always impressed. When I needed to rent a car recently this was the first business that came to mind. All aspects of Enterprise were outstanding. The vehicle was excellent, well-priced and in great condition. The customer service was superb. Every employee I interacted with during my pick-up and return visits were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing to rent a vehicle.

Was not told the waiver would add 20 something dollars a day for rental. Explained to me it was a waiver I had to sign not that it would double my bill as I return the vehicle. Listen closely to what they say an be careful of what they make you sign. My rental just about doubled by it.

I use them on both sides the commercial and regular side. Both are awesome. JJ has always gone above and beyond. Edward on the other side met every need we had. These are some of the many reasons I drive from Hudson all the way to Holiday.

First time using this location since it is newer. Always used either the port richey office or palm harbor. Brandon was very helpful and exceeded my expectation. The other employees follow his lead. What a great experience we had. Enterprise should be proud to have him representing their name.

This was my first time renting a car at this location, and the customer service here was fantastic! Everyone was extremely helpful. The guy that rented me the car actually sat in the car with me and showed me how navigate apple car play, which made my ride awesome. I will definitely rent from this location again!

I have been to many Enterprise locations (New York, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia and a few others in Florida) but have never received outstanding customer service from this particular Enterprise branch before. A gentleman by the name of Brandon helped me tremendously on the phone, as I was inquiring on whether or not to rent a vehicle from one of Enterprises competitors or not. He provided me a lot of information on what Enterprise offers that other car renting organizations dont (most act rude and treat potential customers as just another number) His telephone etiquette and inter-personal communication skills really assisted me with regards to renting a vehicle from his branch for my trip up north in a couple of weeks. Ill definitely be referring my family and freinds to this branch as well.I look forward to meeting Brandon and his colleagues here soon!

Rented online, paid, got conf#. Went to pick up car and we were told we had to put $200 deposit on cc. When we reserved online and paid, it should have stated that a deposit of $200 was required, it did not! Employees were nice.

Had a terrible experience. Chad the branch manager has handled my reservation and my funds inappropriately. I returned my rental on the 6th and they are still holding my money. They have made fun of me and accused me of trying to get extra funds. It’s ridiculous how disgusting they have treated me a good paying customer. Mike was degrading to me as well.

Seeing how my review has either been hidden or removed, I decided to post again. The branch manager is unprofessional, Enterprise doesnt contact you as they say they will when you report an issue with their employees and they clearly dont care about their customers. Not only did I have to delay my trip due to an issue I had the day I was meant to pick up my rental, but I left with a sour taste in my mouth with how poorly I was treated by Johnathan Johnson. I do not recommend this location and I believe its best to pay more at another company who will actually treat you with respect, than to pay a little less with a company that truly doesnt care about the quality of the service they provide. Use to recommend this company and this specific location, will never go there or recommend it again.

The last time I used Enterprise was in Tampa boy was I disappointed. The car was dirty and smelled to high heaven from cigarettes. The Enterprise I just rented from in New Port Richey was clean and the staff is excellent and the car is clean and smells fresh. What a difference I am a fan of Enterprise again.

Brandon from Enterprise by moog rd in Holiday, Fl gave me literally the best experience I could ever have with a rental car. I told him I don’t feel comfortable with a certain vehicle so he took the appropriate steps to go above and beyond my expectations. He put me in the exact car I drive to ensure my safety and the cars safety, and he was as polite and easy going as ever. He was with me the whole way never allowing my balance to get too high in case for any reason I wouldn’t be able to pay it. Manager canceled reservation for luxury vehicle and gave it to someone else. Completely disregarded the fact I hold Emerald executive status and put me in a much lower tier vehicle, had to waste mine and another branch’s time to make up for his lack of customer service skills. If you must rent from enterprise i suggest you go to a different branch.

The young lady that helped me initially (Sunday at 2:30 pm) was accommodating and the service was very fast. I had already reserved online and just had to give my info. I thought if you paid with credit card that you didnt have to put a 200 dollar deposit (hold actually on CC). So I wasnt able to get the weekly rate. I was very disappointed, especially since the insurance is 27 dollars a day.When I had to call several times for different reasons KURT was the one who helped me and he remembered - before pulling me up via computer - the reasons I had called before. He went the extra mile to make my rental experience what it should be. Kurt is a big part of the reason I am taking the time to enter review. I like to give where it is due, and he deserves a pat on the back from a manager.Thank you Enterprise. The price was very fair. Service was fast. No charge for mileage for the first few hundred miles. Nothing like u-haul that charges an arm and a leg per mile. The truck was practically brand new and ran great. If I was to lodge any criticism at all it would be with their gas refill policy. You are supposed to return the vehicle with the amount of gasoline in it that was in it when it was delivered. How the heck am I supposed to know how much to buy in order to bring the tank back to somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4? Impossible. They should deliver it with a full tank and you should return it with a full tank.

I had to rent a vehicle due to an accident. Edward went out of his way to not only put me in a FANTASTIC rental but to also help me navigate the insurance side of it AND helped me get a great rate. He made an EXTREMELY stressful time MUCH easier! I will NEVER go ANYWHERE else to rent a car and HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Holiday location and Edward to ANYONE looking to rent a vehicle. Except for a 45 minute wait to get the car at Sun Toyota in Holiday, FL, the rental experience was perfect. We had a great car at a great price with no other problems. Returning the car at our local airport was a breeze. We have rented Enterprise cars for the same trip twice with the exact same experience and plan to do so again.

Hertz was supposed to pick me up from the body shop where I dropped my vehicle off and had no one available for pi k up for over an hour,Enterprise picked me up within 10 minutes and had me in a freshly detailed car of my choice in no time at all....Ill only chose Enterprise from now on.

Arrived at this location to return a vehicle. The line was out the door with customers. Within 20 minutes, I was the only customer left. They wanted to charge me a $57 drop off fee because I did not rent the car from them originally, I rented it at the enterprise in Fort Myers. I told them Fort Meyers had told me there was no charge to drop it off and I was not paying it. After a phone call they let me know that I was correct and did not have to pay it. I asked them to give me a lift back to my house which was 1 mile away and since enterprise advertises that we pick you up and drop you off I didn’t see an issue. But of course there was an issue and they told me I’d have to wait over an hour to be dropped off at home. There were three Employees standing behind the counter, and they all stated they were busy. I wound up taking an Uber home for 8 dollars. Stay clear of this enterprise. Very unprofessional. Btw, the rental i had smelled like a gorillas arm pit! Gross!

We live locally but needed to rent a larger vehicle to accommodate our grandkids who were visiting during spring break last week. We were put into a brand new (6k miles) Pacifica minivan that worked out great. Our rental process was flawless. Paperwork was quick, the vehicle was ready for us, and our rental agent went over how to use all the bells & whistles on the car. Drop-off was just as efficient. Each of the three people we dealt with (sorry, I’m not great at remembering names) was very friendly and helpful. I even called them after getting the vehicle to ask whether there were heated seats (I love them for my arthritic back) and how to handle the SunPass lanes and they were courteous and helpful. We will definitely rent from them again when the grandkids return!

The whole experience was bad! I spent days looking up car rental agencies that have Toyota SUVs. I am looking to buy one and was taking a trip from Tampa to Orlando for the weekend. There were only three of us, so I did not need a SUV, but thought it would be a great way to test drive. I received my confirmation for a RAV 4. However it was Memorial Day weekend so they would be closed on Monday and I would have to drop off on Tuesday morning, instead of Sunday evening when I returned from Orlando. I get there and they give me a Jeep SUV, when I explained the situation, I was told they dont have any Toyota SUVs! Then I get in and it only has 1/2 a tank of gas! Then I return it Monday, thinking I would use the key drop (I was told I could) and it turns out they were open on Monday. So there was no need for me to pay for an extra day after all. Then I get charged for insurance that I never asked for! The whole experience was horrible and I was lied to multiple times!

Reserved a car for 10 am... called in for the pickup service, they replied that they would call me back to back to let me know, after an hour and 5 phone calls from my part, they said it wouldnt be available until 1 oclock, took a taxi there, didnt get a car until about 2 oclock because they didnt have anything available in the category I already reserved, but if I wanted I could get another car but with a different rate (almost double). They wouldnt accept the insurance that I bought online through priceline when I reserved it, so they made me call in and cancel it and afterward charged me for their own insurance which was twice the price. At 2 oclock they gave me a nissan versa which was dirty inside and out because they just received it (p.s. the baring on the front right wheel must had failed, so the drive was really bad). Took it back a week later and of course the drop off service was not available, so I took a cab again...

Reserved a car through Plenti for 3 days @ 18.50 per day and WoW where do I start... First experience was with Mr French He asked about my insurance, I informed him I was using my Preferred Diamond Citi card and that it covers up to $50k in damages he said that wasnt good enough he also stated that they are secondary and wouldnt cover damages and wanted my personal insurance information I refused to give..! Then Mr. Jonathan interrupted and was very rude from jump..! Jonathan was unprofessional and rude with a B**** resting face, he might as well been in a Gorilla pen throwing his own feces at you..! Before going back to Enterprise I had made a payment of my citi card to cover the cost of rental plus the $200 deposit..! Lets just say this is where S*** really hit the fan... With the price of a 3 day rental @ 18.50 PLUS the cost of insurance @ 27.99 per day that was FORCED on me ( The purchase of PAI/PEC is optional and not required to rent a car... The purchase of SLP is optional and not required to rent a car... ALL INSURANCE, ROADSIDE & DAMAGE WAIVER ARE optional products that may be purchased at the time of rental and are not included in the total cost estimate quoted in the reservation.!!!) exceeded the amount I had available on my Credit card..! I asked Mr Jonathan if he could modify the reservation and rudely refused and said thats what the CSRs that make $10 a hour do to call them..! As I was speaking with the cooperate office and was informed by cooperate that Mr Jonathan was able to modify the reservation he stated my area manager doesnt allow us to do so and that they cant make him do it..! SO after cooperate modified reservation I stepped back up to the counter I informed him reservation was changed he stated so what do you want to do... I replied I would like to pay for this reservation and then file as many complaints as I can against him and Mr. French, he said excuse me threw my DLs on the counter and said Im not renting to you..! I stood there in silence he asked me to step away so that he could help another lady that was waiting to rent a car and then he would be back with me..! She didnt have all the paperwork she needed so it was my turn again..! Need less to say as I was waiting my turn I watched and listened from start to finish another transaction with a customer and Mr. French, It was an older white male in his 60s and another gent in his 40s not once was the proof of insurance asked for nor given by customer... HMMMM so its my turn again with Jonathan finished up with paperwork walked out to my rental with Jonathan with this arrogant and smug tone asked me what part exactly of my experience arent you satisfied with..! There are so many more smug and arrogant behavior from both Mr Jonathan and Mr. French I could write another 1000 words or so..! However I will save them for the complaints I file with the ACLU, BBB, THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION & THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
