Just bought my seventh car from Sunnyside, specifically Jeff Tripp, last week. As always, it was a zero pressure experience. Just a test drive and a conversation that ended with a purchase that was fair for both of us. I love Ford’s, and with Sunnyside I love buying Ford’s.Not that the cars need it often, but I also love Sunnyside for service when needed. I’ve had one of them for 8 years and any time service was needed I always went with Sunnyside. From the time I called to make an appointment for my truck to be serviced until the time I picked it up everything was smooth sailing. They were extremely helpful and easy to talk to and took care of everything. They contacted the warranty company I bought my warranty from and notified me when it was all settled. It took a couple days and I had my truck back and ready for towing again. Thank you all for the great job you are doing.
The bumper on our car was damaged in a parking accident and needed to be replaced or repaired. We had visited a few auto body repair shops and spoke to our insurance company . Out insurance company suggested that we have our cars bumper repaired at Sunnyside.What a great recommendation! The cost of the repair was actually way less than our deductible and Sunnyside did a fabulous job too. Stephanie, the manager of the auto body shop was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.We were impressed and very pleased. The people at Sunnyside are great and known for their quality service. They quoted me a price prior to the service and the time it would take to complete it. Since it is a 2020 Lincoln Corsair in for its first service, the service advisor explained that they wanted to check out everything completely before the car was returned and apologized for the extra time it too. It was merely a few minutes. I appreciated the extra time they took with my vehicle to make sure everything was okay.The price was exactly what was quoted. I couldnt be happier with their service and will not hesitate to return to Sunnyside for service. I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment online with Quick Lane to have The Works package (Oil Change and tire rotation) and when I arrived for my appointment time the said that they didn’t see my appointment. I showed them the confirmation of my appointment and they were then able to see my appointment. Even though they confirmed my appointment is in their system they told me that they have too many vehicles and would not be able to complete my vehicle. They told me I can leave my vehicle and they might get to it by the end of the day (My appointment was for 10am) or I can reschedule another appointment. Very poor customer service. Why would I make another appointment with you when you can’t honor my first appointment? If you’re looking for a reliable Ford dealership; I do not recommend Sunnyside!

Worst service, body shop is incompetent. Had my 2017 F450 Platinum for 5 months. Then tried to charge me $4,600.00 on a insurance repair. Their 5 star detail service is just unacceptable, see photos. They also destroyed the new and existingpaint with their buffer. Ive recently purchased a $60k Super Duty, all my trucks are services there and this is how they treat their customers.

Had a Great Experience here (although this dealership is a little on the older side compared to other Ford dealers). I bought my New Ranger here...got a good 0% interest deal during COVID. Jeff Tripp was my salesman. He painstakingly made sure all the accessories that I wanted were on the truck before delivery. No issues with the Finance Department, no games were played. Not all of the flash like these mega dealers, which in turn is reflected in their quality of service and down to earth, low pressure approach to customers. Friendly and responsive, the folks I encountered had been there for many years. A testament to their commitment to employees and customers. I will do business there again. I ended up purchasing my 2019 Ford Flex from them after visiting larger dealerships in the area. Sunnyside was the only one to take the time to make me feel welcome and at ease during the entire process. I have been happy with the vehicle so far, and expect my next purchase to be through them

Every time I have work done it is easy and the crew is very informative of all that needs to be done. I brought my explorer in for a basic oil change and the mechanic (Eric) called me over to show me I had rust starting to form on the hood. He said that I was still covered under the warranty. I went over to the side where Eric, John, Chris and Shelby sit. They told me that they would happily replace my hood at no charge. I recently had the work done and it was perfect. Always easy. They give you the options, they never make you feel pressured to go one way or the other. Their first priority is always safety. The fact that I know all the names of the folks at Ford dealership really shows how personable they are. We won’t bring our Fords anywhere else.

I do not give reviews often but I find Sunnyside repair staff to be top notch from the customer service people to the mechanics. They worked on my 2008 Ford F150 and my 2014 Lincoln MKZ and they always met and sometimes exceeded my expectations. The estimate and the timing were always on target. And the repairs done right :)

Sunnyside is one of the best dealerships in central MA. I recently bought an F-150 from them and they were upfront with me and much easier to deal with than other dealerships in the area. I love working with their service department, especially with Chris. Their costs are most always less than I expect and they are very professional and deal with me on a personal level. I recently had the Works done at the Fast Lane at Sunnyside. The service was performed efficiently . What really made my experience excellent was after realizing that I was missing a wheel cover cap after the tire rotation. I called to inform them, and Andre said he would look around the shop and see if he could find it. A few hours later I got a call back and it was not in the shop. Andre then told me he had ordered a replacement cover and it should be in in a few days. I was amazed that I didnt have to argue about having it replaced,they just did it with no cost to me!! Was in market to trade up my 2014 vehicle to something newer. Sunnyside Ford in Holden is an institution there. I live nearby and saw what I liked on their website. Theirs is a small but thriving dealership. Pricing is appropriate and their service department is excellent. Exchanged a few emails with one of their sales reps, Tito Ottino. Stopped by to see the unit in question. Tito was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. No high pressure sales tactics. Worked out a deal that was mutually satisfactory. Bought the vehicle, a 2018 Ford Focus Titanium. Completely satisfied thus far with both the vehicle and the sales experience. Would recommend this dealership over other mega/multi site dealers who are more interested in volume sales than in customer satisfaction.

I wouldn’t even use SunnySide for my bicycle. Scheduled an oil change here and tire rotation (right when things started opening from COVID so not in the quick tire and lube station - in the actual body shop), something you would think is simple. They said a couple hours, didn’t get the car back all day until they closed. They broke a part taking the oil filter off and then blamed it on the “wear and tear” on the car. They scratched all the paint off my rims around the lug nuts and claimed they “have no proof it was done here.” (Don’t worry we have pictures and proof.) AND just went to change the oil in it for the first time after they touched it and the drain bolt was completely stripped!! Very poor service. If you want your nice car ruined for something a monkey can do then I would use them otherwise steer clear. This place is a joke.

The dealership was very friendly and responsive. After having difficulty making a service appointment with another dealership, I called Sunnyside for the first time and someone immediately picked up the phone without having to leave a message. I easily made an appointment despite current circumstances. Normal maintenance, nothing special, but I was shocked when I went to pay the invoice as I thought the dealership made a typo. Nope, cost really was that reasonable. Will be returning for all future service work.

Unfortunately I received the best and worst customer service here. Tito was my sales person and he was open and friendly when I was considering buying a used car. I would highly recommend asking for him by name. On the other hand, his manager, Everett, was the most condescending jerk I have ever dealt with. They were considering the value of my trade-in and decided that my oil was empty and put in two quarts without asking my permission. They brought my Subaru to Patrick Subaru for an evaluation. Patrick determined that the oil was way overfull (by two quarts) and that otherwise my engine was running smoothly. The oil change; however, cost $60. I called Everett to ask for Sunnyside to pay for the oil overfill and subsequent oil change and he told me it was a matter of opinion on whether or not it was overfilled and I was lucky that they put oil in for me. He told me if I wasnt going to buy their used F-150, I could forget about them paying for the oil change and I was making too big a deal out of $60. I told him that he lost my business because of his attitude. I then called Tito on his personal cell to relay the bad news and make sure he knew I valued his time and service. Ask for Tito.

I had service done during the Covid-19 emergency. The service department did everything possible in my opinion to complete my service in a timely manner while maintaining a clean environment. A complete oil change, lubrication, fluid check, tire rotation and an annual state safety insOPpection was performed.
Professional, quick and a great value.
The parts and service departments were outstanding in helping me replace a key to my 2008 Ranger. My only complaint would be that after spending $57 for the key, they charged me $80 for the thirty minutes it took them to program it. That would come out to a labor rate of $160 an hour since to my knowledge there were no parts involved in that operation. It seems that is a little excessive for a company that values loyalty.
I went in for an airbag recall, but also stayed for a report card looking at oil & fluids, tires, etc. New airbag and report card within an hour! Also talked with salespeople about Fords lineup of electric vehicles. Was shown a C-Max in mint. low mileage condition and was much impressed. No hard sale, just the information. Someone should go get that C-Max at a very affordable $15,000! No qualms about going back to Sunnyside.

Im sure I would continue to use Sunnyside Ford service since they have always been great, but Shelby is awesome. She always welcomes you and treats you like you are a first time customer. Yes, we like to be recognized as a returning customer and she does this as well. Its the high quality customer service Shelby provides we dont see much of anymore. Thank you! I purchased my used vehicle at Sunnyside in January and during my oil change was told the oil pan was in need of replacement. $600 and not covered under warranty. I had hoped the dealership would have discounted this some as Ive had the vehicle less than 5 months. Well see if there are any future surprises.

Years ago, the Parts Department climbed into the deep recesses of inventory to retrieve a heater core for a decades plus old hatchback. When I had a little fender bender, the Body Shop took care of it. Quick Lane is always quick and efficient and when a damaged rim wouldnt seal, they networked me into a solution. The Service Department is outstanding, keeps you informed and gets the job done.
Recently purchased a 2014 Certified, Ford Edge with my daughter. This Dealership is exceptional, and our Sale’s Consultant was excellent, and exceptional, ‘Tim Hannigan’! Everyone we met at the Dealership was professional and competent! They truly go the extra mile!, plus the owner even thanked us for our purchase, which is rare today! They appear to still be owned locally, and not by a conjectural big ‘Financial Corporation’ where you may be just a number!When you are searching for a vehicle, and do not want all the ‘Bait and Switch’ games, and wish to be treated with respect! At 56, five children, there have been a great number of cars purchased. No one can stand up to Sunnyside. I drove ninety minutes to buy my car here. I will continue to both purchase from them as well as get my service from them. They are outstanding!

I have been a customer of Sunnyside for many years, and will continue to do so. I recently purchased a 2016, Focus. My salesman was Tim Hennigan, he was very helpful and informative. I had mentioned to him the previous salesman at another dealership didnt explain to me all the new electronic things in the car and I had to either figure them out myself or read the Manuel. Tim went over everything with me with no questions unanswered. He also made follow up calls regarding any additional questions I may have. As for Sunnysides service, I live in Auburn and to me it is well worth the trip to go to Holden for the service bed the dealership that is 5 minutes away. Nick at Quick Lane, Jim the mechanic there, are the BEST, whenever I go there for an oil change I am treated like a family member. Chris at the main building in service is always so helpful, and goes out of his way for me. I will continue to do service with them till I can no longer drive. The half hour trip is well worth it for me.

Withthat experience I had no hesitation going back for this latest damage to a rear fenderwhich was somewhat minor.The office staff, namely Stephanie provided quote and was able to schedule thework within a few days. The quality of the work was exception, enough so much that Ifelt the need to call the body shop to express my satisfaction with what I felt wassuperb workmanship. Id highly recommend this repair shop to any of my friends andacquaintances.

Sunnyside was great! The negotiations with Tim were easy and there was clear communication back and forth to establish a monthly payment that was acceptable for us. Tim knew the vehicle inside and out and taught us about all of the technology.There is only one suggestion that I have. The sales person, sales manager and the finance manager need to be on the same page before the customer goes in to sign off on the loan. During the price negotiations the sales manager used a very low APR. Despite our exceptional credit, the finance manager could not meet that APR which raised the monthly payment. I will say that the issue was fixed by adjusting the trade value. They made it right and made the sale.I would definitely suggest this dealer to anyone looking for a Ford.
I received a prompt estimate of the minimum that needed to be done. No attempt to pad. The work was done on time and looks great. There was a small increase in cost due to rusty bolts.
