Literally this is the best place to go for any car repair. Chris is the most professional and honest person ever. I brought my car in and he laid out what needs to be done and thoroughly explained it to me so I could understand. He even fixed a few cosmetic things out of the goodness of his heart! They are also quick and always test drive the car to confirm no more work is needed. I will never go anywhere else! I have so much more to say but once you go you will understand they are the best!

It is really nice having a local mechanic that you feel like you can trust. I have never had a bad experience with them, they always get me in and return my car in a timely manner. Had just one lug nut I could not remove. I called Abby figuring it was a job to small and that they were probably too busy. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a local used car dealership and decided to take it to Abby Auto to get it looked over prior to finalizing the deal. Chris and Mike immediately inspected it, ran a full diagnostic, and put the car up on the lift. Despite the cars clean appearance and CarFax report, it turned out to be a mechanical mess and needed several major repairs, estimated to cost thousands of dollars. Chris took me around the car and spent a lot of time explaining each potential problem to me, allowing me to take photos to bring back to the dealership. Based on his advice, thankfully I did not purchase. He saved me a huge headache in the long-run and lots of money. Also, this shop is impeccably clean and so nice inside. Highly recommend. Chris fixed my VW GLI A temperature sensor that the dealer quoted me $900. Chris only changed me $150 - For that I’ll be loyal to Him for life. Also He replaced one bearing in the back since was making noise - very affordable. I’m sure we all dealt with shady mechanics in the past. I had myself! Well I gotta say Chris and His Dad are very honest and straight forward people. Chris once again Thank You!

I needed to find a local mechanic. I looked around and Abby Automotive popped up. Seen alot of good reviews on the place, so I figured to give it a chance and see for myself. Came in for an oil change on my vehicle. The owner, Chris, took care of my car. He completed the work in a reasonable time and my car was good to go. However before he brought the car out of the garage, I noticed that he was nice enough to check the air pressure on all the tires, and even filled them. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but to me, the fact that he went out of his way to check the condition of the tires, shows that he cares for the customer. Good customer service and quality work is always important, and Chris definitely does provide this. Will be coming back here for future visits. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Stopped to get a price quote on crankshaft position sensor replacement that autozone checked fault code for me free of charge. Got sensor from a MB dealer. Owner Chris just told me he will not accept any code readings because they are wrong and he needs to buy parts . Will not give price because he wanted to do his own diagnostics. He will not even listen that car has one code and it clearly states that crankshaft sensor fault. He told me he was not interested. Place is nice but his attitude is not. He should be more interested in getting new customers than just sending them away with his attitude. Called different repair shop and was quoted by phone price for replacement and no diagnostics needed. Hopefully he learns something along the way. Never going to this place again. I came to this place second time and do regret it. In your response that you checked my BMW for free -yes. You told me my car needed front and rear brakes but in reality needed only front, rear brakes are still there. No one tells you how to run your business and you have never explained to me about your free inspection if I repair car with you but I will not take it to your shop even if you do it for free. You just rude and unprofessional person and trying to find excuses. Have e great day.

My car broke down 5 minutes from this place so I took a chance. I had another mechanic look at it recently and they wanted thousands in repairs. Chris was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even had the part rushed over so I could get out of here today. He was able to replace my throttle body for $400 and I was out of here in just over an hour. He even took the extra time to do a couple tweaks to correct some shoddy work by my previous mechanic.. Chris was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Car is running like a dream. It is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... Now I wont take my car anywhere else!

I could sense their honesty as we discussed my car issue, which was a motor gear noise and fogging windshield . If you own an older VW, you know what I’m referring to. Hands down the best automotive repair shop around. They are not only efficient but honest. The shop was closed so I took my car to a dealership for servicing. The quote was over $400 to fix a taillight. I decided to wait for Abby Automotive to open and am glad I did. I did NOT need a new taillight as the dealership indicated. Rather Abby Automotive was able to fix a fuse and rewire my light all for $100. Five stars to this place!

Chris, the head mechanic got me in right away (which would’ve been a 3-day wait at the Jeep dealer) and did a great job fixing my car. He brought my car right in and kept it safely in his garage. It’s a beautiful and impeccably clean shop and his staff is very friendly! It is going to be my one and only car repair shop.

I used to go to Firestone for all my car needs, but found that they tried to up charge everything to where I was spending about $500 a visit every time I went in for an oil change. Im so happy I found this place, its an honest business and they truly take care of your car. I have a 17-year old SUV with over 140K miles on it, and one morning my check engine light came on while I was headed to work. They found the problem was an inexpensive sensor part, and didnt try to pressure me into adding on a bunch of extra work. While car was up on the lift they also found a small oil leak. Everything got fixed, Ive had no problems since, and price was way less than what the dealer would charge. Glad to have found a place that does a good job and I can trust, especially with an old car.

Honest mechanic! Had Chris check out a used car I was considering that supposedly was never in an accident. But, he spotted where it had been poorly repaired and body panels not aligned properly. Potentially saved me money and problems down the road. Glad to have him in the neighborhood!

I stopped in to Abby Automotive because my tire indicator signaled that my tire pressure was very low. I’m 74 and not adept at putting air in my tires so I stopped first at Ziegler Chevrolet (I have an Equinox). They could not help me. I went to Abby Automotive (the cleanest facility around!), explained my situation and Chris came out and filled my tires - no charge!! What a great neighborhood friendly place this is. It reminded me of Bob & Ray Maliachi (the “Click and Clack” car brothers from NPR👍) If you have any car needs keep this place in mind👏

Nice place and very knowledgeable mechanics. I called many places to figure out what to do with CEL illuminated on my 2003 RAV4. Chris explained over the app that censor needed to be swapped. I visited next day and 2 days after it: that part was ordered and changed and CEL isnt shining anymore. While at it the AC was fixed as well. My neighborhood definitely got great mechanic with this Abby Automotive.
