The gym is spotless, the equipment is new and well maintained. It has big gym facilities and plenty of machines with a smaller gym feel. Been going here for over a year and been the best gym I’ve ever been a member at.
Trainer John does a wonderful job of encouraging and pushing you to achieve your fitness goals ~ I love the variety of the workouts! I feel that the workouts do a fantastic job of making sure the whole body is receiving the benefits from time at the gym!
John has been great as I return to OTF after the lockdown. I return with some ailments that require modifications to my workout routine and he has been extremely patient and helpful with me. I appreciate it! Kelly and Katie are always very helpful and fun!
Had friendly staff and a positive vibe to it. Kinda pricey for a workout but definitely recommend if you wanna burn some calories.
This place is great in terms of equipment and facility. The faculty are pretty chill too and the people that go here are genuinely pretty nice.
Great workouts especially during these times. I feel safe with all the extra precautions. And I am improving my own health by not being a couch potato. Keep up with the amazing things you are doing to keep us safe and healthy.

The instructor, Andrew, was awesome. He kept the class motivated and took time for each person throughout. The facility was clean and well laid out so I felt like I had room to do the moves on the weight floor. The hair ties and other personal items in the bathrooms were a nice touch.
The coaches are amazing—very enthusiastic, rooting you on/pushing you to do your best, and feels like a personal training session...only you’re surrounded by friends.

Wonderful OTF .. i moved to this neighborhood and was excited to know OTF is with in 2 miles. My first day itself studio manager Kelly helped me to transfer my membership and explained me the process ... Coaches r so helpful n friendly ... I enjoy workout here ... Orange theory helped me so much to improve my health ... I did few changes in my diet but 1 hr workout for a day helped me most ... i can not thank enought ... OTF is best
